The Duke of Shu Han began guarding Jingzhou in place of Guan Yu.
季汉上公,替关羽守荆州开始
Summary
The 24th year of Jian'an was a pivotal year in which Liu Bei's regime transitioned from prosperity to decline.
A young Chinese man transmigrates into the body of Mi Wei, the son of Mi Zhu, and initially intends to live a carefree life as a rich second-generation heir.
Unexpectedly, by sheer chance, they arrived at the precarious city of Jiangling in Jingzhou.
at this time:
Guan Yu was engaged in fierce fighting in Xiangfan, unaware of the impending disaster;
Liu Bei declared himself king of Hanzhong, but distant water could not quench a nearby fire;
Lu Meng has been preparing his troops and is about to cross the river in disguise.
As for his uncle, Mi Fang, all he wanted to do was slide to his knees at lightning speed.
In order to survive the chaos of the world, Mi Wei had no choice but to take advantage of his foresight and cling to Guan Yu, contributing to the cause of the Han Dynasty.
Who would have expected...
Mi Wei: The script is wrong! I was supposed to be clinging to a powerful figure, but how did I end up being the one clinging to Ji Han's powerful figure?
Liu Shan: You possess the qualities to govern the country, and I truly rely on you. Now that I have appointed you as a high-ranking official, you should not refuse!
The ministers said: "Lord Mi bravely risked his life to save the world; even Yi Yin and the Duke of Zhou could not match him!"
According to the Zhou system, the highest-ranking duke had nine ranks, placing him above the three highest dukes.
Only those of high moral character and outstanding achievements are eligible to hold this position.
