What Dumbledore didn't expect was that Jian Yu asked to go to the Muggle streets first.

She wanted to buy some gifts for this alchemist who had lived for more than six hundred years.

Obviously beauty potions are not a suitable gift for someone of this age.

So she had some special plans.

A few hours later, Dumbledore stared in amazement at the Nintendo Game Boy she had spent so much money on.

He knew that this was a Muggle entertainment product... called a game console?

He tactfully reminded Jian Yu:

"Although Nico and Perenelle are not opposed to Muggle items, perhaps this... uh... game console... would be more suitable for teenage wizards to play."

But Jian Yu shook his head mysteriously.

She thinks she has considered it more carefully:

First, her savior lived for more than 600 years and had seen everything he should and shouldn't have seen. Therefore, his life was boring and he was going to die. But she didn't want him to die, so she could only use the game console to add some fun to his boring life;

Secondly, if the gift was rejected, she could take it back and play with it herself. After all, the wizarding world lacked entertainment except Quidditch, wizard chess and some novels. God knows she had lived without a mobile phone for a whole year, and she was almost going crazy!

Jian Yu almost laughed out loud. Even Dumbledore, who was over a hundred years old, was just a child in front of the Flamel couple - this gave her a wonderful feeling.

The four people greeted each other and sat down at the table.

During the toast, Nico asked Jian Yu how she felt after absorbing the Philosopher's Stone:

"Albus told me that the Philosopher's Stone disappeared as soon as it touched your body. Did you feel anything while you were in a coma?"

Jian Yu wanted to answer, but found that he seemed to be locked in the throat, with his tongue and palate stuck together.

No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't tell anyone about Merlin and the Philosopher's Stone, and she couldn't help but cover her mouth.

But Nicolas Flamel showed a look of sudden enlightenment and signaled her to stop exerting force:

He shook his head, smiled, held his wife's hand, and concluded:

Dinner is over.

Mr. and Mrs. Flamel were happy to invite Dumbledore and Jane to stay here.

"Please stay a little longer, Albus, Jade!" they said sincerely, "Keep us two old people company!"

When they heard that Jian Yu came from an orphanage, their eyes became even more kind and loving:

"Good girl, why don't you stay here this summer?" Perenelle stroked her head with his withered hand. "To be honest, I'd rather see a young man like you who is full of energy than to face an old man every day—"

Nico glared at her, but he also hoped that Jian Yu could spend her summer vacation here.

The Flamels cleared out a small attic as Jane Yu's room.

Lying in bed, smelling the scent of sunshine on the soft and fluffy bedding, she soon fell asleep.

Mr. and Mrs. Flamel looked up enviously in the direction of her room.

"It's great to be young, just fall asleep."

The guests have gone to bed.

The Flamels looked at each other and became bored again.

At their age, they hardly need sleep or food, so the night is the most difficult time.

But today Nico seemed to have thought of something.

“Nintendo!”

His wife was startled by his loud voice and hit him with her cane in dissatisfaction.

But Nico took out the game console from the cabinet with trembling hands and studied it with the serious attitude as if he were studying alchemy.

He was fiddling with the game console and pressed a button, but suddenly the screen started moving!
