Chapter 516 Injured
Hermione had become increasingly irritable since she had gone to have a heart-to-heart with Winky, to the point where Harry and Ron wondered if she was going through menopause.

Charles had already hidden away.

Until one day in early March, Harry said to Charles: "If only Mr. Crouch had said a few words to Winky when he came, and asked her to listen to Hermione."

Charles frowned slightly and asked Harry, "Has Mr. Crouch been here?"

Harry said, "I saw Malfoy going to the Room of Requirement on the Marauder's Map a while ago, and I also saw Mr. Crouch coming to see Professor Moody."

Charles said, seemingly nonchalantly, "They might be friends."

He wondered in his heart, could it be that the person teaching him now was really Barty Crouch Jr.?

It's all Eleanor's fault. They messed up back then, and she later used this to publish a paper on how to prolong the duration of the effect of Polyjuice Potion. It's impossible to tell if someone has drunk Polyjuice Potion by drinking too frequently.

What to do next?

Harry suddenly realized that Charles was looking at him like a butcher and a pig.

"What...what do you want to do?" Harry asked nervously.

"Nothing." Charles tried to put on a reassuring smile, "Continue practicing animal transformation."

Harry was certain that this guy had a plot against him.

Charles felt a little depressed. He couldn't get any more money out of Voldemort. It would be better for him to grab Harry's blood quickly than to ask for a high price.

How about letting Voldemort borrow money from a loan shark at Gringotts?

Charles vetoed it. He had a sound industrial structure and healthy cash flow, but he didn't have much place to spend his extra money. Was he going to build a wildlife park in Guangzhou?
"Oh!"

An explosion interrupted Charles' thoughts.

Ron's hands turned into owl arms, but the rest of his body remained in human form.

"That's so cool!" He flapped his wings excitedly. "Fred and George will be so jealous."

He seemed to want to fly, but no matter how he flapped his wings, he still stayed on the ground.

Charles was speechless to Ron, and agreed to try Crookshanks' hair first, and he would use Piglet's feathers privately.

Look at Hermione...

Hermione didn't show it to Charles, and practiced by herself in an empty classroom next door, for fear that she and Ron would not be able to transform completely, which would cause Charles to become beastly and do something bad.

The most important thing in learning human transfiguration is how to remove the curse. If you can't change back, it will be a big trouble. Charles first taught Ron how to remove the curse, and Ron quickly returned to his original state.

After achieving some initial results, Ron became very motivated and soon changed again.

This time, Charles felt that he could play Brother Eagle in "The Return of the Condor Heroes".

The man-sized owl jumped around in the classroom, knocking over tables, kicking chairs, and even flapping its wings to blow Harry away.

"Glasses are flying!"

The spell that Harry had practiced for so long finally came in handy.

"Let's see if we can fly!" Harry was even more excited than Ron.

Ron spread his arms and flapped his wings a few times, but there was no sign of him flying.

Harry said immediately, "You either jump up, or stand on the table and jump down."

Ron jumped up and flapped his wings, which helped a little, and he easily jumped onto the table.

Then he jumped down again and continued to flutter, eventually bumping into the podium and rolling into a ball with it.

Harry was suddenly smarter than Hermione at this time. He took out his wand and said, "I'll use the Levitation Charm on you!"

This time Ron seemed to fly normally, but he couldn't turn and crashed straight into the gate.

"boom!"

Ron hit the door hard and broke both his arms, rolling on the ground in pain.

Teaching people not to waste time is also part of teaching.

Ron was in so much pain that he couldn't remove the curse by himself. Hermione came over and conjured a stretcher for him to be placed on.

At this time, Charles pinched his chin and asked a very important question: "Should we send him to Madam Pomfrey or to Hagrid?" This question stumped Harry.

Madam Pomfrey is a doctor, but this situation looks like it needs a veterinarian, so we'll have to find Hagrid.

Hermione said unhappily, "Of course I'll go find Madam Pomfrey. After all, Ron is still a human being, not a magical creature."

Charles shrugged and told them to carry Ron to the infirmary.

Halfway through, Hannah came back from the library holding a few books and asked in surprise: "Potter, what kind of magical animal is this?"

She could tell it was an owl, but an owl the size of a human had to be a magical creature.

The fact that they were teaching animals shapeshifting had not yet been made public, and Charles said in the back, “This is a new ingredient at the Dancing Grass restaurant.”

Ron struggled to escape on the stretcher, and was really afraid that Charles would stew him.

Hannah asked again, "Is it delicious?"

Charles held Ron down and said, "I don't know yet. It needs to be taken care of for a while. But it's injured now and needs treatment."

Hannah believed it and asked Charles where he kept it and if he could take someone to feed it.

Charles immediately shook his head and said, "It's usually very fierce, but now that it's injured it's behaving itself. It's better not to get close to it."

After he sent Hannah away, the group carried Ron to the school infirmary.

The first time Madam Pomfrey saw Ron, she said to Charles, "Are there any new ingredients in your restaurant? Maybe we should go find Hagrid."

"Of course, if you are willing to hold it down, I can try to treat it. Students often bring their pets to the hospital, and I know a little bit of veterinary skills."

Harry said, "He's Ron. He can't change his wings back because his hands... er... wings hurt too much."

Pomfrey looked at the huge owl on the bed in confusion, shook his head and said, "Young people nowadays really know how to have fun."

She checked the broken bones in Ron's wings, and finally had to ask Hagrid for help: "It would take great strength and experience like Hagrid to put the dislocated bones back together, but I don't have that kind of strength."

"After the bone is reattached, drink the medicine and sleep for a night, and it will be healed by tomorrow morning."

Harry and Hermione went out immediately to find Hagrid.

It took a while, and when Hagrid came over, his clothes were dirty, but he looked very energetic.

When he saw Ron, he said to Charles, "It's so beautiful, a giant owl that I've never seen before. It would be a shame to cook it. Can you give it to me as a pet?"

Charles smiled and said, "I wouldn't object if he wanted to."

"Great!" Hagrid's eyes lit up. "I'll feed it big fat rats. As much as it wants, it'll eat. I'm sure it'll like me."

"Haha, I can't help but show it off to Charlie!"

"Oh, don't struggle, cutie, you'll have a delicious mouse to eat tomorrow."

As he spoke, he exerted force with his hands and reconnected the broken bone on Ron's right side.

Hagrid thought Ron was struggling because he had hurt him, and when he checked that his bones were set and found no problem, he didn't mention how delicious the rats were.

Charles asked, "Which Charlie?"

Hagrid walked to the other side of the bed and said, "Charlie Weasley, the second child of the Weasley family. He just arrived today, and...oh...I shouldn't say so much."

"Hey, where's Ron? Aren't you guys often together?"

He found that all the three people in Harry's group except Ron were here, and at the same time, he exerted force with his hands and the broken bone on the left was connected.

Hagrid checked it out and said, "I should go catch the mice. If I'm late, they'll be scared away by... um... those little guys."

After he said that, he strode away, fearing that he would be too late to catch the mouse.

Charles asked Harry curiously, "You didn't tell Hagrid?"

Harry replied, "Hermione thinks it's better not to let too many people know about this."

Charles thought it made sense.

But Ron was very scared, worried that Hagrid would really feed him the mice.
