Chapter 143 New Semester, New Courses
"That's not funny, Harry."
Harry rubbed Afro's head with a wry smile. He just wanted to liven up the atmosphere. After all, he really didn't take it seriously.
But he was really happy to see Afro worried about him.
"Trelawney has only made two particularly accurate predictions." When going downstairs, Hermione couldn't help but mention it. She didn't want to say it originally because both predictions were related to Harry.
"Don't worry, I think Harry will live a long life." Afro performed the classic move of a Chinese fortune teller, counting with his fingers and touching his non-existent beard in a very mysterious manner.
She wasn't talking nonsense, after all, Harry defeated Voldemort in the end.
Harry, who really didn't take it to heart, pretended to be scared and stuck to her. The young man, who was already a head taller than her, bent down and leaned on her shoulder with a wronged look on his face, which caused ripples in Afro's heart.
"I believe in Afro. With you in my life, I will definitely have a smooth life."
Hermione rubbed the goose bumps on her arms and whispered "disgusting" to herself.
The classrooms for Divination and Transfiguration were far away, and when they rushed over, the classrooms were already full of students.
Harry took Aphrodite to find a seat at the right back of the classroom, and Hermione still chose the top student seat.
Before class, the young wizards were chatting, and the most discussed topic was Harry's prophecy.
"Sometimes I really suspect there are paparazzi in Hogwarts." What just happened happened faster than the person involved left! Afro laughed and joked with 23 in the system space.
"There's still not enough homework~" 23 also sighed, but stepped on Afulo's minefield.
"You have less homework!"
"What's wrong with you?" A tabby cat squatting on the podium silently transformed into Professor McGonagall, with a hint of grievance in his words, "This is the first time I didn't get applause in the Transfiguration class."
Everyone stopped, some turned to look at Harry, some lowered their heads and pretended to organize their notes, but no one spoke.
Afro raised her hand, and her voice, as sweet as a candy, seemed somewhat majestic in the quiet classroom.
"I'm sorry, Professor, we just had a divination class..."
"Let me guess, does it mean that you will die this year, Miss Campbell?" Professor McGonagall interrupted Aphrodite, her eyes sparkling under her frown.
Afro laughed awkwardly twice, put down her hands awkwardly, and was about to answer "yes" when Harry spoke first.
"It's me, Professor."
Professor McGonagall rubbed her brows with a headache, and said to Harry in a calm and helpless tone: "Potter, since she came to Hogwarts, she has predicted the death of a student every year, but it has never happened."
"I think Divination is the least rigorous subject in magic..."
She paused, her expression became stern again, and she instantly switched to the role of a professor, continuing to speak word by word in a serious tone.
"I see that you have no health problems, but that's not a reason for you not to hand in your homework!"
"Mr. Potter, if I don't receive your homework before the end of get out of class, I can't guarantee that this prophecy will come true!"
Aphrodite laughed unkindly. She didn't care about what Harry said, but she still felt relieved when she heard Professor McGonagall say that.
He also felt that it was unreliable to make predictions based on just some tea leaves, but not everyone thought so.
Ron was still anxious, and Trelawney was spot on about Neville. How else could this be explained?
"Ron, be happy!"
After the Transfiguration class, Afro and the others went to the auditorium for lunch. Seeing that Ron was in a bad mood all the way, she poured him a glass of slightly cold orange juice.
"What Professor McGonagall said makes sense." Hermione said, she wanted to finish lunch quickly because she had a lot of classes waiting for her in the afternoon.
She now also doubts her decision to take all the courses, as the busy schedule leaves her no chance to breathe.
Ron took the cup that Afro handed him and put it aside, then picked up the fork and didn't eat.
"Harry, you said you once encountered a black dog?"
"Well, Afro was there that day."
Avro recalled the scene of going to the Dursleys' house to pick up Harry, and indeed met Sirius on the way back.
"Ron, there are a lot of black dogs in the Muggle world. That one is just a lost dog."
Hermione nodded in agreement, perhaps it was all just a coincidence.
It was unknown whether Ron had listened or not, as he did not mention the matter again. Hermione quickly finished her lunch, picked up her schoolbag and left the hall.
"Merlin's donuts! Why is she in such a hurry?"
Ron, who was still worried about the black dog in the last second, returned to his usual state. Before he could eat the chicken leg that was handed to his mouth, his attention was attracted by Hermione's action.
Afro and Harry, who were both busy eating, did not answer his question. After lunch, they walked along the wet grass towards Hagrid's hut. The first class in the afternoon was Hagrid's.
"Hagrid will be very happy." Harry carefully held Afro's hand and reminded her to be careful as the stone steps were slippery.
"They like Hagrid, too."
Afro walked along the slippery grass to the edge of the Forbidden Forest. When he was almost at Hagrid's hut, he met a familiar figure.
"Good afternoon, Aphrodite!" When Draco saw Aphrodite for the first time, he walked over quickly and pushed Ron away from the other side without leaving a trace.
Afro looked into Draco's pure black eyes, and her long-forgotten memories finally came to her mind. The story of the third grade began with the griffin named Buckbeak.
"2333, if I choose to protect Draco, then the plot in the third grade will not happen?"
23 checked Afulo's various values and paused for a long time on the value of the vermicelli that kept jumping back and forth.
"Xiao Afu, according to the system data calculation, whether you save him or not will not affect the plot."
But the story will start in another way.
23 didn't say the rest of the sentence. The mission world with a well-set plot always has various ways to correct the original plot direction, such as Afro's lack of authority to directly participate in the first grade and the sudden appearance of the villain system in the second grade.
Now the magical world is increasingly acknowledging Aphrodite's existence, and has even set up a layer of protection for her in the Chamber of Secrets.
This is why Afro remains intact despite being attacked by so many items.
It alone cannot do this.
"I feel relieved when you say that." Afro responded silently to 23 in her heart, but in reality she grabbed Draco's cloak.
"You will stand next to me when class starts."
