"Yes, it's us. Who are you?" I asked cautiously, subconsciously protecting Hao Yang behind me. The aura of this man made me feel very uncomfortable. The contempt in his eyes was undisguised, as if we were garbage on the side of the road.

"Wei Qing, what do you want to do?" I asked coldly, suppressing my anger.

"What do I want to do? I just want you to see clearly the gap between you!" Wei Qing sneered and patted the man's shoulder. "This is the son of the Li Group, Mr. Li. With just one word from him, you can't survive in City A!"

"A thug is just a thug. He'll never be able to show up in public." Li Shao glanced at Hao Yang with contempt. "If you know what's good for you, just get out of here and stop getting in the way."

"Two!" Hao Yang took a deep breath, trying to calm his emotions that were about to get out of control. I knew that at this moment, he needed to calm down more than ever.

"One!" Li Shao's voice was full of teasing and mockery. He seemed to enjoy the pleasure of being above us.

At this moment, Li Shao suddenly bent down, took out a wad of money from his pocket, and threw it fiercely at Hao Yang's feet. Those bright red banknotes scattered all over the ground, as if mocking our poverty and helplessness.

"If you want me to let you go, that's fine," Li Shao said in a condescending tone. He looked down at Hao Yang, a cruel arc on the corner of his mouth. "As long as you kneel down and pick up this money, I will pretend that what happened today never happened."

As she spoke, she reached out her hand and tried to push me.

I dodged away suddenly and looked at her coldly: "You'd better not touch me."

After she finished speaking, she winked at the wealthy young men behind her. They immediately understood what she meant and gathered around us, surrounding us completely.
