“Give up the fight, Cecilia. Your health has been poor all year. I… I don’t want to lose you.” Theresa’s voice trembled as she finished speaking.

On the other end of the call, Cecilia paused for a moment before continuing, "That's impossible, Theresa. If we back down here, even more people will lose their lives because of the Second Herrscher."

Protecting humanity is the Valkyrie's glorious mission.

Cecilia is preparing to depart for the Tower of Babel.

“Protecting humanity is the Valkyrie’s glorious mission, so she is willing to risk her own life. Hmm, I don’t like this kind of behavior, but I don’t hate people like that,” Eden said slowly.

"I really like people like that~?" Alicia leaned on Eden's shoulder, smiling radiantly.

"The Black Abyss White Flower actually consumes the user's life, the Heavenly Fire Judgment will unconditionally burn enemies and ally, how can the Key of God be so powerful and..." Mei stopped mid-sentence, unable to find any better words.

"To overcome both the enemy and oneself," Su exclaimed.

"What are the side effects of the other Divine Keys?" Wilvi began to analyze himself again.

“And the Star of Eden!” Alicia thought of the Divine Key in Walter Young’s hand in the first movie, blinked and looked at Eden. Just from the name, she believed it must be related to Eden.

“That’s right, the side effects of the Heart of Eden haven’t been observed yet, probably because the user is a Herrscher,” Wilhelm muttered to himself.

In the front row, Shi Yu Qi Luo looked at Ya Qing with a "you're not human" expression.

Yaqing deliberately avoided looking at Shiyu Qiluo.

Cecilia's sudden request to communicate with Kiana caught Kiana off guard, who exclaimed in surprise, "Ce...Lady Cecilia! Why are you contacting me all of a sudden?"

"That voice...it really is Kiana." Cecilia's voice was filled with barely concealed excitement and joy.

Kiana was a little confused.

Cecilia actually had something she wanted to ask Kiana to do: she wanted to hear Kiana call her "Mom," because Kiana's voice sounded a lot like the voice she imagined her daughter would have when she grew up.

“Mom…” Kiana choked out.

"Great! So satisfying! Hehe~ Quickly record it with the recording function."

Kiana tried to persuade Cecilia to give up the mission, but Cecilia didn't immediately agree. Instead, she asked Kiana for her reasons. Kiana couldn't explain that she would die in the war, so she used Theresa's reason.

Cecilia reassured Kiana that she didn't need to worry too much, as she had an 80% chance of defeating the Herrscher.

At the end of the message, Cecilia said to Kiana, "Don't worry, your 'mom' is very powerful."

"Cecilia has recognized Kiana?"

“What parent wouldn’t recognize their own daughter? Even Siegfried, I feel, recognized her at that last glance.”

"Mom..." Kiana successfully immersed herself in the story. She couldn't believe that such a tragic experience could still make her so sunny and cheerful.

"Lady Cecilia..." Shigure Kira murmured to herself.

Ya Qing glanced at Shi Yu Qi Luo, her expression changing from playful and teasing to utterly cold.

Mei put her arm around Kiana.

Strictly speaking, Mei is more like Kiana from the movie. She never met her mother when she was young, and her father was not with her during her childhood because of his work.

Mei spent her childhood alone in a lonely meeting room.

During their conversation, Kiana and Theresa finally arrived near the Tower of Babel, but they did not find any trace of the Second Herrscher. This made Theresa suspect that the Second Herrscher might have already entered the Tower of Babel.

"Theresa, watch out!" Kiana noticed that the Honkai Beast that had escaped from their grasp was now glaring at them menacingly in front of the tower.

Theresa immediately realized that this Honkai Beast was really giving the Second Herrscher time to deal with it. Just as she was about to take action to quickly eliminate it, a beam of purple light descended from the sky, instantly turning the Honkai Beast into nothingness.

"That is the key of the gods that can decompose everything, the Black Abyss White Flower."

As Theresa spoke, the camera focused on a white-haired beauty not far in front of them, wearing a black Valkyrie bodysuit, her hair tucked behind her ears, holding a huge lance in her right hand.

"Thank you for your hard work, Theresa."

"But I'm sorry, I stole your prey."

Theresa simply smiled and said, "Still so powerful. As expected of Cecilia, the strongest Valkyrie of Schicksal."

Cecilia smiled beautifully.

"Hehe, don't flatter me, Theresa... I get shy. By the way, the beautiful girl next to you, is that Kiana?"

Kiana stood frozen in place, murmuring, "Cecilia...Mom..."

"So powerful, truly worthy of being the most powerful Valkyrie in Destiny."

"Wait, have you all forgotten that in the first part, Cecilia destroyed a city-like Herrscher with a wave of her hand as soon as she appeared? Now she's just destroying a Honkai Beast. Is it really that surprising?"

"That's right."

"Mom is really amazing. Every time she appears, she almost instantly kills the enemy, except for the big boss Sirin..." Kiana's eyes shone as she looked at Cecilia's heroic figure.

"Hey, hey, hey, Paramecium! If you're going to call someone a villain, then call them a villain. Why are you suddenly bringing up my name?" Sirin complained.

"I'm wondering, this is similar to the first game's plot but not quite the first game's plot, what will the ending be? Will Kiana successfully save Cecilia, or will she lose her composure and allow Sirin to take advantage of her vulnerability?" Bronya speculated.

"How could I possibly let Sirin take advantage of my weakness?" Kiana puffed out her small chest and said with considerable confidence.

Xilin was so angry that she looked both cute and fierce.

Chapter Ninety-Seven: Otto? Or Sirin?

After reuniting with Cecilia, the three prepared to enter the Tower of Babel together. Seeing Theresa and Cecilia each wielding a Divine Key, Ark deliberately gave Kiana a shot, leaving her bewildered as she stared at her own hands.

"Hahaha, this is hilarious! Kiana looked so bewildered when the two of them suddenly pulled out the Divine Keys. It's so cute!" Paddo laughed from ear to ear.

"According to the storyline, Kiana shouldn't be able to master the Divine Key right now," Mei rationally analyzed.

"Damn it, I'll definitely master Mother's Black Abyss White Flower later!" Kiana gritted her teeth in anger.

Cecilia warned Theresa and Kiana not to let their guard down. Kiana nodded vigorously, overjoyed that she could finally fight alongside Cecilia.

"Ha...that's really interesting."

The screen jittered as if disconnected, then suddenly transformed into a computer screen, pausing on Kiana's final smile. In the pitch-black room, only half of her back was visible, but the purple bishop's robes immediately revealed her identity.

“I never expected things to develop in such a way.” Otto’s magnetic voice was full of amusement as the two screens next to the main screen suddenly lit up. “You two better keep a close eye on her.”

"Understood, Your Excellency. You can leave it to me."

"As ordered."

Two different female voices replied.

Immediately, everyone in the second row of St. Freya Academy turned their attention to Fu Hua. Those familiar with Fu Hua could recognize that the first female voice that replied to Otto was Fu Hua.

Kiana looked at Fu Hua with a surprised expression.

It wasn't that I was incredulous at Fu Hua's betrayal, but rather astonished that Fu Hua, who in real life couldn't even lie, was actually an undercover agent planted by Bishop Otto at St. Freya Academy in the movie.

"Fu Hua, you weren't really arranged by Grandpa, were you?" Theresa asked doubtfully. She knew that Ya Qing's scripts were not made up; the characters were all based on real-life figures.

"Principal, I'm just an ordinary student. How could I possibly have gotten in touch with President Otto?" Fu Huaguang's snow-white forehead was covered in cold sweat.

"Oh? Really?" Theresa looked suspicious and leaned closer to Fu Hua.

"Ha...haha, it must be true." Fu Hua laughed awkwardly.

"Hmph, it better be true." Theresa turned her head away haughtily.

Fu Hua silently breathed a sigh of relief.

Himeko glanced at Fu Hua thoughtfully.

Fu Hua's heart, which had just relaxed, suddenly tightened again.

In the back row, Su said, "It seems that Fu Hua has really lost her memory. In the first part, she never called the bishop 'His Excellency'; she always called him by his name, Otto."

"Won't Otto bully Ahua who has lost his memory?" Pado asked worriedly.

"Not really. Although Otto in the story is hateful, his goal has always been to resurrect his loved ones. At most, he would only deceive Fu Hua and make her do things for him." Sakura took a sip of her cola. Sweets and carbonated drinks are the biggest obstacles on her weight loss journey.

"Hmph, hiding in the shadows, disgusting scum." Qianjie couldn't stand Otto.

Kiana and the other two arrived inside the Tower of Babylon. Compared to a laboratory, the interior was more like a prison. Cecilia agreed, feeling that something was off about the atmosphere.

During Kiana and Cecilia's conversation, Theresa suddenly interrupted them, indicating that they should stop worrying about that and that their priority was to catch up with the Second Herrscher as soon as possible.

"Huh?! I finally got to talk to my mom... This Theresa, she's always doing unnecessary things!" Kiana was furious.

The three finally arrived at the elevator, only to find that it required an electronic key to unlock. Just as they were about to split up to look for the key, Bishop Otto sent a message to Theresa to return immediately.

Cecilia believed that Bishop Otto must have his own plans, so she advised Theresa to follow orders, and Kiana also tried to persuade her.

After Theresa left.

Cecilia and Kiana continued searching for the key in the vicinity.

"Hehe, what luck! Theresa got called away, so I can be alone with Mom!" Kiana was overjoyed.

"Kiana, what did you say?!" Theresa's voice was low.

"Auntie, it wasn't me who said that, it was me in the movie." Kiana hid behind Mei's shoulder, only showing half of her pretty face, and said, "Putting aside the facts, what I said has problems, but Auntie, don't you have any problems at all?"
