The socially awkward villain's furry superpower

Chapter 75 The Interrogation Process

Sienna was initially unsure of how to stand or where to stand. In fact, she wasn't even sure if she should interrogate the woman lying on the ground.

What's more troublesome is that "Black Shield" has his hands and feet tied behind his back and is lying on his side on the ground. No matter how you look at it, this posture is quite awkward.

“I’m not a villain,” the woman said, pulling hard on her arm as she tried to break free.

Teddy roared, and its huge paws slightly bent and extended in front of the heroine's face, and the woman dared not move again.

“That sounds like something a villain would say,” Sienna replied.

She needed to look at this from a different perspective. This was the second time she had interrogated a villain; it was really... too much.

But what if you interpret this as scolding a disobedient child? She's becoming increasingly adept at this.

"I need a chair."

Athena was the first to jump up and run to the kitchen.

A moment later, she returned dragging a chair across the floor with a screeching sound.

Sienna took the chair, turned it so that it faced the heroine on the ground, then sat down and adjusted her posture until she felt comfortable.

She crossed her legs and placed her hands on her thighs, while the heroine looked up at her from the ground.

Teddy moved closer; its massive body gave off a sense of security. Athena grinned and stood on the other side of Sienna.

“My name is Boss,” Sienna said, thankfully her voice didn’t tremble.

"This is quite interesting. Now untie me quickly. I'm here on official business."

"Who assigned you this task?" Sienna asked.

"police!"

"Do you have a search warrant for this property?" Sienna asked.

"What? No, but I have the right to stay here."

Sienna snorted, as if she had just heard Teddy's excuse.

It's easy to imagine that the heroine's answer would sound like a lame excuse like, "The cookie jar fell down and the cookie just happened to fall into my mouth."

“I don’t believe you,” Sienna said.

"You guys got here first! That raccoon girl!"

"Are you wearing a camera? What evidence do you have to prove it?" The heroine twisted her body. "So, you broke into this house, and because we're all heroes, we stopped you. You..."

Sienna glared at her.

"And you even fired a laser at my sister Trinity."

"She...she doesn't look injured?"

"She's better now, but that doesn't change anything! Heroes don't fire lasers at children. Even if they deserved it, it's not right!"

“That’s not how you say it at all!” she shouted. Teddy roared, and the heroine’s attitude softened somewhat.

Sienna shook her head. "Speak softly."

"Should I make a move?" Athena asked.

“…Let’s do it,” Sienna said.

“What?” the heroine asked. “You can’t use mind control abilities on others! That’s illegal.”

“You’ve always been reluctant to be honest about why you’re here, who you are, and who sent you,” Sienna said, gesturing for Athena to wait. “Then what am I supposed to do?”

The heroine rolled over, looking up at Sienna, "Let me go, because I am a hero."

“That’s easy for you to say,” Sienna said. “Do you know what happens to liars?”

“Oh no,” Teddy growled. Sienna knew it was expressing concern, but when a big bear said “Oh no,” the level of worry was completely different.

Sienna nodded. "Liars are punished. I don't mind putting you in solitary confinement, and spanking is a very effective method."

That's partly true and partly false. So far, the threat of punishment alone has been effective enough.

"what's wrong with you?"

Sienna sighed, shifted in her chair to sit more comfortably, then leaned forward and rested her elbows on her knees.

She stared at the woman's mask and her own small reflection in the black glass of the mask. "I don't know who you are, but I know this place."

This was the hideout of some villain, right? A nobody local antagonist, just taken out. Now, let's be honest with each other. What are you doing here?"

"Someone complained about the noise here."

“Lying,” Sienna said, turning to look at Athena. “Don’t be too forceful.”

“Hey, hey, wait, you’re going to…” She paused, then shuddered, turning her head to look around. “Oh, this isn’t good,” she muttered under her breath.

"What are you doing here?" Sienna asked.

"I...I don't need to tell you anything."

Who told you about this place?

The woman shut her mouth, her chin tense, and her lips pressed into a straight line.

“Okay. Does anyone know you’re here?” The woman twitched slightly, and Sienna deduced that this meant the answer was yes.

"Alright then. My companions and I are leaving. We'll call the police to take you away. You just stay on the ground."

"Are you going to leave me here?"

“I have other things to do. And we both know I already know quite a bit.” Sienna pointed to the chair. “Could you please put this chair back in its place?”

“Okay,” Athena said, dragging her chair back, while Sienna headed for the back door.

She examined the house. It was probably covered in hair, fingerprints, and all sorts of evidence, but she couldn't think of a way to remove the traces without setting the house on fire.

"Come on, everyone, let's go."

As soon as Sienna stepped into the back porch, she began to tremble. That ordeal had really taken its toll. "Boss, are you alright?" Teddy asked.

It has returned to the appearance of an ordinary girl and is now putting the mask back on.

“Yes, yes, I’m fine,” Sienna said. She quickly counted the number of people and then started walking forward.

That's it. They've obtained the documents and have the relevant information, and if anyone asks, she can say they were fulfilling their heroic duties.

Although it wasn't perfect, it was still something she had gained. She didn't know if it would stand up to scrutiny, but it might buy her some time, and serve as an excuse.

Sienna stared at the notification. Just as she expected. But she also admitted to herself that these extra points might come in handy.

They came to the fence behind the house, and Sienna helped her sisters climb over the fence, then she jumped up and climbed over herself.

As soon as her feet touched the ground, she took out her phone from her pocket and sent a text message to Meraton.

She didn't really trust Meraton, but the woman was a decent contact.

She sent the address to the other party, saying that she had caught someone she thought might be the villain and left the person in that house.

Meraton replied quickly, but Sienna ignored the reply and simply put her phone away. "Okay, let's go home now. Or... well, I think we should change our clothes first."

“Okay,” Teddy said. “Come on, I remember where home is. Bears have a natural sense of direction when it comes to these things.”

“No, that’s not true,” Athena said.

"How do you know? You're just an owl."

"Owls are the best, we can fly."

“Yes, but you don’t migrate, do you?” Teddy asked.

Athena snorted. "We don't need to migrate. We're cool enough not to be scared away by a little cold or anything like that. Unlike bears, who have to hide."

"That's not hiding, that's hibernation."

"Aren't they all the same?"

“Raccoons eat garbage,” Trinity joined the conversation.

Her two older sisters were staring at her.

"what happened?"

Sienna held back her laughter.

At least with these three guys distracting her, her thoughts weren't constantly trapped in those dark and oppressive ideas.

“I think we can put these arguments aside for now. All three of you are great…orcs.”

“That’s awesome!” Teddy said. “Did you hear that? I’m the best.”

“That’s not what she meant!” Athena retorted.

"I am the most animalistic among you."

“But I have three, so I have more animalistic traits than you, plus one more.”

Sienna rolled her eyes. It seemed there was no way to avoid this pointless argument.
