American Comics: Starting from the Invincible Young Hero

Chapter 71 was well done, but you're no longer useful.
The power displayed by the giant robots is truly that of walking war machines; one is equivalent to an entire army.

"A robot factory?"

Magneto's expression changed.

He didn't care about one or two, or even a dozen or dozens of robots like the one just now.

However, if there is already a mature production line capable of producing and assembling robots day and night, that's a different story.

With tens of thousands forming an army, even Magneto might not be able to withstand them.

Not to mention other mutants with weaker abilities, one of them would probably be enough to start a massacre.

"This island nation that dares to enslave mutants must have a mastermind behind it."

Magneto's face darkened, his eyes flashing with murderous intent. He stretched out his palm, closed his eyes, and remotely sensed the depths of the interior, determined to find his opponent.

How could a warlord from a tiny Pacific nation possess such astonishing technology that far surpasses its time?
Didi!

Suddenly, a broadcast came through loudspeakers throughout the entire dam construction site.

“Listen up, you lowly mutants! All of you have bombs embedded in your collars. Either tear these two intruders to shreds—or you'll all turn into fireworks!”

A somewhat exasperated and arrogant voice rang out, sounding like the kind of guy who was used to bullying others.

It's no surprise that it's that dictator warlord whose army controls the whole country.

Russell looked at all the mutants who had heard the sound.

In fact, you could tell from his voice that the warlord was already showing some bravado but was actually weak inside. His army had suffered heavy losses, so he had no choice but to panic.

But all the other mutants had knives to their throats and had no choice.

The mutants, fearing that the mad warlord would take them all down with him, exchanged glances.

A thin, frail boy was the first to raise his hand, his fingertips unleashing powerful psychic energy, sending over a dozen steel beams flying toward Magneto.

But attacking Magneto with steel is somewhat like throwing water into the ocean.

A woman opened her mouth and unleashed a sonic boom, causing a boy with bluish-purple skin to spray corrosive acid mist from his pores...

Magneto didn't move, expanding his electromagnetic shield to block the attack, and continued searching for the person behind it all.

“Too slow…” Russell’s X-ray vision swept across the inland and locked onto the house in the center of the island where the warlord lived. The military government hall was built as luxuriously as a five-star hotel.

This is not surprising; these small-country warlords always indulge in such extravagance and act recklessly.

"Kill them! You mutant monsters, all of you, attack!"

In the luxurious office on the top floor, a fierce-looking, bearded man in military uniform was spitting as he put down his walkie-talkie. He loosened his collar, revealing an exaggerated array of flashy badges on his chest that served as a bulletproof vest.

"General Ansel, I have a meeting to attend to and must leave now."

Meanwhile, on the other side, a brown-haired man with a buzz cut and half-rimmed glasses, his eyes flashing with cold-blooded shrewdness, was preparing to leave under the escort of a group of bodyguards.

"I'll take the master mold and the Sentinel robots that have already been produced with me."

In the presidential office, he has his own independent team of bodyguards, and he doesn't seem to be particularly polite to the brutal dictator.

"Congressman Guy Ritchie, wait a minute, no!"

Upon hearing that the other party was leaving, the arrogant Ansel's expression changed drastically. He jumped up from his seat and hurriedly tried to persuade them to stay.

"Please help me. You can't take those Sentinel robots with you. You were the ones who found me and said you could support me to become a general and have me capture and enslave mutants, saying it was for the great cause of humanity."

But you can't just throw me aside like a broken shoe.

"You have to save me!"

"Then tell me—why keep a worn-out shoe if you're not going to throw it away?" The bodyguard shoved the once high-ranking general aside without any politeness. Guy Ritchie sneered, straightened his collar, and was about to leave.

He made no attempt to hide his contempt for the other party.

If you need it, face forward; if you don't, face backward.

"no no!"

Ansel's expression changed drastically.

Bang!
Suddenly, a large hole appeared in the wall, and in the sunlight, a tall figure stood out, his white cloak billowing in the wind. *Whoosh whoosh whoosh!*
"Mutants? They've arrived so quickly!"
shooting!"

Guy Ritchie's expression changed drastically as he quickly retreated. His bodyguards hurriedly raised their laser rifles, and each laser shot, capable of piercing steel, struck Russell as if he were a powerless toy.

He remained expressionless as he swept the laser beam across the area.

A team of bodyguards was reimbursed.

The once-arrogant dictator cowered behind his desk, begging not to be seen.

Bang!
The table was overturned, Ansel was grabbed and pulled up, Russell grabbed Henry Guyridge who was trying to escape with his other hand, and he looked at the two men on his left and right.

"Remove those collars, immediately!"

Russell's laser beams never went out, as if lava was churning inside them. A group of bodyguards who had been cut in half by the laser beams were still recounting the fate of those who resisted him.

"I'll do it... I'll do it, please don't kill me!"

With his tough facade torn off and his life hanging by a thread, Ansel was terrified and quickly pulled out the remote control to press the button.

The ability-suppressing collars worn around the necks of thousands of mutants at the dam glowed green and automatically disengaged.

Meanwhile, Magneto was calmly facing the combined attack of thousands of mutants. He couldn't bear to harm his fellow mutants, and he, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver were only temporarily holding their own against the others.

Kaka!

"We're rescued! We're rescued!"

The collar around their necks suddenly fell off, leaving everyone in disbelief. They touched their necks as if waking from a dream.

Once freed, they immediately stopped attacking, looking at Magneto and his companions with deep remorse. Their voices trembled as they repeatedly apologized for their previous attack.

"Magneto, attacking you was not our intention."

"We'll stop right now, don't hurt us!"

"My fellow countrymen, remember that it was the Infinite Men and Magneto who saved you today!" High in the sky, Magneto paid no attention to the attacks he had received from the crowd.

By connecting to the Earth's magnetic field, he could even sense situations thousands of miles away, let alone a small island nation beneath his feet.

What can be perceived is merely a blurry outline of people and objects, which is ultimately no match for what the eyes actually see.

Before Magneto could find the location of the country's dictator and the person behind him, Russell used his X-ray vision to search and found them first.

Magneto saw Russell fly inland, and shortly afterward, everyone's ability-suppressing collars were removed, leading him to guess that Russell was responsible.

"Infinite Man?"

The group looked at each other and chattered amongst themselves.

They had only heard of Magneto, and had never heard of an Infinite Man before.

"Is that the young man in the white cloak?"
"Is he the Infinite Man?" someone asked loudly.

The mention of the young man in the white cloak immediately brought back memories for everyone; it was he who, along with Magneto, effortlessly destroyed the dictator's army.

"Long live Infinite Man! Long live Magneto!"

The rescued crowd cheered the names of Infinity Man and Magneto.

……

"Well done, but you're useless now!"

Turning his gaze away from the distance, Russell watched as the laser pierced Ansel's head, casually tossing the corpse aside, and looked at another person.

"Now the question is, who are you?"
