HP: White Lord of Slytherin
Chapter 14 School Days
Gloria's reminder was very accurate. When Harry and the other two said goodbye to Hagrid and Gloria and returned to the castle to have lunch, they met Professor McGonagall with a serious face. The three of them suddenly felt something was wrong.
As expected, Harry and Ron were put in detention. Ron went to the showroom to polish silverware, and he had to use his hands and not magic; Harry was assigned to Lockhart to help reply to his admirers. Harry had no desire to live and desperately begged to be with Ron, but was ruthlessly rejected by Professor McGonagall.
When Gloria saw that except for Hermione, Harry and Ron looked like they couldn't eat at lunch, she knew that these two unlucky guys had not escaped punishment.
Draco pulled her arm and said, "What's so good about it? I also want a roasted chicken drumstick."
The roasted chicken legs with crispy skin were very popular. Crabbe and Goyle sat opposite them. Gloria gave them a plate. The two tall and strong bodyguards ate until their mouths were full of oil.
Knife and Fork brought a roasted chicken leg that was twice as big as his hand, "I'll go ask them what punishment they received."
As he said this, he picked up the whole plate of roast chicken legs and ran to the Gryffindor table.
The fragrant crispy roasted chicken legs made the little lions' eyes light up. Gloria put them down and said, "Eat whatever you want."
The Weasley twins were the quickest and immediately picked up the largest chicken leg.
Gloria sat next to Hermione and pointed at the two dejected boys who didn't want to talk at all and asked, "What were they punished for?"
Hermione thought for a moment before she said, "Ron went to the showroom to polish the silverware, and he had to do it himself; Harry went to see Professor Lockhart in the evening to write back to his admirers, and Harry asked Professor McGonagall for help, but was rejected along with Ron."
Hermione didn't understand Harry's avoidance. She didn't know how many students were eager to help Professor Lockhart. If Professor McGonagall gave her such a confinement, she would be happy for a whole school year.
Gloria knew how much Harry hated Lockhart, and even famous people wanted to take advantage of the title of savior.
"I think Harry really would rather polish the silver."
Hermione couldn't understand. "It's incredible, isn't it? Why didn't Professor McGonagall put me in detention? I was there at the time."
Gloria couldn't help but sigh that Hermione, who always paid attention to academic credits, was willing to be put in detention for her idol, so it was right to assign her to Gryffindor.
When she turned around inadvertently, she saw Draco smiling. Gloria chatted with him for a few words and returned to her seat.
"I heard that. Those two idiots were put in detention. Humph, the treatment for the savior is different. All they have to do is write a reply letter for the professor."
Draco thought of the detention in the Forbidden Forest during his first year, and how Filch had mentioned the way detention was done in the past. He felt that Potter should be hung up and beaten like that.
Gloria said seriously, "Believe me, he would rather clean up everything in the showroom with Ron than write those replies."
Draco sneered, "Potter is afraid that Lockhart will steal all his limelight."
In his opinion, Porter has been stealing the show.
Gloria was really worried that he would go after Harry and the others, so she immediately changed the subject:
"How will you arrange your training later? I want to write my paper in the afternoon, so I won't watch your training. What about your paper?"
After speaking in one breath, Draco began to talk about the training and academic arrangements.
The two talked about their plans for the next few days, and Draco complained about the papers on History of Magic and Defense Against the Dark Arts. One was boring and he had to look up information, while the other was about how the whole paper praised Lockhart's adventures in the book.
The sight of a clearly visible presence pierced Gloria like needles. She looked up and saw it was Pansy, whose fork was almost bent with her right hand. The huge Millicent was two seats away from her, and she almost occupied two seats by herself.
In contrast to Pansy's resentment, when Millicent saw Gloria looking in her direction, she was so scared that she almost buried her face in the plate.
It seems that Miss Bourse is many times more aware of danger than Pansy. Is this what they call being rough but meticulous?
Millicent slowly realized the strangeness of the battle with Pansy, but couldn't tell the reason. She only remembered Gloria's terrifying smile and made up her mind not to provoke her again.

October arrived, and the cold air filled the entire Hogwarts Castle. Colds suddenly broke out among faculty and students. The school doctor, Madam Pomfrey, was extremely busy, and Professor Snape spent more time in his office, brewing potions for the medical wing.
Why is it so clear?
Because Gloria was chosen to be a medicine maker, Porter and his gang expressed deep sympathy for her situation.
Draco was busy with Quidditch and studies and had no time to make potion.
Not only is it cold, it has also been raining non-stop recently. The air is so humid that it seems like one can inhale three cups of water with one breath. Gloria always feels that her hair is not dry enough.
Raindrops like bullets hit the castle glass with crackling sounds. The lake water rose, and the unpaved area was muddy. The sanitation in the castle was worrying recently, and muddy footprints covered every road and staircase.
Not far away, Filch, who also had a cold and an abnormally red nose, was carrying a bucket and cleaning up as he cursed, "There's dirt everywhere! Hogwarts is a mess! Mrs. Norris, keep a close eye on the corridors at night. I'm going to catch a few nasty students—"
Mrs. Norris, wearing a bow tie, squatted at Filch's feet. The gray cat looked a little thin.
Gloria took out a recently bottled potion from her bag and walked over to Filch.
"Mr. Filch, if you don't mind, take this potion. It will help your cold heal faster."
When students saw him, they would basically try to avoid him, and few of them would take the initiative to approach him like she did.
Filch, with his sparse hair and eyes as big as bulbs, stared at her warily. Gloria could understand him, after all, many of his students had played tricks on him, especially the Weasley twins.
Gloria said generously, "I have been helping Professor Snape make medicine recently, and I have a few bottles on me. Please take them."
Finally, Filch silently reached out and took the bottle.
It was almost time, so Gloria walked towards the stadium. On the way, she saw many students with steam coming out of their ears. Soon she saw Draco and his group, who were all wet and covered in mud.
Now there was no need for hairspray, and Draco's blond hair stayed put on his head.
Gloria shook her head, took out her wand and pointed it at Draco. A soft warm breeze surrounded his body, drying his wet hair and clothes quickly. She then cleaned him up again, and the boy immediately no longer looked as disheveled as before.
“Do we have to train so hard?”
Gloria thought Slytherin would avoid training on rainy days, but she didn't expect that every house would compete so hard in Quidditch.
Draco used his bony fingers to push back his hair. "It's almost November, and the Quidditch games are about to begin."
Quidditch matches are held from early November to April of the following year.
Gloria gave him the reserved potion and said, "Drink it before you go to bed at night. It's a precaution in advance."
Draco took it calmly, then sneered as he remembered something: "I was on a high place during training and saw the Weasley twins peeking at us."
The Weasley twins have been in a bad mood recently, probably because they are worried about the upcoming Quidditch match. After all, every Slytherin has a Nimbus 2001, and Harry with only his Nimbus 2000 is no match for them.
Gloria was not surprised. "Didn't someone of yours also spy on their tactics and get caught by Wood?"
Because of this, the two college teams almost fought on the court again.
Draco looked a little unnatural, "Everyone does this... By the way, my father said he will come to watch my first game in person!"
When talking about his father, the boy's grey-blue eyes lit up surprisingly, making his handsome features come alive.
Gloria had seen the violence of Quidditch before, so she could only say, "No matter how excited you are, remember that protecting yourself is the most important thing."
