First of all, in order to suppress technology or civilization, you need something to suppress it. So does Otto have something to suppress it?

I must first say that the emergence of this rumor cannot be attributed entirely to the person who spread the rumor.

At least it was mentioned in the official [Second Collapse Chapter 6] Collapse Classroom that the knowledge Otto possesses is far beyond imagination.

This is certainly not a rumor. Otto does have a lot of knowledge, but it is hard to say whether he can use it.

Rumor-Otto protected Shenzhou

In fact, this rumor came from the last chapter of the Moon Shadow chapter. There will definitely be a lot of people who think, "Hey, Otto protecting Shenzhou is the official setting, you're talking nonsense."
