Chapter 484 Sea Cliff
About eight days after the merchant ships left Benna Bay, they sailed into the warm southern waters. About a week later, the caravan stopped at the port of Dilas-Lin, which is considered the commercial center of the entire Dreamland.

As the caravan's crimson ships approached and entered the harbor, Dumbledore, Nick Flamel, Wu Peirong, and the others from the Golden Book Meeting could see that the harbor was crowded with beautiful three-masted sailing ships, each fully loaded with normal humans. Some of them had huge, strange symbols painted in light black on their sides and large yellow triangular sails. Dumbledore did not recognize the symbols, but Slytherin had seen them in Tierra's notebooks.

On the deck at the bow of the ship stood a female captain with gray hair, wearing a silk robe. She was directing her sailors to unload the fragrant resin mined from the woods of Oriba Island, as well as strange little figurines carved from volcanic rock from the Engranik Mountains, which they used to buy wool from Ussa, colorful fabrics from Hatig, and ivory carved by the black people of Pag across the river from the captain of another ship in the port.

Dumbledore, along with the others from the Golden Meeting, disembarked here.

Before they even set off, Tierra had already discussed going their separate ways with them, so on the plane, Tierra handed over all the information he knew about the Dreamlands to Dumbledore and the others.

Of course, although the currency here is not Galleon, gold is still the hard currency.

They exchanged Galleons for an equivalent weight of gold in exchange for the common currency of the Dreamlands.

Norden coins.

While possessing liquidity, it also serves as a talisman, protecting the holder's spirit in the parallel space constructed by the subconscious from the erosion and influence of other cosmic evil gods such as Nyarlathotep.

Dumbledore, Nicholas Flamel, Wu Peirong, Slytherin, Chief Thunderbird, and Lady Makka Far Monkasha stayed here for almost a week.

This was practically a shopping extravaganza for the elderly. Chief Thunderbird had managed to extract a considerable amount of gold from the Federal Reserve, more than enough for them to squander as they pleased.

Dumbledore was fine; he didn't have many needs, he just wanted to become a phoenix after he died, so he only bought various precious herbs and some exquisite magical instruments worth about two gold bars.

Nicholas Lemaître then spent about seven gold bars to buy a complete set of tools and some materials for refining the Philosopher's Stone at the non-ferrous metals trading market in the southern part of the city of Dilas-Lin.

Wu Peirong bought several kinds of delicious vegetable seeds that do not exist on Earth, as well as a few bottles of magic potion that supposedly could temporarily restore her youth. Wu Peirong planned to plant them in her own yard and try to make some new dishes with these vegetables.

Chief Thunderbird spent nearly ten gold bars to buy three cans of cursed plague pathogens and other dark magic items that did not exist in the human world from a strange race.

Maka-Fal-Monkasha bought the most, spending the equivalent of twenty gold bars of Norden coins on a large number of magical creatures or biologically active materials.

Clearly, Ms. Maka-Fal-Monkasa has also begun to consider designing her own experiments.

Seven days after the Golden Book Conference arrived in Diras-Lin, Tierra also appeared in Diras-Lin, bringing with her ample amounts of Sky Gold, Flowing Silver, and Pillar Bronze to Dumbledore and the others.

Tyra looked very happy, but when Dumbledore asked her what made her so happy, she suddenly fell silent.

Tierra and her group lingered in the Dreamlands for a while, visiting the cities and grasslands attached to Dilas-Lin and experiencing the local customs and culture before returning to the real world. Tierra then opened a portal, bringing everyone back to Hogwarts. Back at Hogwarts, the Golden Book Meeting was like a 996 company suddenly ending an extra-long vacation – everyone was busy day and night with what they had obtained from the Dreamlands.

Slytherin, Nicholas Flamel, and Wu Peirong were in charge of handling the Sky Gold, Flowing Silver, and Pillar Bronze, while Chief Thunderbird and Maka-Fal-Monkasha were in charge of handling the three souls.

Tiera, in collaboration with Chief Thunderbird and Maka-Fal-Monkasha, kept Dolores Umbridge's fragile soul, torn apart by pain, alive while simultaneously urging her to hunt down the three Ministry of Magic officials she had already targeted.

And Dumbledore and Tyella—

They then went to another place:
"Let's go." Before the History of Magic exam began, Tyella opened a portal and said to Dumbledore.

"Where to?" Although Dumbledore didn't understand why Tyrell had called him away at this moment, he still put down the book in his hand and stood up. He walked to the portal.

“Go pick up one of your good students and take him home,” Tierra said with a smile.

With that, Tierra led Dumbledore inside, and they found themselves standing on a high, black rock protruding from the sea, with waves rolling and foaming beneath their feet.

Behind them stood a cliff, its steep rock face plunging straight down, its features obscured by darkness.

Several large rocks, such as the one where Tierra and Dumbledore stand, appear to have broken off from the front of the cliff sometime in the past. The surrounding area is barren and desolate; apart from the vast sea and rocks, there is not a single tree, grass, or beach in sight.

"Where is this?" Dumbledore asked.

“Tom’s hiding place for Horcruxes,” Tierra replied.

"Hafpatch's cup? Or his newly crafted Horcrux?" Dumbledore asked, reaching into the cave below the cliff.

“There are traces of dark magic.” Dumbledore said, then looked around again and continued, “I remember this place… I think I have a vague recollection of this place…”

“I remember seeing this place before. In Tom’s memory, it’s one of his most important memories… I’ve never known why…” Dumbledore said. “There’s a place that could barely be called a village halfway up those cliffs in front of us. I believe they brought the orphans there, to let them breathe the sea air and see the waves. To be precise, Tom Riddle and the kids he bullied went to this place. Muggles couldn’t possibly climb that rock unless they were exceptionally good at rock climbing, and boats couldn’t get close to the cliffs; the surrounding waters were too dangerous. I can imagine how Riddle climbed up; magic must have been more effective than ropes. He also brought two little kids with him, probably for the fun of intimidating them…”

“And kill them here,” Tierra said with a laugh. “Let’s go in.”

I'm really sorry everyone, I'm a bit late today. I encountered a particularly annoying lineup while doing Onmyoji barrier breakthrough.
