When they were about to get off the bus, Ron and Hermione disappeared from the box again to ensure order.

They passed slowly through the narrow doorway, looking for their carriage.

Harry looked carefully at the front of the carriage. It was no longer empty, but there were some animals standing there. If he had to give them a name, he would like to call them horses.

Harry glanced at them quickly, confused. He hesitated for a moment and said to Afro, "Afro, have you ever..."

Everything was normal before the fourth grade started...

"I see." Afro smiled faintly, and the winged horse was reflected in his green eyes. "This is the Thestral. Only those who have seen death can see it."

I have seen death...

The only explanation Harry could think of was that on the last night of the Triwizard Tournament, he saw a Death Eater fall to the ground after his own spell backfired on him.

"I could see them from the first day I came here." Luna stood up and reached out to touch the air in front of the carriage.

Ron and Hermione rushed over and looked at Luna's crazy behavior nervously, feeling uneasy.

Only Harry and Avro saw her gently stroking the Thestral's back.

After getting in the carriage, Ginny wisely didn't talk about these things, but changed the subject, "Have you seen Grubbly-Plank? Hagrid won't leave, will he?"

"I'm glad he's gone." Luna watched the Thestrals moving outside the window. "He's not a very good teacher."

"No! He's a good teacher!" Harry, Ron and Ginny shouted angrily in unison.

Harry and Ron glared at Aphrodite and Hermione. They quickly cleared their throats and said, "Yeah, he's pretty good."

But Avro wanted to ask them if they still remembered the blast-tailed skrewt.

However, Luna insisted on her own opinion regardless, and even dragged Ravenclaw into it.

But Ron responded rudely, stiffening his neck and yelling at her.

Luna was not angry, but thought Ron was like an interesting TV show.

As they passed the Forbidden Forest, Avro stuck her head out the window and saw the unlit window of Hagrid's hut.

"Hagrid isn't home."

At the castle gate, Luna separated from them and walked alone towards Ravenclaw's position.

As they reached the Gryffindor table, Ginny was pulled over by some fourth-year students.

Avro, Harry and others found a few seats in the middle of the table and sat together.

"Do you think she looks like a pink toad?" Fred suddenly appeared here and said with a smirk, pointing in the middle of the staff table.

Ron looked in the direction he pointed. Next to Dumbledore sat a girl wearing pink robes and a big pink bow in her short taupe hair.

"Could it be the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor?" Hermione muttered to herself.

Harry recognized her immediately and was shocked: "That's the woman Umbridge is talking to!"

"She attended my interrogation, she works for Fudge!"

Hermione and Ron frowned and repeated.

"So what is she doing here?" Ron asked with a smirk.

Hermione looked carefully at the staff table, muttering, "No, definitely not..."

Harry didn't understand what she was talking about, so he leaned over and asked, "Hermione?"

"If she works for Fudge and becomes the Defense Professor," Avro explained in a low voice, "it means that the Ministry of Magic has begun to interfere in the affairs of Hogwarts."

Professor McGonagall led the first-year students in, and after she took out the Sorting Hat, the conversation in the hall gradually died down.

Dumbledore welcomed them with open arms, just as he had done when Avro first entered school.

Delicious food fell from the sky, and the table piled with food groaned under the weight.

"Great!" Ron began to pick up some ribs with a salivating mouth, piling them onto his and Afro's plates one by one.

"I feel like Fred and George's products will be more popular." Afro stuffed a piece of baked potato into his mouth and spoke to Hermione indistinctly.

Fred and George, who were sitting opposite, heard this and asked in confusion why.

Afro swallowed the food in his mouth and said, "The Sorting Hat has already given a hint."

Normally, the Sorting Hat simply describes the qualities that the four houses look for, but this year it attempted to give advice to the school.

"You mean it wants students from the four houses to be friends?" Harry looked towards the Slytherin table, where Flint and Parkinson were talking.
