Beast Taming Star Journey

I followed the Ruins Spirit closely and rushed into the passage. At the end of the passage was a thick fog, so thick that you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. I immediately summoned my tamed beast—the Howling Moon Wolf, which was pure white with eyes that emitted a faint blue light in the fog.

"Howling Moon, can you sense the location of the Ruins Spirit?"

I asked. The Howling Moon Wolf growled, sniffed the air, and then ran off in one direction. I followed closely behind, and Su Yao caught up as well.

"Nong Yu, this fog is so strange. I feel like my spiritual energy is circulating more slowly."

Su Yao's voice came from behind me.

I nodded and said, "Me too. This mist must be some kind of special formation that can suppress our power."

We proceeded cautiously, everything blurred in the mist. The air around us was unusually damp and cold, and I couldn't help but shiver.

The Howling Moon Wolf suddenly stopped and let out a low growl. I immediately became alert and looked around, but found nothing.

I crouched down and carefully examined the ground, discovering some strange symbols on it.

A thought struck me: these symbols were very similar to those I had seen at the entrance to the ruins. Could it be...? I immediately memorized the symbols and continued to follow Howling Moon Wolf.

After walking for a short while, we came to a fork in the road. Three paths appeared before us, each leading in an unknown direction.

Just then, Howling Moon Wolf walked to the entrance of one of the passages, stopped, and pointed its claws at the wall of the passage.

I went over to take a look and found a faint symbol carved on the wall. This symbol was exactly the same as the ones I had memorized before!

"I see!"

I exclaimed excitedly, "The relic spirits are leaving us clues! These symbols are guiding us in the right direction!"

I immediately led Su Yao and Xiaoyue Tianlang into the passage. The passage was winding and twisting, and we walked for a long time before finally arriving at an open square.

In the center of the square was a huge stone platform, on which sat a sphere that emitted a faint glow.

"It's a treasure for evolving beasts!"

I said excitedly. Just then, I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around and saw Boss Zhao and his men walking towards us.

"Kid, I didn't expect you to find this place."

Boss Zhao said in a sinister tone, "However, this treasure is destined to belong to me!"

I snorted coldly and placed the Howling Moon Wolf in front of me. Su Yao also drew her weapon and stood beside me.

A major battle is about to break out... Boss Zhao grinned and gave Boss Liu a wink.

Liu Lao Er smiled sinisterly and quietly retreated... Zhao Lao Da grinned and took a step closer to me.

"Kid, hand over the treasure obediently, and you'll suffer less!"

I wielded a longsword, fighting alongside Su Yao. Our swords flashed, deflecting each incoming attack. Su Yao's fighting style, like her personality, was wild and direct.

The long whip in her hand danced like a serpent, each swing carrying a sharp gust of wind that forced the enemy back. During the battle, she deliberately lagged behind a few steps, walking alongside me.

She gently tugged at my sleeve and whispered, "Nongyu, no matter what happens, I'll always be by your side."

Looking into her resolute eyes, I felt a warmth in my heart. That simple sentence gave me immense strength. I gripped my sword tighter, my gaze hardening.

"careful!"

Su Yao suddenly exclaimed and pulled me aside. Right where I had just been standing, a sharp wooden splinter suddenly shot out from the ground.

"Damn Liu Lao Er!"
