When I opened my eyes again, sunlight streamed through the window onto the bed. It was already noon the next day. The room was filled with a faint, pungent smell of disinfectant. Then, a gentle voice reached my ears: "You're finally awake. How are you feeling?" I turned around and saw a young nurse walking in with a food cart. She smiled and said to me, "Here's your lunch. Get well soon!"

The nurse gently placed my lunch beside my bed and adjusted the height of my bed for a more comfortable meal. I took a look at my lunch: a bowl of steaming white rice porridge, a plate of vegetables, and a portion of unidentifiable meat. My hunger made the food look incredibly delicious, and my stomach growled.

I thanked the nurse with gratitude, then picked up my spoon and began to enjoy the warm lunch. Every bite brought a taste of home and gradually restored my strength. In this unfamiliar environment, the nurse's care and concern made me feel particularly warm.

As I ate absentmindedly, I pondered my current situation. How had I ended up in such a completely unfamiliar place? Looking around, I realized everything here was vastly different from the world I was familiar with. Especially when I saw the advanced medical equipment in the wards, I realized the level of care in this hospital far surpassed the level I'd experienced at Blue Star, where I'd been for 24 years. This filled me with curiosity and doubt about this mysterious place. A wave of unease washed over me. It was an indescribable feeling, like an invisible hand gripping my heart, making it difficult to breathe. This unease wasn't without cause; it stemmed from uncertainty about the future and doubts about my own abilities. I didn't know if I could handle the challenges that lay ahead, or if I was fully prepared.

After lunch, I sat at the table, my mind racing with thoughts, but I couldn't quite make sense of them. I felt completely lost about the future, completely unsure of where to go. I knew that no matter how much I pondered, it would be futile, because reality was often more complex and cruel than I imagined.

At this moment, looking out the window at the world, I couldn't help but feel a surge of powerlessness. The world was so vast, and I felt so insignificant, as if I could be drowned in the crowd at any moment. Faced with this reality, I really didn't know how to adapt, let alone change. But now that I was here, the most important thing was to understand where I was. I decided to calm down and, through the help of my caregiver, gain a preliminary understanding of my current environment.

Through conversations with the caregiver, I learned that I was currently on an asteroid called Ceres. I was astonished to discover its highly advanced technology and unique culture. The caregiver explained that this asteroid is rich in plant life, that the people prioritize environmental protection and sustainable development, and that their pace of life is relatively slow, yet their technological advancements are exceptionally advanced. After learning some basic facts, my curiosity about this mysterious asteroid intensified. I decided to explore this new world once I recovered. Perhaps I could find clues to my origins and unravel the mysteries of my existence. After all, if fate had brought me here, it must have a purpose. Full of hope, I began actively cooperating with my treatment, hoping for a speedy recovery.

These past few days, whenever the caregiver came to deliver meals, I seized this rare opportunity, making the most of every moment, asking her in detail about the current situation outside. I longed to learn every morsel of the outside world, as if this information could reconnect me to reality and free me from feeling isolated and forgotten. I eagerly sought to know about social dynamics, people's lives, and the development of all sorts of new things. The caregiver became my only bridge to the outside world, and each inquiry felt like an exploration of the unknown, filling me with anticipation and hope.

After these few days of conversation, I've gained a preliminary understanding of how I came to the hospital. It turns out Ceres is a planet incredibly rich in wildlife and plant life, located very close to the solar system. This unique, unparalleled, and advantageous geographical location and environmental conditions give it exceptionally abundant rainfall, even to an extreme degree. Not only is there abundant sunlight, but rainfall is also plentiful, and the overall climate is a typical subtropical monsoon. After a series of detailed and in-depth investigations, I was surprised to discover that Ceres is quite similar to our own Yun Province!
