HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 21 Misunderstandings sometimes become a deep filter

It was some time after Christmas that Narellean began to receive Christmas gifts from the Weasleys and Harry.

Because Harry, Ron, the Weasley twins and Percy Weasley, to whom she gave gifts, were all staying at Hogwarts, there was nothing for her to give.

So Mrs. Weasley sent her a Weasley family gift package - a thick pink hand-knitted sweater and homemade fudge that she had knitted herself.

Harry gave her a pink notebook with his blessing written on the first page. There was also a portrait of her in the style of the bust that Nalilian had drawn in the textbook before.

Nalilian couldn't help but sigh at how thoughtful Harry was, as he could actually imitate her painting style.

When the Christmas holidays were over, Narellean followed Kerston and met Cedric at 3 4/ station, and then they took the Hogwarts Express back to school together.

Hermione had returned the day before and had reunited with Harry and the others.

In the dormitory, she told her about what happened to Harry during his Christmas stay at school - Harry received an invisibility cloak on Christmas Day and wandered around Hogwarts for three consecutive nights.

On the first day, he broke into an abandoned classroom and encountered the Mirror of Erised, a magical mirror that can see what one desires most. Harry saw his family in the mirror.

The next day he took Ron there, and Ron saw that he had become the Head Boy.

But when they went there again on the last day, they met Headmaster Dumbledore, who told them not to go.

Narilla remembered the plot. This magic mirror was the magic prop that hid the Philosopher's Stone that Voldemort was looking for. Harry would eventually get the Philosopher's Stone from this mirror and defeat Voldemort.

Hermione was curious about the invisibility cloak and the Mirror of Erised, but she was more worried that Harry would take risks again with the invisibility cloak.

But she soon stopped worrying because Quidditch practice began, and the next game was between Hufflepuff and Gryffindor, who were training like crazy.

And Narielian had to stay in Hufflepuff and watch Keston and Cedric train.

Sometimes when it rained and the Hufflepuff team didn't have practice, Kirsten would take her to the Gryffindor common room.

In her free time after finishing her homework, Narilean played wizard chess with Hermione.

This was a game that became popular among the four of them during Christmas.

Ron had been playing this game since he was a child, and he had beaten her badly. So Narileen only played with Hermione, and after Hermione mastered the skills and could beat her completely, Narileen stopped playing chess and started drawing on the side.

She always adheres to the idea that nothing is difficult as long as you are willing to give up.

Harry has no time for chess.

Because the Gryffindor team practiced Quidditch much more crazily than the Hufflepuff team, and would practice no matter how heavy the rain was, Narilla felt it was completely reasonable for them to win the game.

Seeing this situation, Nariel gave up the idea of joining the Gryffindor Quidditch team. It was simply torture.

This situation continued until a heavy rainy day. Harry, who had just finished Quidditch training, came back wet from outside and brought bad news -

Snape will referee the next Quidditch match.

The four of them looked unhappy.

There was no doubt that Snape would target Harry, but Nallylian believed that he would also target Kersten.

She had been doing homework with Kerstin for a long time and had noticed that he spent much more time on books like Potions. It was not difficult to guess that he was also targeted by Snape in Potions class, but he didn't say anything.

Narilla really thinks it's a bad thing that Hogwarts has only one professor for each course, because she has to see that professor all the time and can't escape.

While they were discussing how to avoid Snape's targeting, Neville put his feet together, jumped in and fell, looking very funny.

Harry hurried over to help him and asked him what happened, and learned from Neville that Malfoy was practicing the Leg-Locking Curse outside.

Leg-locking curse? Nalilian heard the curse and wondered in her heart, is this guy trying to get revenge on her for knocking him down several times?

"Then you should tell Professor McGonagall," Harry trusted their head of house.

"No," Neville shook his head. He didn't want to cause trouble. He was used to being bullied.

"You should be brave and don't give in to Malfoy!" Ron encouraged him.

Because he had been mocked by Malfoy many times for his poor family, he knew that the less he resisted, the more he would be bullied.

Neville still shook his head, "I am indeed a coward, don't say anymore, Malfoy has already said that to me."

He choked up as he spoke and looked like he was about to cry.

Harry, who was standing in front of him, said nothing, sighed, and handed him a piece of chocolate.

"Thank you, Harry," Neville took the chocolate, opened it and put it in his mouth, then put the card inside into Harry's hand.

He probably didn't know how to respond, so he could only say, "Do you collect this card?"

Harry probably didn't collect cards, but he took it anyway and let Neville leave gracefully to go to bed.

Nalilian shook her head and sighed, Neville was really a typical example of a bully, he didn't even dare to speak out when being bullied.

She thought about threatening Master Malfoy the next time she met him, and asked him to stop bullying Neville.

While she was thinking, Harry suddenly turned his head and looked at her with sparkling eyes, making her feel a little helpless.

What's going on here?

"Nicolas Flamel, I found it," Harry said, holding up the card. "It's in Dumbledore's wizard card."

He looked at her like a puppy seeking credit.

Nalilian was still stunned, but Hermione ran over very quickly. She had been looking for this for several months and didn't expect the answer to be here.

Dumbledore's most notable contributions include defeating the Dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945, discovering the twelve uses of dragon's blood, and his significant achievements in alchemy with his partner Nicolas Flamel.

Hermione took the card and read it out.

Nalilian came to her senses and was very surprised.

So it was Harry who discovered it, not Hermione?

She had completely forgotten this episode.

While Narielian was secretly cursing her bad memory, Hermione quickly ran upstairs, probably to the dormitory.

Harry subconsciously looked at Narilla, who explained that Hermione must have gone to get a book.

As she said, Hermione quickly came back with a huge old book and found Nicolas Flamel.

They soon learned that his most famous achievement was the creation of the Philosopher's Stone, an alchemical product that could turn metal into gold and grant immortality. It was said that he and his wife were already over 650 years old, and it must be the work of the Philosopher's Stone.

Narilean knew that Nicolas Flamel had created the Philosopher's Stone, but she didn't know that he had lived for over six hundred years.

He hadn't broken up with his wife for such a long time. It showed that he was a loyal partner and was good at handling the relationship between husband and wife.

I really want to learn some lessons.

When Narilean's thinking went astray, Hermione pointed out the truth that the three-headed dog Fluffy was guarding the Philosopher's Stone. She always guessed correctly, and this time was no exception.

Nalilian has no interest in either gold or immortality.

What's more, she has already earned ten hearts by gaining the favor of Hermione and Cedric, and can exchange them for the Philosopher's Stone in the game store, so she has no interest in the Philosopher's Stone.

The other three little wizards, especially Ron, who needed gold very much, imagined what it would be like to own the Philosopher's Stone.

"If I live forever, I should be able to read all the books," Hermione, who was only eleven years old, had a simple and crude idea.

"If I could turn money into gold, I think I could buy a Quidditch team and train them. Those stars are very profitable," Ron was still thinking about making money from money.

Harry looked at Narilian, expecting her answer.

And Nalilian also said what he wanted to hear, "If I could live forever, I would like to live long enough with my family and friends."

Separation from life and death is so painful. Having experienced the pain of the death of an elder, Nalilian has already thought about dying first.

The young and ignorant Harry thought that Narileen was someone like him, who cherished her family and friends. The joy in his heart was reflected on his face, and he looked at Narileen intently.

So, misunderstandings can sometimes really become a profound filter.
