Chapter 92 Spider-Man VS Mr. Omen (Part 2)

"If you regain even a little bit of your abilities, can't you make that guy guarding us stop?"

Cyclops understood that Emma wanted him to use his laser to repel the guard, but wasn't that completely unnecessary? Couldn't he just use telepathy to make him leave on his own?
"I can't do it, Scott. The other person isn't human; he has no brain or soul. He does have observable thought processes, but he can't read. Perhaps he's some kind of... robot?"

Emma's answer left Cyclops stunned. This guy who looked like the Human Torch was actually a robot?
Peter was unaware of what had just happened; the ominous sign hadn't actually entered his mental world. Therefore, after hearing the ominous sign's words, Peter was still very tense and punched it as quickly as possible.

In his agony, Peter sensed something amiss. The stinging pain from his spider-sense made him turn around and throw a punch. Mr. Ominous, who had teleported behind him, stared wide-eyed in disbelief at the hole Peter had pierced in his chest. The blue smoke from the teleportation hadn't even dissipated yet.

"Oh, sorry... I remember you have self-healing abilities, so I used a little too much force."

Peter, pulling his hand away, shook it violently, suppressing his nausea. Mr. Ominous collapsed to the ground instantly. He was undoubtedly still alive and could even stand up. He looked shakily at the first Human Torch and gave the order in his mind to take action.

The original Human Torch looked in this direction and began to ascend. Noticing this golden opportunity, Cyclops, with Emma's help, activated his power. A spatial rift tore open in front of his eyes, and a massive amount of energy poured out, directly engulfing the original Human Torch.

For some reason, after resisting the jets for a while, the original Human Torch looked up at the sky and flew away as if it had received some kind of command.

Desperate, Mr. Ominous watched the Human Torch fly away, then looked at Spider-Man who had lifted him up, resigned to his fate. But just then, an unexpected person saved his life.
