HP Star Shining
Chapter 108
After the Easter holidays, tensions between the two houses reached a breaking point, with small fights often breaking out in the corridors. The most serious incident involved a fourth-year Gryffindor and a sixth-year Slytherin being sent to the hospital ward because green leeks grew in their ears.
As far as anyone can remember, no other game has ever been played in such a charged atmosphere.
The night before the match, all normal activities in the Gryffindor common room stopped, and even Hermione put down her book.
Fred and George dealt with the pressure by being even more boisterous than usual, and Angelina, Alicia, and Katie laughed at their jokes. Wood was muttering to himself, moving a Quidditch figure around with his wand.
Harry sat with three good friends, away from the lively center, chatting quietly about irrelevant things.
He tried not to think about tomorrow's game, because every time he thought about it he got a terrible feeling, as if his stomach was about to jump out.
The next day, when the Gryffindor team entered the Great Hall, they were welcomed with warm applause, and the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff students also cheered them on.
"Are you nervous?" Su Xingchen asked in a low voice. She saw some dark circles under Harry's eyes.
"It's okay." Harry didn't sleep well last night. First, he dreamed that he was late for the game and Neville had to replace him. Then, after waking up, he was sure that he saw "unknown" outside the window.
A large black dog with scraggly fur, very much like the one he had seen the night he left the Dursleys'.
But what's the point of saying it? It will only make everyone worry, and Xingchen has always insisted that there is no such thing as "ominous".
As the Gryffindor Quidditch players were about to leave the Great Hall, everyone applauded again.
"Good luck, Harry!"
Su Xingchen heard and confirmed that it was Qiu Zhang's voice. Harry should have heard it too, right?
The stadium was filled with a roar of activity, and three-quarters of the people were wearing bright red roses and waving red flags with the Gryffindor lion on them or ribbons with the words "Go Gryffindor" written on them.
Behind the Slytherin goalposts, about two hundred people wore green ornaments, and the image of a silver snake gleamed on the green banner.
Professor Snape sat in the first row, also adorned with green ornaments, a dark smile on his face.
Looking at it this way, Slytherin looks a little pitiful.
In the end, Gryffindor won the game as expected. Harry held the little golden ball tightly in his hands and flapped his wings desperately.
The whole stadium was boiling. Streams of red rushed over the fence and onto the field, and countless hands slapped the players like raindrops.
In the chaos, Harry felt many voices and bodies pressing towards him, and then he and his teammates were lifted up.
He saw Hagrid, all covered in bright red roses, and Percy was jumping up and down like a madman with joy, completely forgetting the decency he always tried to maintain.
He also saw Ron and Hermione trying hard to squeeze in, and Su Xingchen smiled and waved at him to express his congratulations.
It is impossible to squeeze forward, so we must always remember the importance of anti-trampling safety.
Harry and the team were carried to the stands, where Dumbledore stood, holding the huge Quidditch trophy.
As Harry took the trophy from the weeping Wood and held it high, he thought that if there were Dementors nearby... he would definitely be able to conjure the most powerful Patronus.
Gryffindor prepared a grand celebration in the common room in the evening. The enthusiastic Gryffindors always found various reasons to have fun.
Su Xingchen stepped out of the common room while everyone was making a lot of noise. She remembered that a certain young master would be put in solitary confinement after the game.
After losing the game and being asked to clean the toilet, you can imagine how gloomy the young master's face must be. As his friend, how can I not go and "comfort" him?
It's not curfew yet, so there's no problem at all.
Fortunately, she found out that the bathroom Draco needed to clean was not far from the Magic History classroom, otherwise she might not be able to find the place.
In the corridor near the bathroom, Su Xingchen stood on tiptoe with his hands behind his back to look at a slightly messy painting.
She frowned. What the hell was this painting? It was chaotic and dark, unlike most of the paintings hanging in Hogwarts.
can't read.
After a while, the sound of "thump thump thump" footsteps slowly approached.
At this time and in this location, who else would come except the person who needs to clean the toilet?
Su Xingchen raised the corner of his mouth. It seemed that he was in a really bad mood, and even his footsteps became so heavy.
"Are you here?" She turned around with a smile.
Then, the smile froze on his face.
The person who came was not Draco Malfoy, but Marcus Flint.
"Wait for me here?" Flint walked over with a strange smile on his face.
I'm not! I didn't! Don't talk nonsense!
Su Xingchen took two steps back in shock, waving his hands repeatedly, "No, no, no, I recognized the wrong person."
"That's not what you said just now." Flint was tall and strong, and he walked fast and hurriedly, and was about to rush in front of him.
"She came to see me, Marcus."
Su Xingchen was just about to run away, but fortunately the person who was supposed to come finally showed up.
Flint stopped, looked back at Draco's somewhat cold expression, and said with a wry smile, "Okay, I get it."
Before leaving, he showed a terrifying and hideous smile.
Help! I feel like I’m being suffocated by a resentful spirit. I’m scared to death!
Illusion, illusion, Su Xingchen quickly patted his chest to calm himself down.
"What are you doing here?" Draco came over and said in a bad tone, "Stay away from Marcus, don't provoke him!"
"I didn't." Su Xingchen glanced at him with a wronged look, "I thought it was you who came."
Draco's expression softened a bit, "What do you want from me?"
It's really rare for someone to come to me on their own initiative.
Draco thought he had a thorough understanding of the fact that he was a lazy person to begin with, and became even lazier because he was directionally challenged.
"I thought you were in a bad mood today, so I came to comfort you." Su Xingchen smiled, her watery eyes like a spring. Unfortunately, her small cherry lips kept talking about something else. "By the way, didn't you say you were cleaning... Hey, why is Flint here too?"
Draco's face darkened decisively, "He's with me."
Got it. Clean the toilets in pairs.
Seeing Draco's face turn as dark as the bottom of a pot, Su Xingchen took out a piece of candy from his robe pocket and handed it to him, "Want to eat?"
"For me?" Draco's expression softened again.
"Yeah." Someone nodded like a chicken pecking at rice. After he took the candy, peeled off the wrapper and put it in his mouth, he continued, "Do you want to know where I got this candy?"
Draco looked at her, confused.
