Operation Red Book

Chapter 31: The Killing Elves from Northern Europe

The Shuyun puppet made a sharp cry and roared madly at Shuyang and Shuyun, with its hands and neck creaking.

It stretched out its bony hands and grabbed Shuyang's neck.

Shuyun shuttled back and forth between Shuyang and the Shuyun puppet, but could not stop any movements of the puppets and could only whimper anxiously.

"Brother Shuyang, also turned into a puppet, to accompany Shuyun, tsk tsk tsk, we, will never be separated, tsk tsk tsk..."

The Shuyun puppet's hands suddenly tightened, veins popped out on Shuyang's forehead, his whole body turned red, and "cough, gulp" sounds came out of his throat.

Just when Shuyang's eyes were about to roll over, Mr. Zhu suddenly stood up, grasped the sword in his hand, raised his hand and threw it over, and the sword pierced through the neck of the Shuyun puppet.

Shuyang's neck was released, he closed his eyes and fainted, and he was thrown heavily to the ground.

Shuyun quickly floated to Shuyang's side, calling out to him.

The Shuyun doll turned its head and floated up, its whole head tilted, and its dark eyes stared straight at Mr. Zhu.

"It's you……"

The Shuyun doll pulled out the long sword from its neck, and it broke in two with a click and fell to the ground.

The Shuyun doll floated higher. She looked up at the bright moon, raised her hands, and muttered some spell.

The corpses in the yard were trembling slightly, and they slowly stood up with the sound of the spell.

All the corpses rolled their eyes, raised their hands, and walked towards Mr. Zhu and Ivy in unison.

"Run!"

Mr. Zhu pulled up Ivy, who was lying on the ground in a daze, and ran deep into the bushes.

But as they ran, Mr. Zhu disappeared, leaving Ivy alone in the waist-high plants.

There were noises coming from all directions, so Ivy had no choice but to keep running towards the direction of the light, but she ended up running back to Shisanfang.

Ivy pressed herself against the wall, not daring to breathe. She was surrounded by puppets and moving corpses. She had no choice but to hide in the dark and slow down her breathing.

Suddenly, Ivy felt a chill in her left hand, which frightened her so much that her breathing stopped and her heart skipped a beat.

Ivy's eyes widened and she turned her head stiffly to the left.

A snow-white little hand held Ivy, and the owner of the hand was a little girl who only reached Ivy's waist.

She had an indifferent expression, her blue eyes like icy springs staring at Ivy, holding a doll dressed the same as her.

Ivy blinked twice and asked, "You are..."

"I am the support sent by SCO - Luna Hester."

The little girl opened her mouth, her voice was ethereal and without a trace of emotion.

"I'm here to help Joshua's girlfriend, her name is Ivy."

"Me, me? I'm not his girlfriend..."

Luna was silent for a while, then asked, "Excuse me, where are Hilda and Alexander?"

Ivy pointed back at the street, and Luna took Ivy's hand and walked out of the alley.

The corpses and puppets on the street spotted the two and walked towards them with weapons raised.

The doll in Luna's hand suddenly grew dozens of times larger. It glowed red and emitted heat.

The doll's expression moved, its eyes widened, the corners of its mouth curled up, and its smile was as hideous and terrifying as the Shuyun doll's.

It raised two flaming long knives, stepped on its feet, pounced forward, and swung the two machetes quickly.

The corpses and puppets that were walking towards her were cut into pieces by the machete. The flames devoured the remains madly, and soon they were burned to ashes.

Luna walked with lifeless eyes, ignoring Ivy's questions and not caring about the surrounding environment.

The doll reached the end of the road. Hilda and Alexander cooperated well. When the out-of-control doll swung a knife at them, they rolled into the shadows together, and only came out and bumped heads after the doll turned around and left.

When the doll saw the puppet and the corpse, it chopped them into pieces with a knife and killed its way to the yard where Shuyun's puppet was.

Corpses with their eyes rolled back kept pouring out of the yard. The Shuyun doll seemed to sense that something was wrong and slowly floated down.

It stood in the center of the street, watching the huge doll madly hacking at corpses and puppets.

The Shuyun doll stretched out its purple hands and pounced on the doll.

Unexpectedly, the doll swung the knife and stabbed it. Although Shuyun doll avoided the sharp blade in time, it was still burned by the flame.

Large pieces of clothing were burned through, and the wooden torso was burned black.

Seeing this, the Shuyun puppet turned around and left, but unexpectedly ran into a cannon barrel. Hilda aimed at the Shuyun puppet and pulled the trigger.

"boom--"

The deafening sound of artillery fire swept across the entire street. The shells pushed the Shuyun doll for several hundred meters, nailing her to the ground and then exploding instantly, with flames shooting up into the sky.

Ivy took Luna and hid in the corner of the yard, covering Luna's ears with her hands.

When she opened her eyes, the tinnitus blocked out everything in the outside world, making her feel dizzy.

The bodies in the yard disappeared, and Shuyang, who was lying on the ground, and Shuyun, who was standing beside him, also disappeared without a trace.

Ivy suddenly found that the doll walked into the yard, and its scary big eyes saw Ivy and Luna in the corner.

The corners of its mouth curved even more, and it raised its machetes in both hands, ready to chop down.

Ivy picked up Luna and rolled on the ground to avoid the attack, then quickly jogged out of the yard, brushing past the doll's legs.

Alexander, who arrived at the scene, quickly protected Ivy and Luna behind him, and was stabbed on his strong arm by the doll.

Alexander cursed and said to himself, "Why did Victor send her? I don't know how to comfort her."

Alexander let go of Ivy and Luna, called Hilda in the distance, then stood up and led the doll away.

Hilda ran over like the wind, pulled Luna away, and shook her frantically, muttering, "Wake up, wake up! You're going to kill us all!"

But Luna's eyes were still lifeless and her body was stiff, like a doll.

Ivy looked at Luna's expression, then looked at Alexander who was fighting with the doll in the distance, and cold sweat broke out on her forehead.

She spoke to stop Hilda from shaking her, took Luna's cold little hand, and said gently: "Luna, Luna, can you hear me? I'm Ivy, thank you for saving me! You've done a good job, you can wake up...Luna, Luna!"

The doll in the distance suddenly became smaller. Luna's eyes were still dull, but she at least turned her head.

He opened his mouth and said to Ivy: “I like you, Ivy, are you really not Joshua’s girlfriend?”

Alexander's head and arms were badly injured. He picked up the doll on the ground, walked over and stuffed it into Luna's arms, saying viciously: "I'm going to go back and tell Victor not to buy you hot cocoa this week."

"Aurora, why don't you kill him." Luna and the doll looked at each other, her voice still ethereal.
