Sienna had some money. Not much, not even enough to arouse suspicion, but enough to barely make ends meet for a week or two, maybe.

However... with several more mouths to feed, this amount of money doesn't seem to make much sense.

However, she felt her sisters needed to relax, so they decided to go out and have some fun. Shopping for clothes was a good way to unwind and pass the time peacefully.

They stopped in front of a small shop on a street corner, and Sienna splurged a little by buying six smoothies.

When the last glass was handed to her and Trinity, who was already trembling slightly from consuming too much sugar, drank it down in large gulps, she regretted it.

This is a problem we'll have to face later. Perhaps if she walks around a bit more, by the afternoon her three (presumably) sisters will be able to burn off some of their excess energy.

“Alright! Let’s head to the clothing store!” Sienna said.

Seeing a group of little girls surrounding her, she couldn't help but smile.

Teddy naturally walked in front, striding along as if she were three feet taller than she actually was and that the entire sidewalk belonged to her.

Athena stood close to Sienna, holding Sienna's hand with one hand, while trying to pretend she wasn't observing her surroundings.

Sienna hoped no one would notice that her head turned a little too far when she looked back at something behind her.

Trinity was pacing back and forth beside, in front of, and behind Sienna. The raccoon girl wasn't running around much this time, as she was busy drinking her smoothie.

Hearing the sound of three straws sucking at the same time was a bit strange, but Sienna thought that anyone who passed by and heard the sound would just take it as a coincidence and wouldn't think much of it.

This clothing store isn't on the busiest street in Eau Clair, but it's not far from there.

It was a fairly large building. One window displayed Halloween items, while another window featured mannequins dressed in costumes.

Sienna felt that since October was approaching, it was only natural for places like this to start changing their merchandise.

Besides clothing, this store also sells work uniforms and related equipment. They have nurse uniforms, retail staff uniforms, and various miscellaneous items. Dry cleaning services are also available in the back of the store.

Sienna felt there was a 50% chance this store was a front for money laundering, because even if it had those two business lines, the customer traffic from clothing sales alone couldn't support such a large store size.

“Okay,” she said, leading a group of her sisters into the store.

The girl behind the counter looked at the group of children with the kind of apprehension that only a minimum wage retail clerk would have when a "notable" day was about to begin.

“We will follow the rules,” Sienna said.

“Okay, okay, don’t worry,” Teddy said.

“No, it’s very worrying,” Sienna retorted, pointing at Teddy with her finger poised to wag.

"No threatening anyone, no wandering around, no complaining about capitalism, and no preaching communism to anyone... You must be polite."

You're the oldest among my sisters, so you need to behave more maturely. I believe you can do it.

Teddy initially pouted, but eventually proudly puffed out his chest.

She then pointed at Athena, "Don't scare people. You're a smart and observant girl, and I'm sure you know what kind of behavior I don't like."

Athena nodded. "I can do it. Or rather... I won't do it. Hmm, no problem."

“Very good. And Trinity too. I want... the three of you, one with one of your sisters, and one with me, understand? Also, no stealing.”

“Okay!” Trinity agreed. It was fine for her to speak using only one of her bodies, because speaking with three bodies at the same time would feel too bizarre.

Sienna nodded, lowered her fingers, and straightened her back. She was becoming increasingly adept at getting her sisters to obey, though they might not always do what she said.

Sienna took Trinity's hand and walked toward the rows of inexpensive clothes, looking at the sweaters, dresses, and most importantly, the price tags.

"So, what kind of clothes do you want to choose?" Sienna asked.

“I already have a plan in mind,” Trinity said.

"really?"

The raccoon girl nodded. "I want to pretend to be a thief."

“A…thief?” Sienna repeated.

"Yeah, they're the best. They can take things and keep them; they can stay up all night, which is super cool; and they always play chase games with the police."

“I’m sure there’s at least one flaw in your thinking,” Sienna said. “But… well. I think a thief’s outfit would be a good idea.”

They walked past a row of shelves, past cheap police uniforms, revealing nurse outfits, and replicas of costumes worn by some of the more popular heroes.

Finally, Trinity gasped and pointed to a garment in a clear plastic box. Sienna laughed and took it off the hook.

It was a very simple outfit, frankly, not even a proper outfit. It was just a shirt with black and white stripes and a headscarf.

It also comes with a large bag, with a dollar sign sewn onto the side.

"Is this the set?" she asked.

“Yes,” Trinity said, “but it doesn’t come with trousers.”

“And there are no masks,” Sienna said. “We can go find one; I remember seeing some ordinary masks in the front row.”

There are dozens of domino masks there.
