Very reasonable cultivation

Chapter 14: Trying to Accelerate Cultivation

Looking at the Wood Spirit Secret in his hand, Tian Zhen's eyes fell into a daze. He probably recognized all the words in it. It talked about how to do something in order to reach the realm described.

However, he planned to bang his head against the wall first, and then recharge himself if he ran out of ideas. After all, he was full of inspiration now, just like when he was a child in his previous life and rode a bicycle for the first time.

Isn’t it just about finding the balance point? Isn’t it just about learning to ride a bike again?

Throwing the book to the corner of the bed, Tian Zhen began to plan a very reasonable method of practice.

According to the master's explanation and my own understanding, when one succeeds in practicing Qigong, it is like the inertia carried by a bicycle just starting, and the balance point of the angular momentum of the circular wheel carried by the inertia.

When people ride bicycles, they master the balance point formed by these countless forces, just like the balance point formed by the countless invisible forces in nature on the human body.

The most important thing in cultivating immortality and practicing Qi is to keep pedaling the bicycle to move forward. Otherwise, you will know that if you slow down, you will fall. This succinctly points out the truth that if you do not make progress in cultivating immortality and practicing Qi, you will regress.

Of course, this is just Tian Zhen's guess about the Qi training stage. He only has a rough idea of the foundation building stage and the subsequent realms, but it is not the time to be too ambitious.

As for what to do during the Qi Refining Stage, it can be summed up in two words: induction. What to induction? Change. Just like seeing with the eyes, hearing with the ears, and smelling with the nose, these are all manifestations of the external natural yang, a connection between man and all things in nature. In other words, when man sees, hears, and perceives the existence of all things, he or she has already been transformed by external objects.

The changes of Yang include consciousness, the body's Qi, and the Qi of heaven and earth formed by the natural outside world.

Two different Yangs can form a defining resonance point, creating a mutual connection, but the expression of this resonance point is balance. Three different Yangs, on the other hand, are extremely flexible, serving as fulcrums for each other, like a seesaw or a whirlpool skillfully created by a hand on the surface of water.

If you calculate carefully, people are made up of multiple mixed resonance points, which are the interaction forces formed between countless electrons, atoms and other tiny particles. This is a form of expression of the resonance state.

As mentioned before, the state of resonance is the state of balance of all things. Now it can be defined as Qi. Perhaps from ancient times to the present, the meaning of Qi has never changed, only the name has changed.

Qi is a type of Yang among Yin and Yang, and it is also the force itself that expresses various forces, just like the force generated between magnets.

All the resonance points in the human body can be divided into essence, qi and spirit. They are all expressions of resonance and belong to a form of yang.

The three balance points interact with each other and support each other.

How to put it, cultivation is to calm the mind and make it a fulcrum. As for moving the entire earth, it depends on where the mind is. It can also be compared to a sail.

The Qi of heaven and earth is the longest section, and their changes are the force.

To make the Dantian form something like a cyclone, it requires skill, just like creating a whirlpool on the water surface. Of course, you can also use great force to create miracles.

Time has come to summer. Tian Zhen has witnessed the transition from spring to summer, with the grass growing, flowers blooming, and trees growing lush. He clearly feels the passage of time in the monotonous repetition of life.

The sun at noon was very bright, illuminating everything on the earth with golden color, and at the same time a heat wave rolled in the air.

The heat on the mountain was actually not bad, at least he felt it was quite comfortable. Of course, staying in the sun for too long was not a good idea, otherwise he felt that his breath would get faster and faster like a bicycle going downhill, so fast that it made him feel uncontrollably panicked.

Fortunately, he only felt hot in the cave, but it was a comfortable heat. After all, he was now a cultivator at the first level of Qi Refining.

Tian Zhen felt that it was great to be a cultivator at the first level of Qi Refining. He was full of energy, didn't need to sleep, and even ate less.

Not needing to sleep actually means replacing sleep with cultivation. The difference between the two is that one is sleeping lying down, and the other is sleeping standing up. The latter allows people to subconsciously maintain a state of balance while sleeping. Of course, this is a metaphor, and it does not mean that people really sleep standing up.

As for eating, he remembered that in his previous life, he was a child of his current age, that is, in junior high school. At that time, he ate a lot and almost always finished his meals. After he became an adult, he obviously felt that he ate much less than when he was a child, and there was even a lot of leftovers. He was always tortured by guilt.

Now he is also in the golden age of growth, but he can't eat! Looking at the leftovers in front of him, Tian Zhen felt a little tormented.

Go back and ask the master, if it has no effect on your height, then try fasting.

Looking at the countless flowers blooming in the bright sunshine outside the cave, he couldn't help but recall that he had felt quite comfortable since he started practicing, but that was all. Although he was energetic and spirited, there was no other change. He was not incredibly strong, and he couldn't jump more than three feet high.

He also considered the problem of his lack of cultivation, but with his poor aptitude, practicing Qi was like riding a bicycle uphill, the speed was just so-so, it couldn't be faster, and it seemed as if he could see the end at a glance.

In this regard, he thought he should find another way, try to go downhill and take a ride on nature.

The most basic thing in this world is Qi and this universe. It is the basis for carrying all things. But how to understand the Yin and Yang Qi of space is something he cannot understand now. After all, his body also relies on space to exist. It is a dependency after the reaction, just like the regular crystallization produced by chemical reactions. If he can directly sense the Yang of space, then what is the point of his cultivation as an immortal?

However, if you want to forcibly perceive space, it is not impossible. Just like stone and wood, the energy generated by the two is not enough to quickly connect them, except for time and high temperature.

If there is no connection, it must be because the temperature is not high enough.

Since the first path is temporarily blocked, you can try the second path, sunshine.

That’s right, it’s the sun. Its energy is very abundant, and the point of resonance with the energy of all known substances produces a heating phenomenon. It can be said that the energy of all things comes from the sun.

As mentioned before, Qi is a state of connection and a form of expression of all things. The Yang of the sun cannot maintain the connection for a long time unless you feel that you can be compared to the sun.

Fortunately, the planets are rotating. It is not only the sun's yang that changes the planets, but the yang of the universe is also changing the planets all the time. It's amazing, isn't it? All life is born between this balance between cold and heat.

Although the road to the sun is too steep and slippery, we still have to give it a try. After all, if we don't break the wall when we hear about it for the first time, how can we be satisfied?

I stretched my palms upward into the sunlight and could clearly feel the heat rising in my palms. I was stunned for a while, thinking about the problem.

The blazing sunlight is like a rolling torrent, and everything moves with it, like dancing ribbons of color, like the air stirred by sound waves.

When you are in it, you have to move with the wind and waves like a sailboat, but the direction of the wind is ever-changing and the waves are rough. If you want to move towards a certain place, you have to adapt to the wind and keep moving forward, just like the lift of an airplane.

Taking a step forward and bathing himself in the sunlight, Tian Zhen closed his eyes and began to try to walk down the slope.
