Before she could react, Huo Muchen had already entered the room. Liu Shiyin was somewhat surprised and at a loss.

Huo Muchen waited quietly, as if enjoying this silent exchange.

"Where, where did you go? We, we last night..."

Liu Shiyin looked at Huo Muchen and asked, somewhat shyly and anxiously.

"I just went out to buy you some clean clothes and some small toys. Last night... nothing happened last night,"

Huo Muchen looked at Liu Shiyin with a smile in his eyes and said,

Then Huo Muchen reached out and lifted Liu Shiyin's chin, examining her carefully from left to right for a while. The redness and swelling on her face had subsided considerably, leaving only the intricate scars clearly visible on her face.
