Snape, the Sunshine of Hogwarts.

Chapter 34 Then let's show it to everyone.

Diagon Alley, Slag & Giggs Pharmacy.

Around noon, an Auror squad led by Kingsley and Robbarz raided London's largest potion ingredient pharmacy.

They obtained Giggs' bills for the last three months from the pharmacy and finally discovered their most valuable clue to date.

"On June 12th, you sold a large quantity of wormwood infusion, sleep beans, valerian root, and daffodils to a wizard in one go."

Robaz stared at the pharmacy owner in front of him with unfriendly eyes.

"These are all standard ingredients used to brew the Living Hell potion, are you aware of that?"

The pharmacy owner, Giggs, nodded quickly.

“I am mainly responsible for the sales work in the store, and I am aware of this transaction.”

Kingsley's attitude was noticeably more moderate than Robazs'; he patted his colleague on the shoulder, indicating that he would be the one to ask the questions later.

"So, Mr. Giggs, do you remember who bought these materials?"

Giggs glanced at Kingsley, then at Robaz, and after less than three seconds of hesitation, he abandoned his so-called professional ethics of not disclosing customer information.

"It's a house-elf named Raka! It serves the Slughorn family!"

Upon hearing this answer, Kingsley and Robards exchanged a glance, both seeing excitement in each other's eyes!

Aurors never considered the Muggle perspective, but they could still find the key by focusing solely on the magical world.

Robards didn't hesitate at all. He immediately Apparated away from Diagon Alley with his men. Kingsley remembered thanking the shopkeeper, who had been quite frightened, before leaving.

"Thank you for your help, Mr. Giggs!"

The Slughorn family mansion is not an unfamiliar place to most wizards in the magical world, especially those with a reputation.

Soon, the Aurors, under the instructions of Robbazz and Kingsley, completed the encirclement of the old house and even prepared to track down Apparition.

Out of respect for this highly respected old wizard who was a contemporary of Dumbledore and had been a Hogwarts professor for half his life, the two of them did not bring any other servants. Instead, they knocked on the door together and, led by the house-elf Raka, arrived at Slughorn's drawing room.

The fat old man with a walrus-like beard was actually much calmer and more relaxed when facing this moment.

He gestured for the two elite Aurors to sit down, and then had Raka bring over tea and snacks.

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, Robards remained silent, simply sipping his tea, while Kingsley cut to the chase and spoke first.

“Mr. Slughorn, our investigation revealed that on the 12th of last month, you assigned house-elves to Diagon Alley to purchase a large quantity of potion ingredients?”

Slughorn seemed to be thinking about it and did not answer immediately.

Seeing this, Kingsley was already prepared to make up all sorts of reasons and excuses to get away with it.

But to his and Robards' surprise, this former Hogwarts headmaster, who valued his reputation highly, admitted it after only a couple of seconds of hesitation!
“Your investigation is correct. I bought the medicinal herbs, and that bottle of potent Hell-Reviving Soup is indeed related to me.”

Robaz was the first to react.

"So, you admit that you lied when you were questioned by the Aurors, and that you brewed that potent Hellfire Elixir! And that it was leaked from your hands?"

Slughorn leaned back comfortably in the armchair, and surprisingly, he was even able to smile.

“Mr. Robaz, I only admit that the medicine is related to me, but I do not admit that I brewed it, nor does it mean that someone took it from me.”

Robaz frowned, and his face darkened.

Compared to him, Kingsley was clearly more composed, and he spoke up to ask a question.

"You mean you bought the materials, but the actual production was done by someone else?"

"I offered a little advice, but the one who actually brewed that potion of living hell was my former student, Severus."

Slughorn didn't keep anyone in suspense; as agreed, he gave Severus's name.

However, this news caused Robbarz and Kingsley to both jump up from the sofa. "Snape!"

"Professor Snape?"

Contrary to what he had done before, Robaz's eyes gleamed with a sharp light at this moment!

Kingsley frowned, his face grim.

"Are you sure, Mr. Slughorn? From this moment on, you will be responsible for every word you say!"

“If you don’t believe me, you can just bring Severus here,” Slughorn said casually. “He was the one who asked me to lie to the Aurors before. Once you bring him here, we can confront him face to face.”

Robaz turned to look at Kingsley.

"Where is Snape now! You said before that you had someone keeping an eye on him."

Kingsley stared at Slughorn for a long time before slowly speaking.

"He was at Budmington Estate, with his student."

Seven miles from Budmington Estate, an abandoned ranger's cabin.

Upon hearing Severus's words, Harry, Bloodny, and Wolpe all gaped, speechless for a long time.

Nearly 10 seconds passed before Volpe was the first to react.

He was a writer after all, and he quickly understood what Severus meant. He pointed to Henney.

"Professor Snape, you mean...you mean you're going to help him!"

Severus neither denied nor fully admitted it.

"Don't think of me as so noble. I'm trying to help him, but not entirely for his sake."

He was indeed deeply moved by the story of Bloody and Patty, but he wasn't that selfless.

Besides not wanting to see this unfortunate pair of "outcasts" who huddled together for warmth meet such an end, another reason was Dumbledore himself.

His involvement in this matter was because Dumbledore wanted him to showcase himself.

Since we've already shown it off, why not go all out!

He wanted to make a huge scene and let all the wizards in the magical world see what kind of person this Severus Snape, who no longer had greasy hair, really was!

At this moment, Bloodny realized what was happening and was at a loss for what to do. He wiped away his tears and kept thanking Severus.

"Professor Snape, thank you! Thank you so much, I don't know how to say it... but..."

Harry fell silent at this point.

His eyes were somewhat unfocused. He was young, but that didn't mean he couldn't think.

Severus, in that rainy alley, kept saying that he was one of the murderers of his parents, making him think that his teacher was no good person.

But what are the things that teachers need to do now?
In the magical world, is this something only those who follow demons would do?

Just as Harry was feeling confused, Severus had already stood up from his chair.

“If you want to save yourselves and Patty, then from now on you must follow my instructions.”

After he spoke, all three of them looked at him. Xueni and Volpe were already completely willing to be his lackeys!

"The first step is to steal Patty out of Budmington Manor!"

Bloodny and Wolper are not characters I created; they appeared in the original book at the first Slug Club gathering that Slughorn invited Harry to.

There's also Auror Robbaz, who is also a character in the original book. In the book "Half-Blood Prince," he took over as the head of the Auror office.

Of course, they were all just NPCs whose names appeared once in the original work, not even considered minor characters.
