Chapter 12: Observing the Cold and Hot of Heaven and Earth through Yin and Yang

The weather has gotten a bit colder, and except for some evergreen trees, most of the leaves have fallen off.

Tian Zhen emerged from the woods, dragging a dry log behind him. He was preparing firewood for the winter.

More than ten tree trunks with branches have been piled up at the entrance of the cave.

He threw the tree trunk to the ground and took a breath.

"These should be enough for the winter. Forget it. If not, I can look for more when the time comes." After thinking about it, he washed his hands and went back to the cave to warm himself by the fire.

Looking at the dancing flames, my mind couldn't help but wander and I started thinking about something.

These days, after constantly reviewing his knowledge, Tian Zhen defined a new concept. He didn't know whether it was correct or not, but he was going to give it a try after all.

This concept is vague, but it is just a foundation.

The yin and yang tradition passed down by our ancestors defines all invisible waves as yang, and the ability to store information as yin.

What solution?

Just like the water in a large water tank, the force of stirring it with your hand is yang, and the rotating vortex is yin.

The ancients often used words like recreating the universe, heaven and earth, the eight trigrams of heaven and earth, the eight trigrams of yin and yang, and the reversal of heaven and earth.

According to the meaning, we can know that the combination of yin and yang can create the universe, which in layman's terms is a small space.

Of course, this is not enough to express the correctness, it is only theoretical and needs basis.

In his imagination, the chaos of nothingness is as boundless as the deep sea. Small bubbles of electrons are entangled to form water molecules and other element molecules. It is they that make up the waves of the deep sea and fill the chaos of nothingness.

Among them, there was a creature named Pangu who opened his eyes in the deep sea.

It roared, and scooped up the void. The power of countless small bubbles gathered to form a giant axe. With the vibration of the surrounding bubbles, Pangu swung the giant axe and slashed it towards him.

Countless small bubbles quickly spread around due to the force, turning this piece of nothingness into a bubble-free area.

It's like a huge bubble formed in the deep sea due to the swing of terrifying force.

There are two possible theories: first, the bubbles formed coalesced due to the pressure of the seawater, causing them to disappear. Second, the bubbles did not disappear due to the water pressure, but instead rose slowly after wiggling irregularly, stabilizing to form a large bubble independent of the smaller bubbles.

This day may not have been opened by Pangu, but it was definitely proven by force.

Just like the force between water molecules is destroyed by external force to form a gap, and this external force will act on the small bubbles in contact, thereby changing the force gap between the small bubbles and forming a large bubble.

The same principle applies to boiling water. Even the creation of a bubble in nothingness in the universe is only a wave that reaches a certain level.

These prove that the force can create a small bubble in the chaos of nothing. The Yang energy moves, connected from beginning to end, forming a spiral. The Yin energy is generated by itself, and the Yin and Yang converge to create the universe. It is truly the principle of a big water tank.

These are all speculations, and the rest will only be proven by time.

Although his views are somewhat superficial, the most basic things in his cognition are nothing more than particles and fields, which he simply defines as yin and yang.

To get to the point, ideology is composed of nothing more than yin and yang, and the moving mind can be compared to yang, and memory to yin.

All matter in the world is in motion, transmitting energy and defining information through yang. The five senses of human beings are all based on the concept of movement, weaving what we hear, see, smell, and touch into our memories and perspectives.

An unknown amount of time had passed, and Tian Zhen could no longer remember what month it was. Although it had not snowed, the ground was already covered in white. The edges of the stream had frozen, and the branches of the trees were also covered with a layer of smooth ice.

In the morning, standing at the entrance of the cave, looking at the mountains covered with crystal-like ice trees, the whole mountain and field seemed to be covered with a snow-white, shining wedding dress.

It was extremely quiet. Tian Zhen stared at the white mist that was slowly exhaled. He habitually began to daze and remained silent for a long time, his thoughts gradually becoming divergent.

The hot air in the mouth meets the cold air outside and turns into water mist visible to the naked eye, liquefying and releasing heat.

The expression of Yang between substances varies, such as cold and hot, high energy turning into low energy. It is nothing more than the assimilation of the majority into the minority, just like a drop of ink falling into the ocean.

The expression of coldness is plural and is an eternal theme in the universe.

The aggregation of water molecules seems to be the resonance produced by two different yangs, which results in the transformation of thermal energy into kinetic energy.

Based on these speculations, the reason why the human body feels cold is not just because heat is running out, but because two different yangs produce high-energy or low-energy resonance points, which can be captured by the electrical signals transmitted by the nerves.

This can lead to new speculations. The yang of the human body is A, the yang of the outside world is B, and clothes are C. If a person does not wear clothes, resonance points such as AB will be produced, but if he wears clothes, resonance points such as BC will be produced. If the quality of the clothes is not counted, the human body can perceive resonance points such as A BC, and air leakage is not counted.

If it can be proven that A and B do not resonate with each other, the human body cannot know B.

From this, we can deduce that the five senses of human beings are all perceived through resonance points: light, retina, sound, eardrum, smell, and odor molecules.

Then, the resonance point is a kind of qi! That's right! Tian Zhen rubbed his frozen face and quickly returned to the fire in the cave. The water in the mountains is high, and when the weather gets cold, it's like a cold knife, scraping your bones.

The human body has three obvious involuntary Yangs: one is force, which is the movement of the whole body; the second is body temperature, which can be calculated as the heat generated by exercise; and the third is the buzzing sound in the brain, which is brain waves.

He currently has no idea about brain waves and can only start from strength and body temperature.

After much deliberation, I decided to start with body temperature. This is because, in addition to the interaction between heat generated by movement and the touch of objects, the difference between hot and cold is also easily perceived.

How to practice Qigong? The Qi generated by the human body's body temperature and external information can cause the body temperature to drop or rise, and will produce corresponding movements to maintain body temperature, such as shivering or sweating.

The generated qi is the feeling brought about by the transmission of different nerve signals. What we need to do now is to distinguish the elements among them.

External forces acting on the body will produce different kinds of qi, and the sense of difference brought by these qi will continuously transmit electrical signals to the brain, causing the body to react to smooth out the sense of difference.

Suppose that the cold air A and the body temperature B produce a resonance point AB, A and B are connected, but if the amount of A is greater than the amount of B, then the energy of B will be transferred to A through the resonance point, so that A assimilates B.

Just like the principle of a pendulum clock, this resonance point has several characteristics, one of which is that it is very active and can achieve a balance between A and B.

Will the resonance point that has just been generated disappear? Yes, after all, it relies on the existence of entities, but it is not an entity.

It will only transfer gradually or become a resonance point of other frequencies. This brings us to another characteristic of it, inclusiveness.

What to do if AB makes your body uncomfortable? Movement C will take action. Through various complex movements, it creates a new resonance point BC. (I won’t explain it in detail here. You can experience it carefully or check it online.)

In this way, through the inclusiveness of the resonance point, AB is constantly reduced or changed in frequency by BC.

But what if we use C to resonate with AB directly?
