Rebirth: I Became a Maggot 2

Chapter 70 1 Mao 2 is indeed the smartest.

I thought it was just a trip to accompany Dafu on a flight, but to my surprise, Dafu took it seriously and said something that I found very insightful.

So we decided to face this challenge head-on, as a trial before we left.

But we were stumped by the first hurdle; everyone was stuck in place, unable to find a solution.

While everyone was racking their brains for a solution, the bee flew towards the cowshed as if it had come up with a good idea.

All the insects became curious. What were they doing? Had they come up with a good idea? So all the insects stopped what they were doing and looked at the bee.

The swarms of wasps flew toward the cowshed, but stopped just before they reached the cow.

Each of them sent out several small teams to fly towards the cow's eyes, and two bees stung directly into the cow's eyes.

The cow's eyes were its most vulnerable spot, and it instantly let out an angry bellow and started jumping around inside the shed.

Taking advantage of this brief moment, the swarm of bees darted quickly toward the cowshed and disappeared into the distance.

Several bees lay dead on the ground, having already lost their lives after shooting out their stingers.

It's already this cruel at the very beginning, and this cruelty is resource-driven and passive; even if you're willing to sacrifice yourself, you have to let your comrades go first.

Only bees were the first to try this method, but the results were excellent; they truly achieved the greatest results with the least cost.

As the bee departed, the other creatures grew anxious. How could they let the bee get there first?

So the other groups held an emergency meeting to discuss how to find a way out of the past in the shortest amount of time.

"Yi Mao Er, you're the smartest! Do you have any good ideas?" Da Fu asked curiously.

"What can I do? You want me to fight a bull? How can I possibly beat a bull?" I said, feeling quite frustrated.

"I feel like you can beat a bull," Dafu said blindly, praising him from the side.

"What did you take it for?" I asked, quite annoyed.

"Is there really no other way? Can't we just rush through without any casualties?" Dafu cried out sadly from the side.

Ah, girls, no matter what kind of creature they are, are all soft-hearted.

Looking at that cowshed, I tried to come up with a solution, but after thinking of many methods, I couldn't find a better one. How could I possibly avoid getting hit when so many insects rushed over?

Going alone would be more troublesome; I'd definitely get beaten up. Looking at the cow, I felt a surge of frustration. Why should we little creatures be compared to cows?

Are they trying to tell us that we must outsmart others and never fight them head-on? But do they even know the saying, "In the face of absolute power, all schemes are laughable jokes"?

Isn't this just ripping us off?

I'm so anxious I'm practically turning gray. I'm hoping to finish this flying competition and get to town, but how am I supposed to get there in this situation?

"Twenty-two cents! What kind of flower is that little red one?" Dafu called out from the side.

Oh, Dafu, I really admire you! What time is it? You still have the mood to look at flowers. Instead of worrying, think about how to get through this. I'm so anxious!

Seeing the red flowers, a brilliant idea suddenly popped into my head. This idea would not only prevent any casualties, but would also allow us to get through safely.

However, this method requires everyone's agreement; otherwise, a single group would certainly not be able to get through.

The red flower is what the villagers call the "cockscomb flower" because it looks like the crest on a rooster's head. It is bright red.

So I quickly flew over to those groups, told them my method, and whether they cooperated or not was up to them.

After all, I can't force it, and this is the only strategy I can think of that can be devised without any casualties.

After a while, they probably couldn't think of a good solution, and they slowly gathered together. So I told them the method.

After hearing my method, their eyes lit up, and they looked at me in disbelief, as if I had done something great, as if they were looking at a god.

Under my command, all the insects began to collect the cockscomb flowers and place them on the stone. The cockscomb flowers were exceptionally vibrant.

Then a large number of insects grabbed a piece of cockscomb flower and rushed towards the cowshed, but stopped when they reached a certain spot.

"Begin." At my command, all the insects took out their red cockscomb flowers.

In an instant, it formed a shape resembling a red bullfighting cloth.

That wasn't all. Under my command, the insects continued to fly up and down, appearing to the cow like a red cloth trembling before its eyes.

The bull's nerves were being provoked, and it immediately went berserk, trying to charge at the red cloth. However, because it was tied up in the cowshed, it couldn't break out and could only bellow wildly inside.

At that very moment, the remaining large number of insects seized the opportunity and flew over quickly.

The cow was completely captivated, and it rushed towards the insects around it, drawn by the bright red color.

As the rushing insects reached their positions, they all instantly dropped the red leaves they were holding, creating a beautiful scene reminiscent of a red rain.

The cow only returned to its previous normal state after the red petals fell to the ground.

"Hey, silly cow, look this way!" The insects on the other side called out immediately after all the insects on our side released the red leaf.

Then the insects that had been there raised their red leaves, instantly forming a red pattern that made the bull start to go berserk again.

And at that moment, we rushed past the bull again.

And so we triumphed, barely harming a single insect.

As we arrived, the insects immediately dropped the red leaves they were holding, and the red leaves fell from the sky as if they were celebrating our victory.

We quickly flew towards the next trial. After so much time, we had no idea where the bees that had gone ahead had gotten.
