"Kerston," Nalilian called out when she saw Keston.

"Not used to it?"

Without her having to answer, Kerston expressed her thoughts and pulled out a chair in front of the desk, motioning for her to sit down.

"Well," Nalilian walked over and let Keston see her bare feet.

"What are you doing barefoot?" he scolded.

"I'm afraid I'll make some noise and wake up Mom and Dad," Nalilian said, sitting on the chair, and he lifted her hair behind her.

Her hair was very long, reaching down to her legs, so Kston would usually lift it up for her to prevent it from getting pressed when she sat down.

"No," Kersten said, carrying her out the door.

Being held by Kerston as they walked in the corridor, the quiet moonlight shone through the windows of the corridor. Nalilian leaned on his chest and looked up at his profile which was even more profound in the moonlight.

Why, when Kston asked her just now, she only thought that Kston was asking what she thought, but never thought that Kston wanted to leave?

Maybe this is his distress signal?
