In the main control room of Taoyuan Star, the metal door slowly slid open.

Rosie stepped inside, her fingertips gently caressing her abdomen. The unspoken life growing quietly within her gave her a strange sense of strength. She paused at the doorway, scanning the assembled crowd.

Kyle stood beside the central projection table, his black military uniform neatly pressed, his amber eyes as sharp as a hawk's. Seeing Rosie come in, he nodded slightly: "Sissi."

The voice was still cold, but with a hint of warmth than before.

Ling Yuan leaned elegantly against the wall, his red eyes flickering slightly as his fingers slid quickly across his laptop. He looked up, a faint smile playing at the corners of his lips. "How do you feel?"

"It's okay, don't be too nervous. Have you forgotten that I am already the mother of four cubs?" Rosie walked to the center, her eyes sweeping over everyone present.

Fan Xiao stepped out from the shadows, his icy blue eyes fixed on Luo Xi's abdomen, his brows slightly furrowed. He strode forward, his fingers hovering a few centimeters in front of her abdomen, not touching, but as if confirming something.

"Don't worry, the baby is healthy." Rosie said softly.

Xingyu stood in the corner, a trace of worry flashing in his amber pupils, but he didn't say anything, just watching everything quietly. The tall figure of Xuanqi beside him didn't move, but the amber eyes under the white hair were always paying attention to Luo Xi's every move.

Ivan and Damon stood side by side, their faces identical but their temperaments very different. Ivan's gentle gaze concealed a subtle worry, while Damon's eyes flashed with a wild light, his fingers tapping nervously on the sword at his waist.

The two of them are the most nervous now, especially since they are still not sure who the father of the child is. The two of them usually like to compete with each other, and now it is even more so.

Lu Ye was the last to enter. His peach blossom eyes swept across the crowd, finally landing on Luo Xi. He frowned slightly, "Is the news about Enzo confirmed?"

"Confirmed." Kyle pressed the projection button, and a blue ball of light unfolded in the air, countless stars twinkling within it. He swiped his finger, and the image zoomed in, pointing to a specific location: "The entrance to the alien realm. The third holy relic is there."

Luo Xi stared at the flickering light, a complex emotion flashing in her eyes. She gently touched the Heart of Poseidon on her chest, feeling its faint pulse.

"What did Norcia say?" Rosie's voice was as cold as ice, her fingers gently stroking her abdomen. This unformed life made her feel a little worried, but there was no fear in her eyes.

She remembered the white tiger orc, a muscular figure with a burning desire for battle in his eyes. He was always fighting or on his way to a fight, always ready to show his claws.

Ling Yuan tapped the light brain with his slender fingers, and Norsia's face appeared on the projection, with the same mischievous smile: "Hello! Long time no see! Did you miss me?"

After a few pleasantries, Norsia's gaze went straight to Fanxiao, and he raised his eyebrows: "Tianlang boy, is your butt itching badly? Do you need me to fight with you?"

If Norsia said this to Lingyuan.

The unscrupulous businessman might tease you back with a smile, but it won't hurt.

But these words were said to Fanxiao, who was the most easily angered.

As expected, Fan Xiao's face immediately darkened, a cold glint flashing in his icy blue eyes. "Answer Xixi's question first, and I can let you live five more minutes—if you're sensible."

Norsia threw back his head and laughed, his laughter like thunder, his fangs flashing coldly in the light. Then his laughter stopped abruptly, his expression darkened, and the playfulness in his eyes disappeared completely.

"The alien region is a one-way passage, a gaping maw." He said in a low voice, "It's easy to get in, but hard to get out. The rules there are completely different from the universe we know. Time is stretched, space is distorted, and even the definition of life has to be rewritten."

He paused, a rare flicker of fear in his eyes. "The most terrifying thing is, there's something out there that devours everything—stars, planets, even entire galaxies. We call it the 'Void'—even the name is so damn scary."

The room was dead silent, with only the faint hum of equipment running.

"What does that mean?" Fan Xiao approached the projection, his icy blue eyes narrowed dangerously. "Speak human language, don't keep me in suspense."

"It means that once you step into that place, you may become the next snack of 'Nothingness'." Norsia's voice was calm and cold, and his eyes stared at Rosie's reaction without blinking, as if he could see through her soul.

"Absolutely not!" Ivan practically choked out these words, his usually gentle voice now as cold as iron. Beneath his flaxen hair, his eyes gleamed with determination. "Sister, you can't take that kind of risk right now!"

Damon nodded, a rare moment of agreement with his twin brother. He tapped his fingers on the sword at his waist, a feral glint in his eyes. "The alien region is too dangerous. We can send someone else."

Rosie stood in front of the projection table, her fingertips gently caressing her belly. It wasn't yet bulging, but it was already nurturing a new life. Her brow furrowed slightly, her gaze sweeping over the worried expressions of the crowd.

"I understand your concerns." Her voice was calm, yet filled with undeniable determination. "But this matter was caused by me, and I cannot stay out of it."

Ivan took a step forward, his flaxen hair glistening in the light as he positioned himself between the projection table and Rosie. His expression was gentle, but his eyes held a resoluteness that would not compromise.

"Sister, you're in a special situation right now." His fingers trembled slightly, almost touching Luo Xi's abdomen before withdrawing.

Rosie lowered her eyes, her fingertips unconsciously caressing her belly. There was no visible change there yet, but a new life was already nestling there. She took a deep breath and looked up at everyone.

"I know," she said softly but firmly, "so I'm going to go after I give birth."

Ling Yuan's red eyes flickered, and his slender fingers tapped the edge of the projection table. His tone was gentle, but every word carried a weight that could not be ignored: "Even so, it's too risky to go to the alien region immediately after giving birth."

"I agree." Fan Xiao's tone was cold, and a trace of imperceptible worry flashed in his ice-blue eyes. "Xixi, you need to rest."

Rosie raised her head, scanning the room. The worry and protectiveness in their eyes was almost tangible, and it made her chest tighten. But she had made up her mind, and she wouldn't turn back.

"I've made up my mind, don't try to persuade me anymore." Her voice was gentle but unquestionable, and a faint smile appeared at the corner of her mouth, trying to ease the tense atmosphere in the room.

Xingyu, who was standing in the corner, suddenly stepped forward, his amber pupils flickering in the light. His voice was cold, yet tinged with concern: "I'll contact the Beast Temple. Perhaps they have records of the alien realm."

The air froze for a moment. Luo Qian looked at Xingyu gratefully, and Xingyu gave her a barely perceptible nod.

"This is the best option at the moment." Kyle broke the silence, his amber eyes turning to Rosie, "Sissi, your safety is of great importance, we must make full preparations."

Rosie nodded, her eyes inadvertently falling on the flickering dot of light on the projection that represented the entrance to the alien realm. The new life in her belly made her realize more clearly that she was responsible for more than just her own destiny.

……

The atmosphere in the conference room was heavy as everyone dispersed, each preparing to face the upcoming challenges.

Late in the night, the moonlight from the Peach Blossom Star streamed into the hallway through the gaps in the curtains. A gentle clang of metal pierced the stillness, startling Rosie from her light slumber. She sat up and listened for a moment, but the sound persisted. The new life in her belly made her feel a little weary, but curiosity kept her going. She put on her coat and quietly followed the sound, finally stopping at the door of the practice room.

Pushing open the door, Lu Ye stood with his back to it, completely absorbed in his training. His upper body was bare, his muscles undulating with every effort. Sweat trickled down the hollow of his spine, gleaming silver in the moonlight. His waistline tightened, and every turn revealed the firm lines of his abdominal muscles.

Luo Qian couldn't help but stop and watch. Every punch and kick from Lu Ye was filled with determination, the veins on his arms barely visible beneath his skin. She suddenly realized that this was the first time she had observed this young racer so intently. He usually wore a racing suit or formal attire, so it was rare to see him training.

"Are you still training so late?" Luo Xi asked softly.

Lu Ye's body stiffened, and he turned abruptly, sweat on his forehead arcing as he moved. His chest heaved violently, and a hint of surprise and embarrassment flashed in his eyes.

"Did I disturb you?" He panted and wiped the sweat from his face with the back of his hand.

"No." Luo Xi walked into the training room and leaned against the wall. "I couldn't sleep, so I came to check when I heard the noise. Why are you still practicing so late?"

Lu Ye grabbed a towel and wiped the sweat from his neck. Luo Xi noticed a flicker of hesitation in his peach-shaped eyes, which was then replaced by determination.

"I need to become stronger." His tone was calm, but his eyes were extremely determined.

Luo Xi smiled slightly: "You are already very strong, three elements and nine levels, which is already the top level in the Free Federation."

Lu Ye suddenly punched the wall, making a dull thud. Luo Xi was startled by this sudden action and subconsciously protected her abdomen.

"Who am I in front of the others?" Lu Ye said hoarsely. "Kyle is a Saint-level expert, Fan Xiao and Ling Yuan are both ninth-level, and even Xuan Qi is an eighth-level, seventh-level psychic." He turned his head, his peach-shaped eyes filled with resentment. "And I'm just a racer, someone who's nowhere near the Saint level."

Luo Xi's heart was shocked. She had never thought that Lu Ye would have such an idea. He had always been the confident and calm racing driver in her eyes, the man with a smile in his peach blossom eyes.

"Do you think I care about strength?" Luo Xi shook her head slightly and walked in front of him.

Lu Ye turned his face away: "You don't care, but I do." He whispered, "When you need protection, I don't have enough strength. When you face danger, I can only stand in the safest place."

Moonlight streamed through the window, casting a shadow on Lu Ye's profile, outlining his tense jawline. Luo Qian suddenly understood his anxiety and uneasiness.

"Lu Ye," Luo Xi reached out and gently stroked his tense arm, "In my heart, you are all the same. I don't need everyone to be a Saint-level powerhouse, I just need you to be yourselves."

Lu Ye turned around and looked at her with his peach blossom eyes: "Do you really think so?"

Luo Xi nodded. "Everyone has their own value. Kyle has his strength, Fan Xiao has his loyalty, Ling Yuan has his composure, and you—" She paused, "You have your own unique charm and tenacity."

The haze in Lu Ye's eyes gradually dissipated, replaced by a sense of relief. He reached out to touch Luo Xi's cheek, but stopped in mid-air, looking at his sweaty palm.

"I'm sweating all over," he said a little embarrassedly.

Rosie smiled: "It's okay."

Lu Ye also laughed, his peach blossom eyes gleaming brightly again. In just that instant, the gloomy atmosphere that had been suppressed for a long time was mostly dispelled.

"Can I hug you?" he asked softly, his voice trembling slightly. "Just for a moment."

Rosie nodded.

He took a step forward, carefully avoiding her abdomen, and slowly wrapped his arms around her shoulders. The heat of sweat filtered through the thin fabric, mingling with a faint masculine scent. Rosie closed her eyes, feeling the restraint and cherishment inherent in this warm embrace.

The two of them just hugged each other quietly.

Rosie's mind kept flashing back to everything he had done for her - coming to this strange world alone to follow her, always insisting on himself among many powerful partners, and putting her first without hesitation at every critical moment.

This man may not be the strongest or the most dazzling, but he has proved with his actions what true loyalty is.

"Thank you, Lu Ye." Luo Xi leaned against his chest and whispered, "Thank you for always being here."

Lu Ye's Adam's apple rolled, and his arms unconsciously tightened a little. "I just did what I should do."

"No," Rosie shook her head, pulling away from his embrace slightly to look him in the eyes, "You've done far more than you should have."

A hint of vulnerability flashed across Lu Ye's eyes, but was quickly replaced by determination. "I will become stronger, Xixi. I promise."

"You're already very strong." Luo Xi raised her hand, her fingertips brushing against the sweat-soaked hair on his forehead. "In my heart, you never existed because of your strength."

The lights in the training room dimmed at some point, and moonlight streamed through the window onto the two of them. Lu Ye's peach blossom eyes looked particularly deep in this light...
