Chapter 453: The Power of the Sentinel 3

Chapter 3: The Power of Sentinel

Sentinel can generate, control, and emit light, and he can consciously control its direction, frequency, intensity, and duration to produce a myriad of effects, such as creating a light of tens of thousands of lumens to temporarily blind people. He can generate light, heat, force, and other forms of energy, sending shock waves from his hands and eyes.

During his battle with Molecule Man, Sentry discovered that he was also able to manipulate molecules. Sentry also possesses vast psychic powers, able to implant memories in the minds of others, or erase himself from the memories of everyone on Earth. Additionally, he can also resurrect the dead and heal subjects by touch.

The Void: Entered into the Sentinel's body whenever he uses his powers, the Void is the eternal nemesis that exists within his mind, the destructive backlash and dark side of the Sentinel.

As nothingness, it can transform at will, from a gloomy villain in a trench coat to a huge dark storm; it can control the weather and create destructive storms; create deadly Infini-Tendrills, which experience traumatic visions of the past, present and future through piercing; it can manipulate darkness, enter the Negative Zone, and possess unlimited cosmic energy.

Many believe that the Void has powers superior to the Sentinel, who has superb energy control abilities, allowing him to absorb any energy indiscriminately to replenish himself, as well as project energy and control beams.

The Sentinel can draw energy from anywhere, even in the Microverse. In the battle with Guinness, the power released by both destroyed the neighboring planet, but Captain America believed that they still did not give their best. After being resurrected as the Death Knight, the Sentinel was able to fully use his power because he was no longer suppressed by the Void.

As soon as the Sentinel appeared, he demonstrated his extremely powerful abilities: his speed was several times the speed of light, and he took Thor out of the galaxy in an instant; his powerful fighting ability beat Thor without any chance of fighting back; his powerful willpower stopped Thor's hammer.

The Sentinel's enormous power enables it to withstand the landing of the Celestials, which even Rogue was unable to resist at the time (Rogue had the power of all the superheroes on Earth at the time); after Thor killed the Celestials, the Sentinel flew away at superluminal speed with the body of the Celestials, which was the size of the Earth. According to the Wasp, the Sentinel took it to the incandescent chamber (where the Phoenix Force is located).

In addition, the Sentinel can quickly heal his wounds, fully control his own body and surrounding molecules, and completely abandon his body to survive as a spirit. In a battle with Thor, the Sentinel demonstrated the skill of heat vision, which was able to knock Thor down in an instant, and then directly rip open his head to reveal his brain and extend several black tentacles.

These unknown tactics seemed to be able to kill Thor, so much so that the Sentinel hesitated at the time. In Dark Reign, after experiencing the feeling of being killed instantly in a battle with Molecule Man, the Sentinel quickly learned the ability of molecular manipulation, which allowed him to confront Molecule Man head-on, let him kill instantly, and then resurrect infinitely.

The Molecule Man cannot be revived quickly after being killed by the Sentinel, which is in stark contrast. After learning to manipulate molecules, the Sentinel's immortality is even more terrifying, to the point that it is immune to causal attacks. Even if it is erased from the timeline, the Sentinel will not be killed. In addition, the Sentinel can also create life by manipulating molecules.

The Sentry's superhuman strength and abilities come from the Golden Sentinel serum. The experimental serum grants him photokinetic-based abilities, essentially powered by the sun itself. His various powers appear to be based on either molecular manipulation or reality-warping, all of which stem from his base solar-charged body.

While the majority of his powers and their limits remain unknown, the Sentry is said to possess the strength of a million exploding suns. He is so powerful that Moonstone became so confident in Norman Osborn that what happened after Scarlet Witch's sorcery fell apart was nothing compared to what the Sentry could do.

The Sentinel has also fought against Galactus. He is described by Mister Fantastic as an anomalous level threat, and Nick Fury's intelligence classifies him as a level 10+. During a meeting with Professor X, the White Queen openly stated that the Sentinel's powers were divine, and during his time as a member of the Dark Avengers, the Sentinel's profile stated that his powers were unlimited and that he was nearly omnipotent, thus making him the strongest member of the Dark Avengers.

Upon his return, the Sentry eventually took on his dark personality, the Nothingness, and merged with the Entity, creating a being more powerful than all of his past incarnations. When taking into account all of the impressive feats performed by the Sentry and the Nothingness during their lifetime struggle, the all-new merged Sentry is arguably Earth's most powerful superhero.

There are still many unknown abilities of the Sentinel, such as the ability to resurrect others: he can resurrect the dead, and in "The Mighty Avengers" he resurrected his wife who was killed by Ultron just by hugging her. The Sentinel is omniscient but not completely omnipotent, and has the power to destroy the multiverse.

Because the Sentinel's power is almost omnipotent, he has many unknown abilities that have not been shown. Stan Lee once said that the original intention of his creation was to create an omniscient and omnipotent character, but in fact it was to make him stronger than Superman of DC next door.

Molecule Man. His real name is Owen Reece. He is the mortal enemy of the Beyonder. He was originally just a nuclear power plant technician. After an accident, he gained the ability to control molecules. After gaining the ability, he planned to control New York City and clashed with superheroes such as the Fantastic Four.

Owen Reese is a character in the Marvel Universe who can compete with the Beyonder. After turning over a new leaf, he teamed up with superheroes to fight the Beyonder in the Second Secret War. Molecule Man and the Beyonder became incomplete Cosmic Cubes.

Owen Reece was originally a nuclear power plant technician. Due to an accident, a particle generator exploded in front of him, and the unknown radiation emitted caused him to mutate, giving him omnipotent cosmic power. The radiation also left a lightning-like scar on his face.

After becoming Molecule Man, he attempted to take over New York City, and subsequently had multiple conflicts with superheroes such as the Fantastic Four and Man-Thing. After turning over a new leaf, he participated in the Secret War against the Beyonder.

Molecule Man played a very important role in all four Secret Wars. His experiment accidentally opened a wormhole between dimensions, and a very powerful being called the Beyonder lived in the dimension outside the Earth.

After escaping from the Doujie in the first secret war, he tried to live peacefully with his lover. But the reappearance of the Transcendent broke his peaceful life. In order to prevent the Transcendent from destroying the multiverse and the earth, he fought a series of battles with the Transcendent, and finally successfully destroyed the Transcendent and drove his power back to his original space, where the power of the Transcendent gave birth to a brand new universe.
