Time flies! It's Friday, the last day of the semester for the children. After school today, I'll have to say goodbye to these lovely children, and we'll only see each other again next semester. Thinking of this, I can't help but feel a surge of reluctance. While the children were still asleep, I quietly took out the small gifts I had prepared for them and carefully wrapped them. These gifts include insect repellent clips (with tracking function), honey grapefruit tea, and a space button. The insect repellent clips are only the size of a child's thumb, but they are incredibly effective. Each repellent clip lasts for three months and has a tracking function. It makes me marvel at the advancement of technology and human ingenuity.

I made honey grapefruit tea after get off work these past two days. I was exhausted every day when I got home from get off work, but when I thought about making delicious honey grapefruit tea for my little ones, most of the fatigue disappeared instantly.

First, we need to prepare a fresh pomelo, an appropriate amount of rock sugar and honey. Then we can start making it!

The first step is to clean the grapefruit: rub salt on the surface of the grapefruit for 5 minutes to remove the wax and impurities on the surface of the grapefruit. Then rinse the surface of the grapefruit with warm water to remove the salt and make the grapefruit clean and fresh.

Step 1: Peel the grapefruit: Use a peeling knife to gently scrape off the yellow outer skin, being careful not to scrape the white flesh, as this is more bitter and will affect the taste of the finished product. Next, cut the peel into thin strips, the finer the better. Soak the strips in salt water for hour, changing the water several times to remove the bitterness.

Step 3: Prepare the pomelo pulp: Use a knife to split the pomelo in half, then gently peel it open with your hands to remove the pulp. Next, break the pulp into small pieces, taking care to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Finally, use a toothpick or tweezers to remove the white veins on the surface of the pulp to reduce the bitterness of the pomelo sauce.

Step 4: Cook the pomelo peel and pulp: First, prepare a clean, oil-free pot and add just enough water to cover the pomelo pulp. Then, add the shredded pomelo peel and pulp, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Heat over medium heat until the water boils, then reduce to low and simmer. Stir occasionally during the cooking process to prevent the pomelo jam from sticking to the bottom of the pot and burning. As the water evaporates, the jam will thicken. When the water is almost dry, the jam becomes thick, and the pomelo peels have a translucent golden color, remove from heat. The jam is now ready and can be seasoned with honey or lemon juice to taste. Finally, store the jam in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator.

Step 5: Add honey:

Once the yuzu jam has cooled slightly, carefully remove it from the pot and pour it into another container. At this point, be especially careful not to add honey at high temperatures, as this can destroy its nutrients. Therefore, wait until the yuzu jam has cooled slightly before slowly adding the appropriate amount of honey. Then, gently stir with a spoon or blender to ensure the honey is fully incorporated into the jam.

Finally, bottle and store: Once the honey and yuzu jam are completely blended, it's time to bottle and store! First, make sure you have clean, airtight bottles ready. Carefully pour the prepared honey yuzu tea into the bottles, removing as much air as possible. Then, secure the cap tightly to ensure a good seal. If possible, refrigerate the filled bottles to extend their shelf life.

Thinking back to the painstaking efforts of peeling grapefruits and removing white veins over the past two days, I couldn't help but feel a pang of fatigue. However, when I saw the mountain of honey grapefruit tea and passion fruit honey piled high in my space button, a wave of comfort welled up in my heart. These were enough delicious drinks for twelve little ones and one teacher to last two months or more, the culmination of my hard work. The thought of returning to the dorm after a day of training and enjoying a cup of sweet and sour honey grapefruit tea filled my heart with a sense of satisfaction. And my little ones would be happy and satisfied too. At that moment, all the hard work seemed insignificant; it was all worth it.

As for the Space Button, I bought it with virtual currency generated from livestream tips and regular video traffic on the kindergarten's official account this semester. It's not cheap; one cubic meter of Space Button costs 4 Star Coins. But technology has changed lives. Previously, the exclusive spaces reserved for protagonists in immortal cultivation novels are now accessible to ordinary people, provided you have enough money. Of course, there are still some limitations for ordinary citizens to purchase Space Buttons, such as the relatively small capacity. I purchased it in the name of the kindergarten, as they have the relevant information and it's not a private purchase. Since it's a caring kindergarten, we got a 36 Star Coin discount, so we got two cubic meters of Space Buttons for Star Coins. If I were to purchase it as an individual, I wouldn't be eligible at the moment.

After everything was ready, it was time for the children to get up. Returning to the classroom, I watched the children get out of bed one by one and asked with a smile, "Hey, you're all up! How was your nap today?"

"Teacher Sui Sui, we slept very well." Yuyun said loudly, her voice full of energy.

I smiled and nodded, saying, "That's great! It looks like everyone had a good rest." Then, I noticed that Bailey was still lingering in bed, so I jokingly said, "Oh, our sleepyhead Bailey is up today too!"

When Bailey heard what I said, she immediately pouted and protested, "I'm not a sleepyhead." She looked so cute that people couldn't help laughing.

"Everyone, get up! Today is our last day of school! After today, you'll be able to enjoy a happy weekend. And on Sunday, Teacher Lotta and I will take you to the interstellar station on Ceres to meet up with the summer camp teachers. I've already told you enough about what to expect at summer camp and some precautions over the past two days, so I won't repeat myself today. However, there's one thing I hope you can promise me."

When the children heard that I needed their help with something, they immediately became excited and rushed to say, "Teacher Sui Sui, no matter what it is, we will agree to it!"

Looking at their enthusiastic faces, I was deeply moved, but I still said seriously, "Teacher hopes that you will put your own safety first during your studies at summer camp. I hope that when summer camp ends, I can see that every one of my little ones is healthy and happy."

"Teacher Sui Sui, we promise you." The children said in unison, with serious expressions on their faces, which made me understand that they had taken my words to heart.

Time flies by, and before I know it, it's nine o'clock on Sunday morning. The sun is shining brightly, the weather is warm, and I've just arrived at the Ceres station with Lotta to say goodbye to the children and Lei. They're all dressed in matching outfits, looking incredibly adorable and full of energy. I can't help but fire up my laptop to capture this heartwarming moment.

"My dears, you must remember what Teacher Sui Sui and Teacher Lotta said to you!" I whispered to these cute little ones.

"Yes, teacher," the children responded in unison, their voices clear and melodious, like the sounds of nature. Their tiny bodies brimmed with boundless energy, filling everyone with joy.

"Great!" I nodded with satisfaction. "In that case, the teacher also has a surprise for everyone!" As I said that, I took out the gifts I had prepared long ago and carefully handed them to Teacher Lei, saying, "Please help keep these small gifts. Give them to the children when they arrive at the camp."

Seeing the children's expectant eyes, I continued, "Oh, there's one more thing. The teacher has recorded the Journey to the West story that you've been talking about. You can listen to one episode every two days so that you can still feel the teacher's company while you're at camp. How is it? Do you like it?"

"I like it! Thank you Teacher Sui Sui!" The children cheered.

"Okay, then when we get to the camp this afternoon, you must have a good rest. Only when you are well-rested can you better enjoy this summer camp activity. After the activity, Sui Sui Sui and Teacher Lotta will be waiting for you at the interstellar station. We will meet at the interstellar station then. Remember to bring a happy mood and full of energy!" I said goodbye to the children with a smile.

Amidst the children's laughter and cheers, they boarded the spaceship bound for Snow Planet. Without the children in sight, Lotta and I left the interstellar station, our hearts filled with anticipation. I believe this summer camp will become a cherished memory for them as they grow. And I, with my love and care, will continue to accompany them through unforgettable moments.
