HP: White Lord of Slytherin
Chapter 60 Lover Chapter Social Death Moment
Just wait until the last class in the afternoon and you can go back to the dormitory after it’s over. The dwarfs will definitely not be able to break into your personal dormitory.
It was almost time for the get out of class to end and they were having the Transfiguration class. A shadow was cast over Professor McGonagall's serious face. No one would be happy if their class was always interrupted.
Suddenly, another dwarf appeared and everyone was waiting to see who would receive the greeting card before the get out of class ended.
Then the gloomy-faced dwarf walked towards Gloria and actually stopped in front of her.
Gloria herself was also confused.
All of a sudden, everyone looked at Draco, and sure enough, the platinum master's face darkened.
The dwarf took out a card and said in a sharp voice, "Gloria Alber, there is a card for you that needs to be read out."
The classroom was silent. The dwarf opened the greeting card and read aloud: "Beautiful Gloria, your hair attracts me like a golden waterfall, your silver eyes are clearer than the moon in the night sky, almost shining through my heart, your beautiful face always appears in my mind, I really hope you know who I am, but I would rather bury this love in my heart! The nameless boy who loves you——"
Gloria had no idea what her expression was, but it must not be good...
Since she wanted to hide her love in her heart, why let the dwarf read it out in front of so many people? For the first time in her life, she felt embarrassed, and Gloria looked at Draco for help.
Draco's expression at this moment was even uglier than Gloria's, as if his mouth was stuffed with slug mucus. The angry boy snatched the greeting card from the dwarf's hand. The dwarf had completed its task and continued to leave with a gloomy face.
He identified the words on it, turned to the rest of the class and said, "Who wrote this?!"
It was not time to end the get out of class yet, Professor McGonagall said, "Sit down Mr. Malfoy, it is still class time."
The boy had no choice but to sit down. Gloria wanted to look at the card, but he dodged her and put it in his pocket. He whispered angrily, "Do you really want to accept the card?"
"No." Gloria said, "If you like it, keep it."
Draco didn't say much, just muttered, "Don't let me catch you who wrote this!"
Gloria carefully reached out and shook his arm, "Don't be angry, I'll make chocolate for you myself when I get back."
Draco glanced at her in panic, turned his head and coughed lightly, "Okay..."
After class, the boy was still talking about the greeting cards.
When passing a corridor, he saw a crowd of people in front. The angry boy stopped complaining about the greeting card and ordered the two bodyguards to squeeze forward. As Draco walked in, he said in a cold and drawn-out tone, "What's going on?"
When he got to the front, he found that Harry was entangled by the dwarfs, his schoolbag was torn to pieces, and the things inside were scattered all over the floor.
Harry was blushing and ready to give up and run, but the dwarf hugged his knees, causing him to fall to the ground.
"What are you all doing here?" Percy Weasley also squeezed in.
The dwarf sat on Harry's ankles, plucked his harp and began to read: "His eyes were green as freshly pickled toads, his hair was black as a blackboard..."
Gloria really couldn't help herself this time. She thought her card was embarrassing enough, but she didn't expect Harry's to be even more embarrassing. However, she tried her best not to laugh out loud.
The people around were not so polite and were all laughing.
Harry was so ashamed and angry, but he pretended not to care and laughed dryly. He wished he could turn into steam and disappear.
Percy, on the other hand, kept a straight face, "Come on, you still have a class to go to, and it's almost time for class!"
There were many first-year Gryffindor students around, and it was easy for Percy to drive them away. The new students were quite afraid of the prefects.
Draco didn't take a prefect seriously and squatted down to pick up a black diary.
"Give it back to me!" Harry was a little anxious.
The boy smirked, "Why, you wrote sensitive secrets in there? Potter!"
Percy stepped in front of Harry. "Give it back, Malfoy!" he said sternly.
"No." Draco pretended to open the diary. "I want to see what Potter wrote in it."
Gloria felt a familiar strangeness in the diary, it was the feeling of black magic.
Harry became even more anxious and had already pulled out his wand, ready to take it back himself. Ron was eager to try beside him.
A hand snatched the diary away. It was Gloria. Draco had not expected her to do anything.
"Okay, I want to go back early to prepare a gift for you." She raised her hand and threw the diary to Harry.
The boy looked unhappy, but didn't say anything.
The farce seemed to be over, and the rest of the people dispersed. When Ginny passed by Draco, he turned around and shouted at the girl's back: "I don't think Potter likes your Valentine's Day card very much!"
When the dwarf read the content of the greeting card, he noticed the shy expression of this stupid girl. Thinking back to when they met in the bookstore before entering the second grade, and the way Ginny defended Potter, he guessed that the greeting card was written by her.
Sure enough, after hearing this, Ginny burst into tears, covered her face and ran away.
"Malfoy, you..." Ron pulled out his wand but was stopped by Harry, who didn't want to see his good friend vomit slugs for the second time.
As Gloria passed Harry, she whispered, "Be careful with the diary."
Gloria clearly saw the look of horror on Ginny's face when she saw the diary in Draco's hand, but everyone's eyes were on the confrontation between Harry and Draco at the time, and when they thought about the faint scent of dark magic on the diary, they felt it necessary to remind her.
On the way back to the common room, Gloria curiously asked the boy, "How do you know that's a card from Ginny?"
Greeting cards are all anonymous. If it were so easy to know who wrote them, Draco would have gone to find the person who sent her the card long ago.
"I guessed it." Draco said, "Didn't I say that I met Potter at Flourish and Blotts before school started? That stupid girl from the Weasley family spoke up for Potter, and when the dwarf read the greeting card... you should have seen her expression."
Ginny was so unlucky that her secret crush was revealed in public by Potter's archenemy.
Back in the common room, Draco looked at every boy he passed by with suspicion. He had not forgotten about the greeting card.
"Remember, don't accept cards like this. Who knows if the person who wrote the card is a half-blood or a clay man?"
Gloria didn't even touch the card. "I know, but you look so cute when you're angry today."
Draco's pale face immediately turned red. Seeing this, she smiled and left, not caring about the greeting card.
Back in the dormitory, the three snakes slowly ate the magic gems. Even though this festival had nothing to do with them, they still shamelessly asked Gloria for holiday gifts.
The excuse is that if you can give a gift to that little kid, why can't we?
Gloria had no choice but to give it.
Golinia twitched her tail tip. "The diary contains a broken soul, very similar to the one in the locket."
Gloria paused. "Really? Is it the ghost of the same person?"
I can't be so unlucky as to encounter two of Voldemort's Horcruxes in such a short period of time.
Golinia shook her head. "I can't be sure, but I can be sure it's a residual soul."
Up to now, the only dark wizard who is known to have created the Horcruxes is Voldemort. Gloria thinks it is very likely that it was him, but the diary is with Harry, which is very bad.
No wonder Ginny was so frightened. Perhaps the reason for her weak soul was due to that diary.
Seeing her tangled expression, Jörmungandr asked, "Why, do you want to warn that little ghost? But no human can sense the abnormality of the soul like Golinia."
Jörmungandr's words reminded her. Gloria thought for a moment and said, "Let's see what the situation is. If he also has a weak soul, then I can ask him to hand it over to the professor on the grounds that there is dark magic in the diary. Even if he is unwilling, Ron and Hermione will definitely persuade him."
