Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones
Chapter 24 The Arrogant Malfoy
Chapter 24 The Arrogant Malfoy
Three boys came in this time, two of them chubby, standing like two guardian deities on either side of a pale-faced boy in the middle.
Harry immediately recognized the one in the middle as the pale-faced boy he had met with Tyrell in Flourish and Blotts.
He watched Harry with far greater interest than he had in Diagon Alley.
But when he saw Ron and Tierra, there was a clear hint of contempt in his eyes.
"Is it true?" he asked, mimicking an adult. "Everyone on the train is saying that Harry Potter is in this compartment. So, it must be you. Right?"
“Yes,” Harry said, looking at the other two boys, both short, chubby, and particularly ugly, standing on either side of the pretty boy.
“Oh, this is Crabbe, and this is Goyle.” The pale-faced boy noticed Harry looking at them and said casually, “My name is Malfoy, Draco Malfoy.”
Ron coughed lightly to avoid laughing out loud.
But Tierra wasn't so polite; she simply chuckled softly.
"Do you think my name is funny?" Malfoy stared intently at Tierra.
“No, I just remembered something happy,” Tierra said seriously, but a smile still lingered on her lips.
“Who are you?” Malfoy asked. “Oh, I remember now, the little sidekick who used to follow Harry around Diagon Alley.”
Then Malfoy said sarcastically, "I remember now, it's that poor-looking Mudblood!"
"Mud Seed"
When Draco uttered the word, Ron's mouth gaped open, as if he couldn't understand why such a vicious word would come out of the mouth of a child his own age.
Then his face turned bright red with anger.
Although Tyella was an oddball to him, she was still considered a friend of his and Harry's. How could Malfoy insult his friend like that?
However, before Ron could even open his mouth to say anything in his defense, a thick book was smashed face-to-face with Malfoy, and the hand holding the book was Tyella.
Malfoy's henchmen were still laughing at the word "Mudblood," completely unprepared for this to happen.
Harry sat there blankly. Having grown up in the Muggle world, he had no idea what the word Mudblood meant, but he subconsciously felt that it was not a good word.
Tiera moved with incredible speed. He was the soul of an adult, and with the Heris potion enhancing his mental strength, his reaction speed was extraordinarily fast.
He first picked up the thick book "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" and took a picture of Malfoy's pale, chubby little face.
Then, before anyone could react, he lifted "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" and slammed it down heavily on Malfoy's head.
The weight of the book, combined with Tyella's strength—exceeding that of an ordinary child due to years of labor—made Malfoy dizzy and disoriented, causing him to kneel down.
Crabbe and Goyle finally realized what was happening and took a step forward.
Unfortunately, Tierra reacted even faster. After knocking Malfoy to his knees, Tierra took the opportunity to slap Crabbe and Goyle across the face with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
The two henchmen paused for a moment after being hit.
"You! You dare hit me!" Malfoy stood up, his face flushed with shame and anger, and drew his wand from his waist.
Unfortunately, children's reaction speed is far slower than adults'. Tyella slammed the book down on Malfoy's hand again, the large book hitting him so hard that Malfoy dropped his wand.
Then Tierra held "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" high above her head, with the edges pointing outwards, and took a step forward menacingly.
Goyle, Crabbe, and Malfoy were taken aback by Tyella's imposing presence.
Malfoy scrambled out of the carriage, tripping Crabbe and Goyle who were standing behind him. The three of them rolled out of the carriage like three pathetic rats.
"You, you just wait!" Malfoy said angrily as he stood up. "I'll make you pay when we get to Hogwarts!"
Perhaps because he heard footsteps, Malfoy and his two henchmen turned and walked away angrily.
"What happened?" The haughty little witch saw Malfoy's miserable state in the corridor.
“Tierra, you’re really cool, Blood Mother Hell,” Ron said to Tierra. “The Malfoys came to cause trouble, and we beat them up.”
As he spoke, Ron puffed out his chest, as if he had also played a part in the attack.
"Beat them up?" Hermione almost screamed. "Aren't you breaking school rules?"
"Will he tell on us? Will you get expelled?" Hermione asked nervously. "I've read the Hogwarts rules; young wizards aren't allowed to use magic to attack each other. If we're caught, it could very well..."
“No.” Tierra interrupted calmly, holding up the book “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” in her hand. “Knowledge is power.”
Then Ron excitedly recounted to Hermione the process of Tyella beating up Malfoy.
Although Hermione frowned at Tyrell's use of the book, she couldn't help but laugh when she heard about Malfoy's terrible beating.
“Have you encountered Malfoy before?” Ron asked.
“Yes,” Harry replied, “at Flourish and Blotts…”
Harry then recounted what had happened.
“I’ve heard of them!” Ron said excitedly, seemingly because he had finally stumbled upon an area he knew about.
“My dad said… well, my dad works in the Department for the Prohibition of the Misuse of Muggle Items at the Ministry of Magic. He said that the Malfoy family was originally granted the Malfoy Manor because they provided magical services to the Muggle king. This is common knowledge among wizards.”
Then Ron lowered his voice and said, "But when the Mystic came to power more than ten years ago, the Malfoy family were among his first followers."
“But after the Mystic fell, they were the first to return to us, claiming they were bewitched by the Imperius Curse, but my dad and I don’t believe it.” Ron spoke like a little adult. “By the way, is there something you need?”
Ron then suddenly remembered that there was a Hermione in the room.
“I just came to make sure you’ve all changed into your robes,” Hermione said like a mother, then her expression turned serious. “But I didn’t expect you to cause so much trouble.”
“Especially you,” Hermione scolded, glaring at Tierra. “Fighting is bad! Just ignore people like that, and don’t fight again.”
“Okay,” Tierra said, letting out a silent sigh. After Hermione left, she rubbed her temples wearily.
I'm so tired. All the kids here are pretending to be adults, but he's the only real adult pretending to be a child.
