HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 173: Smoke coming out of my ears, I want to become a god

As the first Quidditch match approached, the weather worsened, with heavy rain and rumbling thunder throughout the day.

In such weather, the Gryffindor team still insisted on training, which was so touching that it made people cry.

As the assistant coach, Nalilian was so moved that she shed sad tears because she had to train together.

Then she caught a cold.

She just sneezed a little in the morning, and after a drowsy nap at noon, when Hermione woke her up, she felt hot all over, as if she couldn't feel her flesh. Only her throat was dry, as if it was roasted.

"Hermione," she said weakly, hearing her voice hiss like a snake, sadly, "Hermione, my throat."

Unfortunately, Hermione didn't understand. She anxiously piled the quilt on her bed over her and said worriedly, "You have a cold, Lillian. I'll go to the hospital wing to get you some refresher."

Nalilian nodded with difficulty.

Hermione asked Lavender and Parvati who had just woken up to take care of Narilean, and ran out quickly to get medicine for Narilean. Lavender and Parvati climbed out of bed and went over. Seeing Narilean wrapped in a ball by Hermione on the bed, their maternal love burst out.

Her little face was rosy, and her beautiful black eyes were filled with sad tears, which fell into her messy hair. The tip of her straight nose was red.

Like a tearful puppy.

"So cute," Lavender leaned over to Narilean and poked her cheek.

"Lavender," Narilean called her, stubbornly playing a joke, "Lavender, my voice."

"It's okay," Lavender said to her soothingly, "You'll be fine after taking the medicine." She rubbed Nalilian's face as she spoke.

Nalilian looked at Parvati for help with tears in her eyes. Parvati pulled Ravinder away. Lavender actually didn't want to let go, but Parvati's words "Do you want to be punished by Senior Ende?" made her let go immediately.

Can't be bothered, can't be bothered.

"Parvati," the rescued Nalilian said without any gratitude, "Parvati, my throat."

"You'll be fine after taking the medicine," Parvati said. "Perhaps you should also think about how to explain this to Seniors Ender and Diggory."

She remembered that Lillian went to the Quidditch field for team training even though it was raining yesterday. She must have caught a cold because of that training yesterday.

If those two knew about this, they would definitely not let her go to training again.

Nalilian pouted and curled herself deeper into the quilt.

Because of the cold, her brain was roasted like almonds and she couldn't think about such complicated things.

"Ah, Lillian, you're a little turtle in your own skin," cried Lavender, hugging her whole mass.

Hermione quickly brought back the stimulant, drove Lavender away, and fed Narilla the potion, and smoke began to come out of Narilla's ears.

"I'm going to be a god, Hermione," Narilean said, pointing to the smoke coming out of her head. Her cold was not going away so quickly.

"We're going to be late, let's go," Hermione ignored her and pulled her towards the classroom. Lavender and Parvati went to the classroom first to save seats for them. Hermione was glad that this afternoon was the Defense Against the Dark Arts class, and Professor Lupin would not mind them being a little late.

Then they saw Professor Snape at the classroom door.

Behind them was Harry, who was also late.

Dengdengdeng.

Hermione and Harry both felt a chill running down their feet, but Narilla pointed at Professor Snape and said, "Wow, Professor Lupin, you dyed your hair black."

Snape's face darkened even further. "Three people are late. Gryffindor will deduct five points from each of them."

Hermione didn't care about the points deducted. She quickly covered Narilean's mouth. She suspected that Snape wanted to tear Narilean apart alive, so she pulled her to the seat next to Lavender and Parvati.

Nalilian slumped over the seat with a smoky smirk on her head, and Lavender rubbed her face.

"What's wrong with Nallylian?" Harry asked after he sat down next to Hermione and stared at the grinning and smoking Nallylian.

"She has a cold and hasn't recovered from the medicine she took," Lavender said, holding up her rosy little face to show Harry, "How is it? Do you think she's cute? Does she look like a puppy?"

When Harry met Narillian's tearful and smiling eyes, his face suddenly became hot and he stared at Narillian silently.

This Defense Against the Dark Arts class was taught by Professor Snape instead of Professor Lupin and was about werewolves. Harry didn't care about it, and Hermione was even more so. She looked at Narileen nervously, afraid that something might happen to her again.

Fortunately, Narilean was more well-behaved after that. She would lie on her seat and read a book, and even pull Hermione to read with her.

"What happened to Professor Lupine?"

It wasn't until the end of get out of class when Snape assigned a paper on werewolves that someone mentioned it, and Hermione and Harry remembered Professor Lupin.

Why didn't he come to class today, and was taught by Snape instead?

But they soon stopped worrying about it because Cedric came to pick up Narilean, who was still having smoke coming out of her ears from the stimulant.

But they couldn't stop her because when Narilean saw Cedric, she picked up her schoolbag and walked out obediently. They could only watch Narilean leave, while Lavender said sadly beside her, "The cold puppy was taken away by her owner."

Cedric, who received Narilean, was not happy at all. He stared at the smoke coming out of Narilean's head as she walked towards him.

"Ced!"

When Nalilian saw him, she happily jumped into his arms, hugged his waist, and rubbed herself against him.

Ced smells so good.

Cedric hugged her, staring down at her smoking head. He accepted Nalilian's rare intimate gesture, but he couldn't force a smile. He touched her head, fortunately it was dry, and asked gently, "Is Lilian catching a cold?"

Nalilian blinked, nodded, and then replied, "No!"

Cedric didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He took her schoolbag and put it on her back, then led her out. As they walked, he asked, "Did Lillian drink the stimulant?"

"Yes," Nalilian replied, pointing to the smoke coming out of her ears. "Look, Ced, I'm going to become a god."

"Okay," Cedric touched her ear, which was still a little hot, and sighed.

Looks like I need some sleep.

Cedric took Nalileen to the prefect's dormitory and helped her to bed.

Nalilian threw herself on his quilt and shouted, "Yeah, the smell of Ced."

Cedric's face flushed. He squatted down to take off her shoes, helped her onto the bed and wrapped her in the quilt.

Nalilian huddled in the quilt, staring at him eagerly, "Sed..."

"What's wrong?" Cedric sat on the bed and looked at her with concern.

"You look so beautiful," Nalilian said with a smile as she looked at him, "beautiful!"

Cedric's ears were burning with heat now. He looked helpless and pulled up the quilt to wrap her tighter, coaxing, "Lillian, close your eyes, okay?"

"Okay," Nalilian closed her eyes.

Cedric coaxed again, "How about sleeping?"

"I need a kiss," Nalilian said with her eyes closed, "I need a kiss before I can fall asleep."

"Okay," Cedric smiled helplessly, lifted her hair from her ear, and kissed her cheek hotly.

Only then did Nalilian allow herself to fall asleep.
