Chapter 70 Illegal Entry
Sienna opened her room door, only to be shoved and jostled by her sisters who rushed in, each vying to be the first to enter, causing her to stumble back a few steps.
She followed them into the room and then closed the door. "Okay, everyone, we need to get our clothes. We can't change here."
“And what about me?” Trinity asked. “I’ve never worn my own clothes before.”
Sienna thought for a moment, then nodded. "Go change one of your clones. I think that should teach you how to wear it."
"Yay!" Trinity's two clones cheered. They ripped open the bag containing her clothes and rushed into the bathroom.
Sienna heard the door click shut, and then she began to move around.
Her clothes weren't really hidden away; they were just stuffed into a plastic bag in her drawer along with Teddy's clothes.
Athena's outfit was a bit too big, at least that jacket was.
“We need to get you a new mask,” Sienna muttered, looking at Teddy’s bear mask.
The plastic on both sides of the mask was a bit deformed, and there was a crack on one of the ears.
It's inevitable that such cheap goods will experience normal wear and tear.
"Oh, can I have a mask made of steel?" Teddy asked, "with the teeth shaped like blades."
“I…I don’t know if we have that budget,” Sienna said.
She shoved everything into a duffel bag, including Athena's leather jacket, then stood up and looked at Trinity sitting on the edge of the bed. "I still need to change," she said.
"Okay, take your time changing."
Trinity nodded.
Sienna had a minute or two to kill, so she went to her laptop, turned it on, and logged into the "Ogle" search engine to quickly search.
Black Shield, Thunder Block, and Spin Win are the three heroes Simon mentioned.
The news reports that Simont was captured by Granmazon and Silver Fox, but the news could be false, especially if the Secret Society also controls those two.
Information about Black Shield online is scarce. A couple of articles mention her, but always place this hero within a larger group.
She was a young woman, wearing a tight black spandex top, standing at the back of the line.
Her clothing featured some black armor on her chest, knees, and shoulders, with only a few dark gray accents.
The heroine's weapon was particularly eye-catching.
Sienna opened her page on Iquique and frowned.
The Void Shield is a technological shield created by mechanics that can fire lasers.
Basically, it consists of two gauntlets with large teardrop-shaped shields. The tips of the shields extend more than ten centimeters beyond the heroine's knuckles, and the rounded end is about the same width as her forearm.
Her ability is listed as "Black Shield Generation," but Sienna has no idea what that means.
The situation is quite different for Lei Ningkuai.
He's the kind of hero who's rather high-profile.
She frequently participates in local hospital activities, visits sick children, does volunteer work, and even bakes cookies for some charity events.
Lei Ningkuai was an ordinary-looking man, just a bit thin.
She wore a bright yellow outfit over a dark blue bodysuit.
His armor looked very high-tech, with several displays on his forearms.
His helmet resembled a combination of a military cap and a bicycle helmet, with a pale yellow visor over the thick headphones.
There are many reports about his activities, including some video recordings of him shooting lightning at robbers outdoors, but that's about it.
Sienna didn't understand the meaning of the "clump" part in his name.
However, he is a speed-type hero, as can be seen from his almost instantaneous reaction speed.
Finally, you win by spinning around.
Of the three, he was the strangest.
He always wore a suit and tie, and he was dressed differently every time he appeared. The only thing in common was that the colors of his clothes were very bright and the patterns on the fabric were very flashy.
He looks a bit like a business clown.
Sienna wasn't even sure if he was male or female, because Zhuanzhuanying seemed to have a different image in different photos and events.
Behind him was a huge, suspended rotating wheel with a large arrow in the middle.
The wheel is always divided into different areas, each marked with different words, such as "Flame" and "Gravity" written on these sector areas.
Based on the information Sienna saw, it is generally believed that he can gain a new ability by "spinning" the wheel, but he cannot choose which ability to spin onto.
"This ability is really terrible," Sienna muttered to herself. Among the three, Zhuanzhuanying wasn't the most frequently seen in the public eye, but he didn't deliberately avoid the camera either.
He has a proven track record of defeating villains and has participated in at least two Endgame battles.
"elder sister!"
Sienna turned around and saw two Trinity stumbling out of the bathroom.
The one in the new clothes stepped forward, hands on hips, a proud and radiant smile on his face.
This outfit suits her very well.
A green scarf was draped over a black and white striped shirt, a green domino mask covered her eyes, and a large bag with dollar signs was hanging from her waist.
The shirt matched her exposed, fluffy tail perfectly.
“You need a beret,” Sienna said. “Other than that, you look fantastic.”
“Great!” Trinity exclaimed. “Now I have to change my clothes again, right?”
“That’s right, hurry up. We’ll leave as soon as you’re changed.” Sienna turned to look at her laptop—but first glanced at it to make sure the other sisters were behaving themselves.
Teddy was dozing off, while Athena was flipping through one of Sienna's course textbooks.
Next, she was going to search the address that Simont had given her.
After entering a nearby address into a map website, she found the street.
Eau Clair is a small city, so that place isn't too far from here.
After walking a short distance through the commercial area, you will arrive at a residential area in the city built in the 1970s.
That kind of place is full of identical houses in dead-end alleys, much like where she grew up.
"I'm all done!" Trinity shouted from the bed, and at the same time, another Trinity opened the bathroom door and staggered out.
“Okay.” Sienna said, closing her laptop and standing up. “Teddy, wake up, baby. Athena, are you ready to go? Great! Trinity, don’t run around, okay?”
Sienna then led her sisters out of the room and into the elevator.
There was another boy in the elevator. Faced with five girls staring at him, he seemed just as bewildered as Sienna usually was.
However, the elevator descended very quickly, and soon they were back on the street, heading roughly north.
Sienna's sense of direction isn't particularly sharp, but if she pays close attention, she can still distinguish between east, west, south, and north.
Most of the time on the journey was spent disciplining the younger sisters.
Teddy is a bit bossy towards others, even though he's trying to help, it's not a good thing.
Athena always rushed to the front, while Sienna had to take care of Trinity's several clones, so she was really struggling to keep up.
About half an hour later, Sienna found herself almost at the street where Simon had pointed out the house.
“We can’t just walk right over there. We either need to change our clothes and walk right in, or we can try to sneak in.”
“I can go in by myself first,” Trinity said. “Just send one or two clones of me in, and I’ll stay with you.”
The idea isn't so bad. The problem is whether Trinity can be trusted to accurately convey what she sees.
However, this is still less risky than barging directly into the house.
There should be an open space behind the house.
Most of the plots of land have fences around their backyards, behind which is a grove of trees, and beyond that, the highway leading to the city.
There are many places you can sneak past.
Sienna found a small alley to change her clothes; it was a tiny, secluded corner where she could hide for a second or two.
They took turns changing their clothes until everyone was dressed.
After Sienna stuffed everything into a duffel bag hidden in a corner, she led her sisters to the backstreet and into the small grove of trees.
At that moment, a car sped past just a hundred meters away.
“Alright,” Sienna and the others said as they arrived at the house. “The backyard is pretty ordinary, just a fire pit in the middle and a small gazebo at the back. Nothing special about it.” “Trinity, it’s your turn.”
The girl nodded, then her two clones lay prone along the wooden fence, using it as leverage to vault over and land with a thud on the other side. "I'm alright!"
Sienna sighed and helped the other Trinity climb over the fence. "Good luck."
“I’m still here,” Trinity said, who remained on the side.
“Yes, yes,” Sienna replied.
She couldn't help but wonder how her life had become so distorted, with trespassing becoming commonplace these days.
