As luck would have it, Stella and the others had just entered when, with a snap, a piece of eggshell flew out.

Fortunately, the Mermaid King reacted quickly and caught the eggshell.

The Mermaid King was delighted: "What a lively little rascal!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a pair of tiny hands appeared on the edge of the eggshell.

With a push of her little hands, the little mermaid with purple hair and purple eyes, whom Stella recognized, sat on the edge of the eggshell.

The little mermaid circled the faces of the three mermaid kings and his companions before finally landing on Stella.

She opened her mouth and made a pleasant sound.

Stella, who has already learned mermaid language, can understand what she says, but sometimes she feels embarrassed precisely because she understands.

Because the little mermaid asked, "Are you my mother?"

Stella quickly shook her head: "I'm a fairy, you're a mermaid, of course I'm not your mother. Your mother..."

Stella looked at the Mermaid King, since he was the one who knew who the little mermaid's elder was.

The Mermaid King's gaze lingered on the little mermaid's purple fishtail for a moment before he said, "Doris, I am your father. Your mother has received the message and is on her way back."

Wow!

Stella thought that it was no wonder that they were born with the bloodline of the Mermaid King; it was quite an achievement to be born in the same batch.

Doris the little mermaid tilted her head, swam out, circled the mermaid king, and finally sat on his head while holding his crown.

Stella thought to herself, "No wonder she's my daughter, she's got guts."

Doris was clearly bolder than Stella had imagined.

Upon learning that the other little mermaids in the same batch had not yet been born, she suddenly became angry and demanded that the Mermaid King take her to see the eggs.

The Mermaid King, of course, would not refuse, so they saw Doris dash out like an arrow, and with a few flicks of her tail, she slapped almost all the eggs.

Stella noticed that the Mermaid King's pupils contracted, especially after a crack appeared on the surface of an eggshell; the Mermaid King seemed to have completely lost his composure.

"Doris!"

“Keep your voice down, Dad,” Doris covered her ears. “You’re disturbing me.”

After saying that, Doris kicked the egg next to her in an annoyed tone: "You naughty thing, wake up and hatch now, or I'll beat you up!"

Stella looked at the eggs, and they did seem to have come to life.

Stella returned to the Elf King's shoulder and watched as all the little mermaids hatched in just one hour.

Of course, the first one to emerge was the one with a cracked shell, and the last one was threatened by Doris after she kicked it.

All the baby mermaids hatched, and the Mermaid King changed his attitude, looking at Doris as if he were holding her in the palm of his hand.

With the mermaid problem resolved, the Elf King wanted to take Stella back, but was persuaded to stay and attend the banquet.

At the banquet, Stella met Doris's mother, the Mermaid Queen, who also commanded the Mermaid Guard.

Stella looked at Doris's fiery hair, then at the Mermaid King's deep blue fishtail, and realized that there was a reason why they could have Doris, the little purple mermaid.

By the God of the Sea, the color scheme couldn't be more perfect.

Although Doris was only born recently, she has already become the leader of her batch of cubs. Even the mermaid cubs who were born earlier than her have many who like her and are willing to give way to her.

At the banquet, Stella was teased and played by Doris, and it wasn't until she returned to her room that evening that Stella remembered what she had forgotten.

"Your Majesty, I remember that Doris means sea goddess?"

The Elf King nodded: "According to the tradition of the Merfolk, if a little mermaid with purple hair and purple eyes exists, she will be the future king who will rule the entire Merfolk race."

"So, does that mean my friend will be the Mermaid Queen?" Stella smiled, her eyes crinkling. "Does that mean I can just walk around the ocean like a madwoman?"

The Elf King sighed helplessly, "Go to sleep."

“Okay,” Stella agreed and lay down.

Stella woke up suddenly in the middle of the night.

Doris, the ocean goddess and a member of the female protagonist's team, is a future mermaid queen who brought the nearly extinct mermaid race back to its peak. She should have been born hundreds of years later.

Thinking of the Mermaid King's words about changing fate, Stella pulled up her blanket and pondered for a long time before finally focusing on Eugene's unsuccessful conspiracy.

The Temple of Light and the Temple of Darkness did fight, but Eugene failed to shift the blame onto the Temple of Darkness. The little dragon was rescued, and thus, several of the family's offspring did not participate in the battle, resulting in countless deaths and injuries, and the curse being inflicted.

Without the curse, without the countless lives lost on the battlefield, Stella felt that, according to the causal theory of the cultivation world, the lives of the immortal beings would continue as peacefully and happily as they were now.

A wave of drowsiness washed over Stella, and she wrapped herself back in her blanket and fell asleep.

Upon waking, they did not linger. Stella returned to the Elf Forest with many jewels given to her by the future Mermaid Queen Doris.

As soon as they stepped out of the magic circle, the Elf King stopped.

Stella followed his gaze downwards and met Damian and Lucas's accusing eyes.

“Sorry,” Stella flew down, “I’m late because I had to add a trip to the Mermaids. But I brought you some gifts.”

Stella began to explain, and with gifts paving the way, Damian's cold expression immediately crumbled.

Lucas looked at him with disappointment, but he couldn't get Damian to stand on his side again. In the end, he had no choice but to give up and follow behind them with the gift Stella had given him.

The Elf King went about his business, while Stella followed Damian, not forgetting to deliver a message to Robert.

Robert opened the door and saw the three cubs outside. He smiled faintly.

He opened the door, invited them in, and laid out the fruits the cubs loved to eat before looking at Stella: "What do you need me for?"

Lucas asked curiously, "Why did you guess it was Stella?"

Robert's face took on a mysterious look: "Of course, it's guidance from the gods."

Although Lucas was naive, he had gained some skills from his time struggling in the illusion.

He looked at Robert suspiciously: "Are you lying to me?"

Robert raised an eyebrow: "Not bad, you actually noticed it. You've improved."

Lucas immediately stood up, clenching his little fists and jumping up and down in anger.

Damian sighed, taking it for granted as he mediated between the two sides.

Stella said, "I received Damian's pleading look."

"Robert, I've come to see you today because I have something important to discuss."

Robert stopped teasing Lucas after hearing this, and Damian was able to calm him down and get him to sit down again.

Stella first took out a box containing gold crystals: "The first thing is that I promised to make a piece of jewelry for Savison to thank him, but I'm afraid I won't do it well. Can you guide me?"

“Of course,” Robert did not refuse.

Stella smiled and said, "The second thing is that at the shop where I bought this gold crystal, after the shop owner found out that I knew you, he asked me to tell you that two months later, Roland Auction House will be auctioning a gem that you have been looking for for many years."

Stella asked curiously, "What kind of gem are you looking for?"
