"He must be punished!" roared Filch, his eyes bulging frighteningly.

"I'm sorry, Filch, but I'm afraid I can't do that. Innocent until proven guilty," Dumbledore said firmly.

"But my cat was petrified! I'm also a part of Hogwarts, am I not? I've worked hard for so many years - what has Hogwarts given me? My cat was petrified by those hateful students, and I don't even have the right to take revenge!" Filch was like crazy, "He must be punished!" He screamed and tried to strangle Harry's neck.

Harry closed his eyes, but the imagined suffocation did not occur. He opened his eyes again and found that it was Dumbledore who stopped the crazy Filch.

"We can revive it. We just have to wait for Mrs. Sprout's mandrake to mature. I can then concoct a potion and Mrs. Norris will be fine." Dumbledore said patiently.

"Don't worry, I will help. I once..." Lockhart finally found an opportunity to speak again and squeezed in impatiently.

"Excuse me, Gilderoy, Severus will help. After all, he is the Potions Professor." Dumbledore turned around and looked at Harry and the others. "Harry, you and your friends can go first. I hope the elves haven't thrown away all the food." He blinked and looked at Ron intently.

Ron's face turned red. "Merlin's lace panties, how does he know everything?" He muttered quietly and followed Harry out of Lockhart's office awkwardly.

Lamia was lying on the door frame, with no intention of leaving. She didn't know what Dumbledore was thinking. Maybe he would say something to Filch.

"Filch, I will place Madam Norris in the hospital wing. Don't worry, Madam Pomfrey will take good care of her. Once the mandrake matures, everything will return to normal." Dumbledore comforted the painful Filch.

The subsequent conversation was boring, as Filch was almost entirely complaining that Dumbledore had not fulfilled his duties as headmaster and did not take him seriously.

Lamia ruffled the white hair on her head out of boredom. In Filch's opinion, as long as Dumbledore didn't punish Harry, he was not taking care of his old employee.

Lamia felt that she wouldn't get any useful information if she stayed any longer, so it would be better for her to follow the trio. Maybe they would find something she didn't know.

After Harry and his companions walked out of the office, they quietly went into the empty classroom next door.

Lamia only had time to see the edge of Ron's clothes before she flew in after them.

"What do you think? Should I tell everyone about the strange noises I can hear?" Harry squinted in the dark and looked at his two friends' faces.

"It's better not to, Harry. As far as I know, in the wizarding world, being able to hear strange noises is not a good sign." Ron sat in a professor's seat, flipping through the textbook that was thrown on the desk, imitating Snape's appearance.

"Do you want your poor old professor to clean up your mess? I think your head must be full of sphinxes, otherwise how could you say such stupid things!" Ron slapped the table in a pretentious manner, and he really felt a bit like Snape.

Harry covered his mouth and laughed out loud, and even Hermione couldn't help turning her head away.

Even though Lamia is now in the body of a bat, one can still see her speechless expression towards these three people on her dark little face.

"Actually... I saw Lamia today." Harry hesitated for a moment, looked at Ron who was smiling happily, and told him about his meeting Lamia today.

When Lamia heard her name, she stopped being lazy and pricked up her ears to listen carefully to the conversation between the few people.

"What does it have to do with Lamia?" Hermione was the first to react.

"I don't know... maybe... I felt something was wrong with her." Harry recalled Lamia's actions. "I greeted her, and her expression was strange, like - I can't put my finger on it, but it wasn't like her usual self."

"Could it be that she killed Mrs. Norris?" Ron covered his mouth in shock. "Then you'll be the scapegoat. You have to tell Dumbledore about this."

"Lamia won't do that. She doesn't have to." Harry always knew that Lamia didn't like drinking animal blood, and if she was hungry, she could just come to him.

Harry just stared at Ron's face, and suddenly an idea occurred to him. "Ron, smile," he said eagerly.

Ron smiled stiffly, and even Lamia couldn't bear to look at it anymore because it was so ugly.

"That's it! Yes, it must be Lamy and not Lamia!" Harry shouted.

"What do you mean?" Ron was very confused. Lamia in the shadows was also waiting for Harry's answer. She also wanted to know why she was no longer herself.

"What I saw today wasn't Lamia at all!" Harry thought, feeling more and more clever. "The MINISO collaboration is completely..."
