People in Hogwarts, holding scripts and systems
Chapter 324 Pig Head Bar
For the first time, silence fell in the room.
Harry watched helplessly as a group of people chattered and took beer from George. He couldn't imagine what so many people were here for.
He turned to Avro.
Afro smiled and comforted him, "Just say anything."
Harry still looked at her helplessly.
Neville lowered his head and took a sip of beer, asked him to sit down across from them, and was the first to speak, "Hey, Afro, Harry."
The newcomers gathered around them in twos and threes, some were excited, others were curious.
Harry and Ron were still in a daze. They looked at the people coming and going in confusion, completely not knowing what to do.
Afro looked at the three people who did not move, took a deep breath, and then stood up calmly.
Everyone's eyes were on her.
"Everyone knows why we are here." Afro smiled and glanced at everyone calmly, "We need a teacher who can teach Defense Against the Dark Arts..."
"Why?" asked a boy with black hair and a woolen hat.
Ron rolled his eyes at him. "Because Voldemort is back, idiot."
Everyone's reactions were completely different, most people twitched involuntarily, and some exclaimed quietly.
"Pay attention, what we are discussing at this gathering is..." Afro interrupted quickly.
"It's okay, Aphrodite," said Harry.
Only then did he understand why there were so many people.
"I won't go into detail about the return of the You-Know-Who, because you all saw it." Harry looked directly at the face of the person who had just asked the question. "You can disbelieve me, or you can disbelieve Dumbledore, but you can't disbelieve reality."
He paused for a moment and continued, "I don't want to waste time trying to convince people to believe me."
The room was so shocked that not even the sound of breathing could be heard. Harry's patience was always close to the critical point, and now it was falling rapidly. He stood up suddenly, holding Afro's hand and preparing to leave.
The room suffocated him.
"Is it true that you can cast the Guardian Spell?" Luna asked suddenly.
Everyone turned to look at the crazy girl, with suspicious eyes shifting between Harry and Luna.
"Yes, I have seen it." Afro said to them with a little pride, "It is a physical guardian angel."
"That's amazing. I didn't know that, Harry." Lee Jordan looked very admiring.
"Mum told Ron to keep it to himself," said Fred, grinning. "She said you were getting too much attention already."
"Aunt Molly is right." Afro whispered to Harry.
One or two people in the room laughed out loud.
For the next half hour, everyone's discussion of teaching turned into a group praising Harry.
Everyone's eyes became as big as gold Galleons, and were full of stars.
Afro and Ron each told a short story, turning the serious gathering into a Potter-whistle conference.
Harry's face was as red as the sunset in the sky, and his heart was beating fast.
He smiled shyly, then shook the hand that he and Afro were holding tightly, signaling the girl to stop talking.
Harry tried hard to control his expression and not look too proud.
Draco snorted jealously when he saw Harry like this.
He was there in the Chamber of Secrets! Why didn't anyone praise him?
"That does look pretty good," Harry said calmly. "It's just luck."
He laughed twice and raised his hands clasped with Afro, "And... the help of friends."
Although everyone was shouting that Harry was being modest, he still had to explain clearly what they were going to face next.
"What we have to face in reality is much more terrifying than this. If——"
"I agree to let Harry teach us." A Hufflepuff student raised her hand. She glanced at Cedric standing beside her and continued, "And Diggory, Campbell... are both OK."
Everyone murmured in agreement with the classmate's suggestion.
The meeting started smoothly with the second agenda.
"Okay." Hermione finally breathed a sigh of relief, "How often do we have lessons?"
Angelina and Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw students rushed to say that training could not conflict with Quidditch practice.
As the sun was about to set, the students who came to the party signed their names on the list.
Fred and George reached out to take the parchment and tried to sign their names next to Aphrodite's, but Draco snatched it away.
Hermione carefully put the parchment that was being snatched by several people into her schoolbag.
"Time flies!" Fred casually placed his arm on Afro's shoulders and leaned against her with all his strength.
"I think it went pretty smoothly." Afro dodged Fred's restraints and ran to Cedric, who she thought was the safest.
Cedric happily hugged the girl from behind, like he was holding a big doll.
"Didn't you notice a guy named Zacharias?" Ron said angrily, looking at a figure vaguely visible in the distance.
"I don't like him very much," said Harry and Hermione in unison.
Zacharias was the one who had been questioning Harry and Avro during the meeting.
"If Michael Corner wasn't dating Ginny, Zacharias wouldn't have come..."
"Hermione!" Aphrodite hurriedly stopped her. They had made an agreement with Ginny not to tell this to anyone.
"What!" Ron choked on the last sip of beer and yelled angrily, "My sister is in love!"
Fred and George gave up teasing Draco and strode over. "Which guy is Michael Corner?"
Hermione's eyes darted around, hesitating and avoiding looking at the three Weasley boys.
Afro endured the huge pressure from the gazes and vowed to defend the secrets of her little sisters to the death.
"Cedric, let Aphrodite go. I have something to talk to the little baby about." Fred's voice was threatening.
Afro subconsciously hugged Cedric's arm tightly, "I am a good student who is honest and trustworthy."
George was so angry at this remark that he laughed. He pinched Afro's nose and said through gritted teeth, "I hope you can be an honest and trustworthy child in a while."
Aphrodite and Hermione were determined not to reveal the secret again, and it was obvious that Theodore had his own little thoughts.
"It's the dark one."
"I don't like him," Ron said without hesitation.
"George, we need to buy something highly confidential from Yixier." Fred stood up straight, put his hands in his pockets, and looked grim, as if he was about to pick up a stick and beat someone up in the next second.
Ron kept breathing heavily and sat aside sulking.
Seeing that things were about to become unavailable for broadcast, Afulo had to step forward.
"That's exactly why Ginny didn't want to tell you."
