HP: White Lord of Slytherin

Chapter 51: Show off moment after comparison

Draco held the photo and grinned for a long time under the Christmas tree, until Crabbe patted his shoulder cautiously, "Draco?"

Goyle pointed to the pile of unopened gifts and asked, "Do you want us to help you?"

Draco held the photo in his hand and said nonchalantly, "Please put it back in the dormitory for me."

The two bodyguards worked hard to move things. As the only son of the Malfoy family, his Christmas presents were piled up like this every year. The gifts came not only from his good friends, but also from those who were on good terms with the family.

After everything was moved, Draco changed into the clothes his mother had sent him: a silver shirt with a green bow tie, a black embroidered robe, and his platinum hair was meticulously groomed. The arrogant young master packed the photo of the black flame dragon and went to the auditorium with two bodyguards.

There were very few students left in each college at Christmas.

Draco found a seat and sat down. A variety of meals appeared. Gloria left the school, but her elf continued to serve Draco.

During the meal, he looked back frequently until he saw several familiar figures appear and snorted coldly.

Harry and Hermione both received sweaters made by Mrs. Weasley. They both put on the sweaters and sat with the Weasley siblings. However, they couldn't laugh for long because the annoying Malfoy showed up.

"You look like a dirty potato now, Potter!" Draco said in a familiar sarcastic tone, leaning against the dining table, with his arms folded and his head raised, looking in their direction.

The sweater Porter received this year is yellow with a big H on the chest.

After a few months, Hedwig took the initiative to reconcile, and with many gifts from friends, Harry, who was in a much better mood, didn't bother to pay attention to him.

Draco glanced at the others. "They look like a row of goblins. Hogwarts now allows goblins to enroll?"

"Hahaha!"

The two bodyguards laughed along, and even the other Slytherins at the table laughed.

Fred glared at him unhappily and nudged Harry with his arm, "Harry, he'll be the next one to be petrified."

"Right." George replied, "If he was still on the Quidditch team, we wouldn't let you do anything."

Harry lowered his head silently. The Weasley twins always made fun of him about being the heir of Slytherin. Fortunately, there were not many people in the school now.

"That's enough—" Ginny stopped him in a low voice, "Don't say such things again!"

The twins shrugged. Ginny always hated hearing about this topic. Fortunately, Percy came late, otherwise she would have been scolded again.

Draco didn't intend to let them go, so he simply stood up and walked to the Gryffindor table, looking down at Harry and the others sitting there, and said arrogantly: "What gift did Lori give you?"

Harry thought about the Polyjuice Potion and the questions he would ask Malfoy later, and wanted to get rid of him quickly. "Broom care products."

Ron added: "The best one, with a spell."

Draco sneered and stared at Ron, "What about you?"

The Weasley twins hugged their younger brother.

Fred: "She gave little Ronnie a brand new wand."

George emphasized: "Brand new!"

Fred: "Give each of us a n-new-model Nimbus broom."

George: “The latest model!”

I thought I would see Draco jumping up and down, but he actually showed no reaction at all, and even asked, "That's all?"

Hermione sat up straight and said briskly, "Gloria gave me a book of spells that are not found in books outside."

Draco was a little upset, but Gloria had also given him a travel book with a lot of spells in it, and he could ask for new ones after reading it. This clay figure could not compare to him.

"What about you?" Harry asked curiously about his gift.

Draco was waiting for this sentence and took out the photo proudly.

"A photo?" Ron tried not to laugh.

The young man sneered, "The ignorant Weasley is a dragon."

Several people stared at the back of the photo, but could not connect it with the fire dragon.

"It's a fire dragon that has become extinct outside." Draco turned the photo face up so that they could see it. "It only survives in the forest near Lowry Manor. In the summer, I will go there to sign a blood contract with the hatched black flame dragon. That fire dragon will protect me forever!"

Several people stood up and looked at the photo closely, and saw that there was indeed a fire dragon that they had never seen before in the photo. Charlie from the Weasley family worked as a dragon trainer in Romania and had sent many photos of fire dragons to his family, but they had never heard of a black-scaled fire dragon.

No longer caring about hating Malfoy, Ron asked, "Black Flame Dragon?"

"As far as I know, the black flame dragon has been extinct for nearly a thousand years." A gentle and low voice suddenly interrupted. Everyone looked up and found that Headmaster Dumbledore was standing next to Malfoy and looking at the photo.

"Mind if I take a closer look?" asked Headmaster Dumbledore kindly.

Draco pursed his lips and handed it to him reluctantly, after all, he was the principal of the school.

Dumbledore adjusted his half-moon glasses, looked at it carefully and nodded, "It's true. If an old friend of mine saw this, he would definitely be very happy."

Draco frowned. This was a gift from Lori. What did it have to do with this old man's friend?

"Of course it's true. Lori wouldn't lie to me."

"It's a very precious gift." Dumbledore returned the photo to him. "Gloria is a good girl. She gave me a lot of candy. I need to drink a few more bottles of tooth medicine recently."

The old man smiled and left, letting the children continue chatting.

Dumbledore stroked his silver beard. He thought the gift Severus received was rare enough, but he didn't expect it to be even more shocking.

What kind of place can hide a group of extinct creatures from being discovered by the outside world?

Upon inspection, it was found that the scales and horns had not been stored for a long time, but had been shed not long ago.

However, since Miss Albert dared to give these away, it meant that she was not afraid of their curiosity and doubts. The wise principal began to wonder, was Albert Gloria's real surname?

After showing off, Draco left contentedly with his two bodyguards, leaving Harry and others still in shock.

"Where is Gloria's home? I can't believe there are extinct fire dragons living near her home... No, near her home?!" Ron remembered that fire dragons lived far away from humans.

Harry suggested: "Write to Charlie, he knows more about dragons." Then he asked: "But what is the blood contract?"

Fred leaned over and said, "It's a contract with magical creatures, but the school can't keep dragons, and he can't drive a fire dragon to hurt people."

"I'm a little jealous of him." George said, "But the broom is also very good. We are going to start an on-campus business this year, so we can buy new brooms as soon as possible."

They treasured the two 10% off coupons, waiting to save up enough money to buy them. Even at a 10% discount, the price was still a large number.

Hermione said: "Gloria was much more sensible and didn't act like Hagrid and bring a dragon to school."

She still remembered the fire dragon incident last year. Fortunately, Ron's brother Charlie helped, otherwise they would have been discovered along with the fire dragon and would have lost more points.

Ron pouted, "I think Malfoy wants to take the dragon egg out of the photo and hold it."
