Traveling through thousands of years, I only love you

Li Lingyuan and Xiao Yi decided to attend a charity ball to raise money for children in poor areas.

On the night of the ball, Li Lingyuan wore a gorgeous white evening gown, the hem of which shimmered brightly under the lights. A delicate crystal flower pinned to her carefully combed hair made her look even more elegant and charming. Xiao Yi, on the other hand, looked incredibly handsome in a black tuxedo with a crimson bow tie.

As she spun, Li Lingyuan's skirt blossomed like a flower. She accidentally stepped on Xiao Yi's foot, and a blush immediately appeared on her face. "Oh, I'm sorry." Xiao Yi didn't care at all. Instead, he smiled and said, "It's okay, dear. This makes our dance even more memorable."

When the song ended, they left the dance floor and took a break. Li Lingyuan gently fanned herself with a folding fan and panted softly, "I'm so tired, Xiao Yi." Xiao Yi considerately handed her a glass of juice: "Drink some juice and take a break."

At this moment, a handsome man approached and asked Li Lingyuan to dance. Li Lingyuan looked at Xiao Yi hesitantly. Xiao Yi nodded slightly, indicating that she could go. The man led Li Lingyuan back to the dance floor, while Xiao Yi watched silently from the side, a subtle hint of jealousy in his eyes.

Halfway through the ball, a charity auction began. A precious piece of jewelry was displayed, and Li Lingyuan's eyes lit up with admiration. Xiao Yi bid without hesitation and ultimately won the bid. He put it on Li Lingyuan's finger and whispered in her ear, "Only you deserve it." Li Lingyuan was moved and said, "Xiao Yi, thank you."

As time passed, the dance party drew to a close. Li Lingyuan and Xiao Yi left the venue amid the blessings of everyone.

Back home, Li Lingyuan leaned back on the sofa and closed her eyes tiredly. Xiao Yi gently massaged her shoulders and said, "You've worked hard today." Li Lingyuan opened her eyes, took Xiao Yi's hand and said, "As long as I'm with you, no matter how hard it is, it's worth it."

Xiao Yi leaned over and kissed Li Lingyuan on the forehead. The two hugged each other and enjoyed this warm moment.

The next day, sunlight streamed onto the bed through the gaps in the curtains. Li Lingyuan woke up first, and looking at Xiao Yi who was still asleep, she couldn't help but gently stroke his face with her fingers. As the days passed, the relationship between Li Lingyuan and Xiao Yi grew stronger. They cooked together, watched movies together, and went shopping together. Every ordinary day became inestimable because of each other's company.

One day, they decided to go on a trip together. During the trip, they enjoyed the beautiful scenery, tasted the local food, and made many interesting friends.

Another weekend, they participated in a crafting activity together and together they made a beautiful wooden sculpture with their names and a love heart engraved on it.

Li Lingyuan held the wooden sculpture and said with a smile, "This is the testimony of our love." Xiao Yi nodded and said, "It will accompany us forever."
