Beast Taming Star Journey

Thud—another deafening crash, like a giant beast slamming into the city wall, made my eardrums ring. Before the guard could finish speaking, deafening battle cries came from afar, rapidly approaching.

"Damn it! They actually chose this time to attack!" Senior Beastmaster Boron's face turned ashen. He slammed his fist on the table, shattering the sturdy wooden table into pieces instantly. "Nong Yu, prepare to fight!" I took a deep breath, suppressing the unease in my heart, and said in a deep voice, "Yes!" Although I had long anticipated that the lithium forces would make a comeback, I did not expect them to be so fast and so fierce.

Without a second thought, I immediately summoned my beast companions.

Little Fire, the Crimson Flame Flying Fox, is engulfed in raging flames, with eyes as sharp as knives; Little Gold, the Golden Armored Earth Dragon, is covered in thick golden scales, radiating powerful earth-elemental energy; and Little Wind, the Gale Eagle, spreads its wings, blotting out the sky, and moves as fast as lightning.

"Little Fire, Little Gold, Little Wind, prepare to meet the enemy!" I commanded in a deep voice, while simultaneously mobilizing the special beast-taming power within my body to establish a deeper connection with them.

I could clearly feel their emotions, their fighting spirit, and their absolute loyalty to me.

The power of this equal contract not only allows me to share their power, but also enables me to connect with them on a deeper level, as if we were one.

"Roar!" Little Gold let out a deafening roar and charged out first. Little Fire followed closely behind, transforming into a crimson lightning bolt that drew a dazzling trajectory in the air.

Xiao Feng hovered high in the sky, his sharp eyes constantly watching the enemy's movements, ready to launch a fatal blow at any moment.

"Form the formation!" I commanded, and the three beasts quickly deployed according to the formation I had set.

Xiao Jin is in the center, his thick scales forming an impenetrable defensive barrier; Xiao Huo is on the left, his blazing flames forming a wall of fire to block the enemy's attack; Xiao Feng is on the right, his swift claws ready to strike at any moment.

"Boom!" The vanguard of the lithium forces surged in like a tidal wave, colliding head-on with my tamed beasts.

I held my breath and focused intently on directing the beasts, utilizing their individual strengths to maximize the power of the formation.

Xiao Jin's defense was impregnable, Xiao Huo's flames were devastating, and Xiao Feng's attacks were as swift as thunder.

Although the lithium-powered soldiers' tamed beasts were numerous, they proved utterly vulnerable to our meticulously arranged formation.

Wave after wave of attacks were successfully repelled by my tamed beasts. Watching the enemy retreat step by step, a glimmer of hope ignited in my heart. But I knew this was only temporary.

The leader of the lithium forces will not give up easily... Suddenly, a deafening roar came from afar, the sound waves reverberating and even the earth trembling slightly.

"What is that..." Senior Beast Tamer's expression changed, his gaze turning grave as he looked into the distance. Dust billowed, and smoke filled the air.

My beast-taming companions, though brave and fearless, are beginning to show signs of fatigue under the onslaught of the more powerful beasts of the Lithium faction.

Scratches appeared on Little Gold's golden scales, Little Fire's flames began to dim, and even the usually swift Little Wind began to struggle to dodge the enemy's attacks.

"Damn it!" I gritted my teeth, my palms sweating. This can't go on, we'll be worn down!

I desperately channeled the power of beast taming within me, trying to strengthen my connection with my companions and give them more power.

"Little Gold, watch out on the left! Little Fire, use Flame Storm!" I shouted hoarsely as I gave the orders, but the enemy's attacks grew more and more intense, and my beasts were gradually becoming unable to withstand the onslaught.

Just then, a gigantic rhinoceros, its body covered in hard rock, charged toward Xiao Jin like a moving mountain.

Xiao Jin tried his best to resist, but was still knocked away and crashed heavily to the ground, letting out a painful cry.

"Xiao Jin!" My heart sank, and a wave of despair washed over me. Were we really going to lose? Just then, at this critical moment, something unexpected happened!

The giant rhinoceros was forced back several steps, and cracks began to appear in the hard rock beneath its body. Little Gold pressed its advantage, its sharp claws flashing, and utterly crushed the giant rhinoceros.

Inspired by Xiao Jin, Xiao Huo and Xiao Feng rekindled their fighting spirit and threw themselves back into battle.

I stood on the edge of the battlefield, watching my beast companions fight bravely, and my heart was filled with pride and emotion.

Su Yao stood right behind me, her gaze fixed on me, her eyes filled with worry and admiration. I knew she was moved by my bravery.

The battle continued, and although we had gained the upper hand for the time being, I knew it was far from over. In the distance, the figure of the lithium faction leader came into my view.
