Chapter 21 Ambiguity
She didn't say anything, but silently changed into slippers and went straight to the living room. She picked up a familiar throw pillow.

Jiang Che finally looked up from his phone screen, and the first thing he saw was the murder weapon. His heart skipped a beat, and before he could even ask what had happened...

Then I heard a "smack!"

The cushion was firmly stuck to Jiang Che's body.

"Ouch!" Jiang Che was completely stunned by the blow, looking aggrieved. "Lim Yoona! What are you doing?!"

Yoona's flat chest heaved slightly as she glared at Kang Cheol: "What? What do you mean, 'what'?! Taeyeon unnie just called me!"

Jiang Che was even more confused: "She called you... what does that have to do with me? Didn't she just leave?"
Yoona: "She called me to ask why I called her last night. Do you know how I outsmarted her to get away with it?"

Jiang Che felt like his CPU was about to overheat when he heard this. "What does this have to do with me? You're the one to blame! I called you so many times last night, and you were the one who contacted Taeyeon first. You made this mess yourself, so why are you hitting me?!"

Im Yoona was taken aback. "Isn't that because you didn't give me an excuse for hanging up the phone?"

Jiang Che looked puzzled. "You didn't ask me?"

The logic is crystal clear! This attempt to shift blame is clean and efficient!

Lin Yoona remained silent for a long time, just when Jiang Che thought he had defeated the BOSS.

"Snapped!"

Another slap landed on Jiang Che.

Jiang Che was dumbfounded: "Lim Yoona! Am I wrong? Shouldn't you blame yourself for this?!"

Yoona slammed the cushion down again, pointing at Kang Cheol's face: "Yeah, you're right! That's why I'm angry at my own face right now! Is that not allowed?! It's all my fault!!"

Jiang Che was completely dumbfounded and speechless for a moment: "Damn it, you're not even going to make an excuse anymore!"

Just as Yoona seemed to want to continue, Jiang Che was startled, and the previous scene repeated itself.

Jiang Che hugged Yoon-ah, clearly feeling the warmth of her body in his arms—and the soft, supple touch, the slender waist, the lines of her back.

This scent is completely different from the perfume she used last time. This time it's a blend of light citrus shower gel and her own refreshing scent.

Yoona was stunned by the sudden hug. While she was still wondering which chapter this was, she felt Jiang Che's breathing quicken, and his warm breath...
Spraying it on her sensitive earlobes and neck side by side, it aroused an indescribable itch.

"Hey! Jiang Che, you..." Yoona was both surprised and angry, and she turned her head sharply to see what was wrong with him.

After Lim Yoona turned her head, Jiang Che's gaze unconsciously fell on her beautifully shaped lips with a soft, pinkish hue, above which was her small, straight nose, and further up...
Those were captivating doe eyes, clear pupils like top-grade amber immersed in water, shimmering with a translucent luster and radiating astonishment, anger, and confusion.

"Huh? Confused?" Jiang Che suddenly woke up. "Damn it, why would I react so strongly to a girl touching me? If I stay any longer, what if she notices something? I'll be sealed in cement forever!" "Run for my life!" He abruptly let go of her arm, turned around, and rushed towards his room without looking back.

Lim Yoona felt completely stunned. Less than three seconds had passed since she turned her head, and the person had disappeared.
She subconsciously raised her hand and gently touched the skin on her earlobe and neck that Jiang Che's rapid breathing had just brushed against. There seemed to be a strange tingling sensation there, and she felt her heart beating a little fast. She shook her head, assuming it was just from exercising.

He picked up the cushion and punched it twice more!
This night, as always, is destined to be sleepless.

In the master bedroom, Yoona buried her face in the pillow. She was still angry, but the tingling and itchy sensation from Jiang Che's hot and rapid breath on the back of her ears and neck still lingered. She subconsciously raised her hand and touched the area below her earlobe.

"That guy... he actually dared to run away? I'll settle the score with him tomorrow!" She angrily pounded her pillow, trying to knock Jiang Che's smug face out of her mind.

In the guest room, Jiang Che lay on the bed, "Witch! She's definitely a witch! What kind of evil skill is this! It almost destroyed my Dao heart!!" Even after so long, the image of him hugging Yoon-ah and turning her head was still vivid in his mind.

As dawn broke, Jiang Che quietly slipped into the kitchen, intending to use his culinary skills to shut Yoona up. As the saying goes, "He who eats another's food is bound to do so," and after eating his food, she couldn't very well use the pillow anymore. Thinking this, Jiang Che's movements became even more swift.

According to the usual script, when he was preparing breakfast, Yoona should have finished washing up and appeared in the kitchen on time to help serve the dishes.

But today, even after I had placed the plates on the dining table, the door to the master bedroom remained tightly closed.

"Hmm?" Jiang Che's heart pounded. This doesn't make sense! With Lin Yoona's absolute self-discipline, she couldn't possibly still be sleeping. Could it be... she's still angry? Planning to protest with a hunger strike?
"Slap!" Jiang Che mentally slapped himself. How could this be? If Lin Yoona could starve herself, he would wall himself up.

He felt a little uneasy. What if something happened to this woman? What if she was setting a trap, deliberately making me open the door so she could have an excuse to pick up the cushion?
After thinking for a moment, I slowly turned the doorknob of the master bedroom, but the scene I had imagined—Yoona grabbing a pillow and rushing out—did not happen.

On the bed, Yoona was curled up on her side, one hand pressed tightly against her lower abdomen, her brows furrowed, and her face was deathly pale.

This scene... looks so familiar! Isn't it just a repeat of what happened to me a few days ago?

Thinking of this, he silently closed the door and returned to the kitchen, preparing to copy and paste Yoona's previous actions back into place.

While they were working on it, Yoona slowly walked out of the room, her steps unsteady.

"Yoona," he quickly walked over, his voice unconsciously lowering, "You...? Do you have any plans today?"

Yoona bit her lower lip, stubbornly raising her head. Her doe eyes were dull and lifeless, but she tried her best to keep her voice steady: "It's okay... Luckily, I only have one schedule today. I'm going to the radio station with Taeyeon unnie. I can come back after that." After saying that, she prepared to continue walking towards the dining table.

Seeing Yoona's miserable state, Jiang Che couldn't help but think of how this little deer had given him a heat pack and painkillers when he was in excruciating pain.

And the next day, I clumsily fried eggs in their shells in the kitchen. Although the ending was a bit of a hug, the ending doesn't matter; the process is what matters.

"Go to a radio station my ass!" Jiang Che instantly ignited. "With your skills, are you going to host or are you going to die in front of them?"

I'm planning to write an episode about Running Man, and I'd like to know which current Girls' Generation members would like to appear? Besides Jessica Jung, who's too early to appear now. Hyoyeon is out of the question too.
