If I were given this kind of question, I would doubt whether I am even Chinese. I would never know how to choose. To me, these options all seem to mean the same thing, with no difference at all.

If Chinese exams were to be conducted here, wouldn't I, a native-born Chinese, be mistaken for a spy by the government?
