Ms. Bell narrowed her eyes and looked carefully at every inch of Joshua's face.

"I feel like he's the same as Joshua before, but also a little different..."

“Getting older.”

"Is it because the jaw has become square?"

"It's because I'm old."

The two children sang in unison, with enthusiasm and ethereality intertwined, which aroused Ivy's curiosity.

Mrs. Hudson ran into the room, took out a pair of scissors, and started comparing Joshua's hair.

Ivy tried her best to suppress her curiosity, slowly walked to the tea table, and poured herself a cup of hot green tea.

Ivy could only see Joshua's side profile, as Mrs. Hudson's flustered body still blocked most of it.

The sunlight shone through the window onto Joshua's paper-thin body, outlining a golden edge on his figure.

He looked like an angel in a mural, with a holy glow all over his body.

"Joshua seems to have become thinner..." Ivy muttered to herself.

"Don't you want to go and see? Joshua has become different from before."

Holmes suddenly appeared beside her, interrupting Ivy's thoughts for no reason.

Ivy shrugged her shoulders and said, "What's the difference? Joshua, a nerdy guy with curly hair."

"I remember you two were classmates, didn't you have any thoughts about him before?"

"Are you kidding? Me, me! So many handsome guys are chasing me for my contact information, but I didn't even know there was such a person!"

"He looks ordinary, he's dressed ordinary, I won't get involved with someone like him..."

"Okay! You're done!"

Mrs. Hudson's shouting and Ms. Bell's praise interrupted Ivy's anxious defense.

Ivy and Holmes simultaneously turned their eyes to Joshua, who was sitting quietly in the wheelchair.

Thomas and Luna turned Joshua 90 degrees, and Ivy could now clearly see Joshua's face after the bandages were removed.

Joshua's temperament is very different from before.

If he was a gloomy and shy high school boy before, now he is a gentle and kind sickly boy.

He is indeed more mature than before. His pointed chin and baby fat have faded away. His square chin and clear face now make him look more handsome and sharp.

Ivy had never noticed Joshua's big double eyelids before. Her impression of him was always his thick curly bangs and big black-framed glasses. She didn't even know the color of Joshua's eyes.

Now, his bangs were combed up by Mrs. Hudson, leaving only a few flaxen curls resting on his full, round forehead.

The black-framed glasses had long been blown away, leaving Joshua's features clearly visible.

His eyebrows and eyes inherited the usual depth of Europeans. His black eyebrows were thick and thick, matching the deep sockets of his eyes that slightly drooped at the end of his eyes.

Thick eyelashes magnify the eyes, and the brown pupils become the most eye-catching part of the face.

The sun poured down generously on Joshua, and his flaxen curly hair fluttered gently in the breeze.

The corners of his mouth slowly lifted into an arc, making him look both handsome and elegant in the backlight.

"It's okay, better looking than before, but still far inferior to me."

Holmes's undisguised boasting suddenly interrupted Ivy's long-lasting dull gaze.

Her breathing became disordered for a moment, and her heart began to beat violently as if delayed.

She took a deep breath and forced herself to look directly at Joshua. A blush like the sunset slowly crept up on her fair face.

"It's okay, your eyes are pretty good."

Ivy stuttered nervously, not noticing that her language had switched to Chinese.

Joshua chuckled, and with the help of his appearance, the most ordinary laughter became pleasant to Ivy.
