Crossing the famine to find the white moonlight

The sun was setting, its afterglow casting a shadow over the village path. The air was slightly cool, carrying the scent of early autumn. Ye Wan and Xie Linchuan walked side by side along the village path. The farmland behind them had been dyed a warm golden hue by the sunset glow, and the shadows of the village's wooden houses were lengthened in the sunset. Everything around them was immersed in an atmosphere of tranquility, as if the entire world had slowed down.

Ye Wan looked up at Xie Linchuan, feeling strangely moved. She smiled softly and replied, "This is what I should do. Everyone's efforts are the most important. Besides, you've always led everyone in the workshop. Everyone likes you. Without you, I wouldn't be able to accomplish these things."

The two walked side by side, navigating each path in tacit understanding. As they spoke, a gentle breeze blew between them, bringing bursts of coolness. Ye Wan casually tossed her hair, her eyes softly fixed on the horizon. "We always work together, and sometimes I feel like every effort we make is for a common dream," she said with a smile.

They walked to the small bridge at the entrance of the village. Ye Wan stopped and looked at the stream flowing slowly under the bridge. The water surface reflected the afterglow of the setting sun, like a mirror inlaid with gold, sparkling and gurgling.

After crossing the small bridge, they continued forward, walking along the path beside the village, gradually sinking deeper into the night. The mountains in the distance were already shrouded in darkness, and twinkling lights shone through the houses in the village. Looking through the windows, the lights were dim and warm, and the atmosphere of life inside the houses was overwhelming.

They stood under a small tree by the roadside, surrounded by the gentle night breeze and the soft rustling of leaves. The night sky was deep and dotted with stars. Ye Wan's heart seemed to be gently enveloped by this gentle night.
