"Why, Mr. Issho? We can't let Doflamingo remain a Shichibukai! We should arrest him immediately!" Maynard shouted in bewilderment. He had already told Mr. Issho everything that had happened in the factory, but he didn't understand why Admiral Fujitora still disagreed with ordering the arrest of Doflamingo.

Machvise's enormous, unconscious body crashed heavily into the group of marines, causing them to scream in panic. Luffy and Zoro seized the opportunity to escape.
