【One Piece】Dawn in the Darkness

"Alright... Anyone who dares to defy our family... you'll have to get past me first!" A shrill voice came from the giant stone man's mouth.

"Hahaha, that's a really high-pitched voice!" Almost the instant he heard that voice, Luffy couldn't help but burst into laughter, clutching his stomach. "Hahaha, that doesn't suit you at all!"

"Straw Hat Boy!!" Pica shouted through gritted teeth, clearly enraged by Luffy's unrestrained laughter.

"Ah!! Lord Pica is angry!!" Don Quixote and the navy fled in panic from the collapsing town.

"Stop laughing and get out of here!" Luo urged impatiently.

"It's really funny." Lucci's lips curled up slightly as he ran alongside Luffy.

"Hahaha, right? His voice is really weird!" Luffy couldn't help but laugh again, laughing as he ran.

"Luffy, how could you laugh at the enemy?" Zoro scolded, but as soon as he finished speaking, he heard that shrill voice again and couldn't help but burst out laughing.

"Hahaha, Zoro, you laughed too!" Luffy laughed when he heard that shrill voice.

"Run faster, the fist is coming!" Luo urged, watching the huge stone fist about to smash down on them.

"Gum-Gum Rocket!" Luffy grabbed the group and pulled them onto the half-ruins of the house in front of him, launching them away and successfully dodging the giant fist that was about to smash down. However, they were still knocked away in mid-air by the impact of the fist.

"Luffy! Lucci, Law!" Zoro shouted from the ruins. They had just been thrown here by the impact. "Where are you?"

"Zoro, we're here!" Lucci pulled Luffy out of the rubble. They had accidentally crashed into the already broken house when they flew over, burying them inside. Luffy, despite being made of rubber, somehow managed to get stuck the hardest.

"Wow, that flew so far!" Luffy flipped himself up from the ruins, only to find himself sitting on Law, who had been placed on the ground by Lucci. Luffy casually said, "Sorry, sorry."

"Are you doing this on purpose, kid?" Luo roared, clutching his injured abdomen.

"I never expected to be sent flying this far by the impact of that punch." Lu Qi sighed, found a seat, and looked at Luo, who was clutching his stomach and groaning, with some confusion. "What's wrong with you?"

"I had a minor surgery," Luo said calmly, then looked at the blood-stained lead bullet in his hand and his anger surged. "That bastard deliberately used a lead bullet!"

"Pirate hunters? And Monkey D. Lucci and Trafalgar! Law!" Cavendish said with a grim face, then raised his sword and slashed at Lucci and Law with all his might. "Give me back my popularity! The Generation of Sinners and the Dragon Prince!!"

Lucci drew his blade in an instant, blocking the blade that was aimed at him. He stood up and retaliated, frowning as he looked at the man who was staggering backward. "What do you want to do?"

"Cabbage! What are you doing?!" Luffy shouted angrily. "This is my brother! Why are you attacking him?! Do you still hate me?!"

Cavendish quickly steadied himself as he staggered backward. Feeling the vibration from the sword, Cavendish glanced at Lucci, who was frowning at him, and lowered his sword to explain, "No, I've stopped chasing you Straw Hat crew because your partner, God Usopp, rescued me from my toy form."

"It's really nice to hear my crewmates being praised," Luffy grinned.

“Yes, I will never forget his heroic figure,” Cavendish replied, then took out a white polka-dot hat, knelt down in front of Law, and said with a bright smile, “Oh, right, this hat is yours, isn’t it? It fell in front of the arena. Stick your neck out and I’ll put it on you.”

Luo stared at the gleaming blade behind Cavendish, a bead of cold sweat trickling down his face. He then roared angrily, "No one would believe you!"

“Alright then, I’m very busy right now… To repay your kindness, I’ve decided to cut off Doflamingo’s head! Hehehe.” Cavendish tossed the hat in his hand to Law, who was sitting on the ground.

"No need, I can handle it myself. I also want to repay Rebecca for the bento box!" Luffy said earnestly.

"I don't believe you! You're just trying to gain more popularity!" Cavendish said with dissatisfaction, then got lost in fantasies about how people would worship him after he defeated Doflamingo.

Law skillfully put the hat on his head, and when he heard Luffy's answer, he looked at Luffy in disbelief, "You actually started a war over a bento box!"

"This is Luffy," Lucci said with a smile, then glanced at Cavendish, who was making strange gestures at the air, and twitched his lips. "What's wrong with this guy?"

"Who knows? Anyway, he's a troublesome guy," Zoro replied, standing up from the rock and reminding Luffy, "Luffy, we should go."

"Let's go!" Luffy said impatiently, then picked up Law from the ground and rushed out, with Lucci and Zoro following closely behind.

They hadn't gone far when they encountered another group of strange people, all of whom were looking for Luffy. In fact, the first thing each of them said was that they were going to defeat Doflamingo to repay Luffy, but they refused when Zoro suggested that these people provide cover for them.

Looking at the group behind him who were still arguing about who should defeat Doflamingo, Lucci couldn't help but complain, "Luffy, just how many strange people have you met on this island?"

Lucci and Luffy turned around at the same time to look at Law, who was speaking, and noticed the determination that flashed across his face.
