Chapter 224: The Filial Son Cohen
Chapter 224: The Filial Son Cohen
"Now I understand why Mr. Norton and my father advised you not to go find Sirius Black." Ron said fearfully, "Harry, you can't go find a crazy murderer. You can't beat him."
"He killed my parents." Harry was calm like a normal person, but veins bulged on his forehead and anger filled his mind.
"I'll help you after Christmas," Cohen said suddenly.
By talking, Cohen helped Harry to remove some of his anger.

[Note: Bro, when will you be able to do good things from the bottom of your heart...]
Isn’t this heartfelt enough?
Cohen was very unhappy with the system's evaluation.
The key lies in action. No matter how complicated your thoughts are or how impure your motives are, as long as you do good things, then it is a good thing - this is what I learned from Dumbledore.
"This is no time for jokes, Coin!" said Hermione in horror. "You can't—it's too dangerous—"
"I can actually do it myself—" Harry seemed to not want Cohen to be implicated.
"I'm not kidding," Cohen said. "I hate betrayal the most in my life. It makes my back ache. Harry, I'll definitely help you with this."
"But it seems that if Cohen brings those basilisks, fire dragons and chimeras, he can indeed defeat Black..." Ron thought.
"You can't take the risk." Hermione frowned and said, "Cohen does have a lot of magical creatures, but if they were released to attack Sirius Black, it would be difficult for them not to be seen - and then Cohen would be arrested by the Ministry of Magic for 'carrying highly dangerous creatures'!"
"Then I'll go by myself," said Harry.
"Are you crazy?" said Ron. "Without Coin you wouldn't have survived two seconds in Sirius's hands!"
"Remember?" Harry asked suddenly, "The last time Coin made a prediction in the crystal ball, Sirius Black was captured by the Dementors - I will succeed..."
"The prophecy says that Sirius Black will be captured by the Dementors and the Ministry of Magic." Hermione pointed out the problem sharply, "Not you, Harry! What if he is captured again because he succeeded in killing you? If you really control him, will you refrain from killing him?"
What Hermione said made sense, but Harry didn't seem to be listening at all.
But no matter how anxious Harry was to catch Sirius Black, he had no chance now.
Christmas was in two days, so Cohen had to go home and Harry stayed in school - without Cohen he really didn't have the confidence to deal with Black.
"I'm staying at school for Christmas this time." On the morning of the holiday, Ron said to Cohen and Hermione who were packing their bags to go home, "I'll try to persuade Harry. It's really too dangerous for him to go to Black alone..."
"It's dangerous even if he's not alone." Hermione said worriedly, "I really hope Harry doesn't do anything stupid..."
"Feed him plenty of food at Christmas," Cohen said. "If he eats too much, he'll fall asleep easily, and when he falls asleep, he won't have time to think about catching the fugitive. I'll deal with everything after I return to school—"
"Cohen!" Hermione warned loudly.
"Let's persuade him together..." Cohen said helplessly, "Okay, make sure Harry is safe."
On the Hogwarts Express, Coin and Hermione sat in the same carriage.
But Hermione didn't talk much to Cohen on the way. She kept reading a book, as if she was deliberately avoiding Cohen.
"Tell me...how did Sirius Black escape from Azkaban?"
Hermione asked Coin softly. She was reading a book called "Evil Creatures: A Guide to Banishing Them," and it was obvious that the page she had stopped on described Dementors.
"'Dementors are born without the ability to deceive or pity...'" Hermione read the sentence in the book, "'and wizards will gradually lose their magic power after long-term contact with Dementors...'"
"If even magic can't be used, how can Black escape from that prison in the sea..." Hermione seemed to be asking herself, and also seemed to be asking Cohen.
"Most Dementors feed on positive emotions," Cohen said. "Many spells require positive emotions to work – but there are also many spells that require different emotions."
"I've read this theory in 'The Power of Sorrow.'" Hermione nodded.
"And there's one more thing," Cohen reminded, "animals other than humans are not part of the normal Dementor's diet."
-
Along the way, Hermione flipped through many books thoughtfully, and Cohen felt that she would be able to figure it out soon.
Moreover, she should have been highly suspicious of Cohen's identity as a Dementor, otherwise she would not have asked Cohen in the car a topic that had already been discussed - from the perspective of a Dementor.
But all this has to wait until after Christmas. Cohen still wants to enjoy the warm life of family reunion.
By the way, prepare some Christmas gifts for those guys in the box and create some festive atmosphere——
Sissoko has always wanted a scarf. (Cohen doesn't quite understand why a snake would want a scarf. Is he crazy about the mother snake?)
The three heads of the Chimera want different things. The lion wants a ball of yarn - the goat says it has been thinking about it since it saw Mr. Frondo playing with the ball of yarn; the black goat wants a philosophy book called "The Republic"; and the horned water snake wants Cohen to raise some rabbits in the box because it likes to eat rabbits.
Yali didn't want anything. (Cohen had refused her request for "five hundred bottles of vodka" and was going to give her juice instead.)
The little snake monster didn't understand anything, so the two sheep were sent away.
Norbert was not part of the family, so he was sent to hibernate during the winter.
"Aren't you sick?" Cohen asked after meeting Edward at the station. "Actually, I can go home alone. If I get hungry on the way, I'll pick up garbage to eat. If I get thirsty, I'll go to the sewer to drink water—"
"Angry?" Edward said with a wry smile, "I had a slight cold some time ago——"
"Can you stay in bed for a week with a minor cold?" Cohen demanded. "Answer me! Look in my eyes!"
"There are several types of colds..."
"When the Count first told me this, I almost thought you were going to die!" Cohen said angrily. "Lying in bed, howling—it sounded like you were bitten by a werewolf! Do you know how much this hurt my young heart? Especially since there really is a werewolf in the school!"
"Are you afraid of werewolves?" Edward asked suddenly.
"I'm afraid you'll bite people," Cohen said angrily. "If you don't want to make games, then don't do it. Why are you threatening me with being sick..."
"Okay, okay, I'm sorry—" Edward stroked Cohen's hair. "Do you want to hear some good news?"
"What good news?" Cohen asked, looking up.
"There are house-elfs in the house," Edward said in a rather mysterious tone.
"House elves are not monopolized - oh..." Cohen suddenly thought of a house elf who was wandering outside.
“And the food is delicious…”
Edward obviously hadn't realized that Coin already knew which house-elf had come to his house.
"But there's something strange—this house-elf asked if we could pay him."
