Pushkin, holding the sword hilt, pretended to present the divine sword to the God of Light. Just as the God of Light impatiently reached out to grab the sword, Pushkin made his move! He swung the sword at the God of Light, but the God of Light seemed to have seen through his thoughts and vanished in a flash of light. Pushkin's fatal blow only hit empty air.

Then, an invisible force gripped Pushkin's throat and lifted him into the air. The avatar of the God of Light reappeared before Pushkin and whispered, "I've already given you a chance. I was only going to spare your life because you are the offspring of this body and because you pleaded with me many times. Alas, you don't know what's good for you, so don't blame me. But just as the God of Light was about to kill Pushkin, his figure froze instantly. It was Agreed who made the move. A blood shadow of a heart appeared before his eyes. Ignoring his own danger, Agreed activated Heart Control again. Since the blood-red crystal ball in his staff had already exhausted its energy, this blood magic he unleashed was a real drain on Agreed's own blood energy.

This might have aged him twenty years in an instant, but Agred had no choice. Agred reached out and crushed the phantom heart in an instant, but unexpectedly, the avatar of the God of Light did not die. Instead, all of Agred's meridians burst, and blood gushed out from his body and blood vessels.

The avatar of the God of Light stretched his newly freed body and said with some surprise, "Vampire magic, you little guy know quite a lot, but unfortunately your idea is a bit naive. This is a descent of faith, and this avatar is protected by part of my divine power. However, in a fit of rage, Pushkin once again unleashed his power, just like when he dealt with the Mind Flayer, causing the divine sword to fly into his hand. A terrifying sword shadow descended from the sky, piercing towards the avatar of the God of Light. Upon seeing this, the God of Light merely snorted coldly, and with a casual wave of his hand, the energy phantom of the divine sword instantly dissipated. Pushkin then suffered a backlash, feeling as if a boulder had struck his chest, before spitting out blood and collapsing to the ground, completely losing all life.

The backlash had turned Pushkin's internal organs into a pile of rotten flesh. Pushkin, the leader of the Knights of Light, who was once considered the pinnacle of humanity, was so powerless and weak in front of the God of Light. With just one move, the God of Light killed this strongest man among humans.

The God of Light beckoned and took the divine sword into his hand. He stroked the blade and murmured greedily, "I have finally obtained you. You will make me able to rule Alfheim (the Kingdom of Light of the World Tree, the legendary origin of elves), and stand on equal footing with my father! Hahahaha!" After a moment of excitement, the God of Light tore open a spatial passage and sent the divine sword to his own body.

Then the God of Light walked up to Agred and instantly healed him with his divine power. Afterward, he looked down at Agred and asked, "Do you know why I let you live?"

Agred struggled to his feet, but a sudden pressure forced him back to his knees. Agred struggled desperately, shouting at the God of Light, "I don't know!"
