Pokémon cross over into the real world

Palu, located in northern Sulawesi, is one of the most tenacious cities for the Indonesian resistance. Situated in Palu Bay, with the sea to the north and mountains rising over 2000 meters to the east and west, it is a natural, easily defensible port fortress.

However, Palu is located at the boundary of the Pacific Plate and the Eurasian Plate, making earthquakes a common occurrence in the region. Even a magnitude 6 quake can be a daily occurrence, and the people of Palu can calmly drink tea and chat.
