He practiced the Liang Yi Tai He Gong, carefully controlling the strand of true Qi in his Dantian, starting from Dantian, passing through the perineum, over the anus, along the Du Meridian to the coccyx, Jiaji and Yuzhen three gates, to the Niwan on the top of the head, then going down through the two ears and cheeks, walking along the Magpie Bridge and connecting with the Ren Meridian, and returning to Dantian along the center of the chest and abdomen.

As this strand of true energy slowly flows, wherever it passes, it feels clear and comfortable, like a spring breeze.

A common setting in martial arts novels is that by opening up the Ren and Du meridians, one can become a martial arts master.

But it is different in this world. People’s Ren and Du meridians are originally open, and the flow of Qi through these two meridians is only the starting stage of spiritual practice.

As for why there is such a difference, Fang Muye has no idea because he has not experienced the world of martial arts.

Blood vessels are visible, while qi vessels are invisible.
