Demon Lord 3

Chapter 1846 Impersonating an Employee

There are so many jobs, no company will want this person, and this person can only be a beggar after he comes out. I think this person is a bit of a drag in our team. Then I made a thumbs-down gesture, and everyone laughed. I understood what everyone was laughing at. They were laughing at those people who were not good at anything and were never satisfied with what they ate. The first batch of employees finally entered the company. In fact, we did not feel that some of them were beggars, because those people were beggars before, and then they really entered the company after finishing school. They also served as soldiers for a period of time. After all, the time for military service here is designed to be half a year. After half a year, those who really served in the soldiers also retired. The new round of these people We all went from being beggars to students, then enlisted in the military, and then joined the company as full-fledged employees. Years passed, and none of us felt the world had changed much. Perhaps the fighting these days was just on and off. I thought a few days of fighting daily would change a strategic objective, but years of fighting have taught me the cruelty of war. Sometimes, a lack of adequate personnel can lead to failure. Furthermore, we've learned that, while we can recruit beggars from outside, the other side can still recruit some people. They're primarily looking for talent, but we haven't figured out their true criteria for talent selection: the ability to develop new areas or services. For example, they use technology to bring civilization, while we use the survival methods of the lower classes to introduce new areas. Sometimes, we have many opposite views. Of course, nothing is exactly the same between our two groups, like our ideals and the ultimate goals we pursue. If these were the same, then our two gangs could easily become one. Why go our separate ways? Why did we have to fight for so many years? Actually, our timeline in this world is asymmetrical to that outside. If it were, a year here would be a year outside, but a year might pass here, and a month at most. So, there's no need to distinguish between the inside and the outside of the timeline. What truly distinguishes us is our relationships and the experiences we've had, what they've brought us, and what we've learned. Lately, we've noticed that some staff members haven't been very diligent, so we've come up with a plan: to visit their workplaces and companies. Perhaps we can gain some skills and experience. Furthermore, we can make them more obedient and see if anyone's slacking off. I know they started as beggars, then students, then soldiers, and then back to the company. Although these people have endured many trials, many, in the end, believe their lives have reached their end, sitting in their offices, unwilling to work any further. I understand they've sacrificed a lot, but think carefully: what's too much and what's too little for this world? We also started out pretending to be employees. We did some research and decided we couldn't be the top employees, or have perfect attendance every day, or get praised by the boss. But then we realized we'd get fired that way, so we came up with a plan: perform really well and get promoted. Once we got promoted, we might see more. Whether we could get fired or even achieve a high position really depended on our own abilities. After all, this was our first time as an employee. We weren't in high-ranking positions, like being late half the week. Even if we tried to do our best, the results might still be subpar. We might have deliberately tried to hide our achievements, but they showed up anyway. I pretended to be a lowly employee in the logistics department. When I walked in, I had my education and work permits. People looked at me curiously, because they didn't believe a woman could hold so many military ranks. I didn't expect the offer was quite high. I initially thought it was just a minor position, but the official seal only recognized high-ranking officials, not lower-ranking ones. So, suddenly, I was a high-ranking officer in the military.
