When cooked, take out the ribs, drain the water, and put them in a bowl for later use.

Step 5. For the sauce, prepare a small bowl, add one spoonful of dark soy sauce, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, two spoonfuls of sugar, and three spoonfuls of vinegar, stir well and set aside.

Step 6. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, star anise, bay leaves, and a handful of rock sugar and stir-fry until a strong aroma comes out. After the rock sugar melts, pour in the reserved ribs and turn the heat to just the right level, which is what modern people call medium or low heat. Then stir-fry the ribs until both sides change color.

Step 7. Pour in the prepared sauce, stir fry evenly, turn on high heat until the sauce thickens, then serve.

Then, Yingbao made a few simple dishes one after another, including shredded pork with fish flavor, stir-fried green beans, spicy and sour shredded potato, fried bitter gourd with eggs, and cold cucumber salad...
